To Byul (Omegaverse)-Chapter 164: By spending it with an Alpha

Hae-won and Chin-hwa sat in Hae-won’s room with Chin-hwa still trying to recover from what he had heard.

He knew his parents were still very active when it came to their sexual life but to think he would hear such details.

Was this why his mother’s novel was such a hit? He read it but...

"Hwa, are you okay?" Hae-won asked and Chin-hwa nodded.

"Yes, I... I’m just trying to clear my head."

Chin-hwa nodded and then let out a sigh to relieve himself.

"Momma," he called, taking Hae-won by surprise. When last had he called him like that.

He gazed into Chin-hwa’s eyes and knew for a fact that the topic was going to be a heavy one, so he braced himself for the worse.

The worst he could think about happened to be a pregnancy issue and he began to search for responses in his head, but luckily for him, Chin-Hwa said something entirely different,

"I’m going into heat soon." He said and Hae-won paused for a moment. That pause did not last long, as it was accompanied by a sigh of relief.

No matter how hard he tried to think, there was no way he would be able to react calmly if Chin-Hwa had told him he was pregnant.

"Ah, for a moment there, I thought," he shook his head. "Let’s not go there."

Chin-hwa stared at his mother in confusion. What was with the sigh of relief and sudden mumbling?

"Hwa, you said you’re going into heat, right? How soon?"

Chin-hwa was actually surprised that his mother was taking it easy. Compared to how both his fathers acted, it looked like nothing in Hae-won’s eyes, maybe it was because he was an Omega and he was familiar with heat cycles.

This was probably why they told him he would be better speaking about it with his mother.

Relief suddenly coursed through him. Seeing his mother’s reaction, he was finally convinced it wasn’t as big of a deal as he worried it to be.

"The doctors said soon but I think I’ll have it around the same time Kang-woo has his rut." He said and Hae-won’s eyes widened.

"What?! Kang-woo is going into a rut too?"

Chin-hwa nodded. Now, this was the kind of reaction he expected to see when he disclosed he was going into heat soon.

"Ah, this complicates things," Hae-won said. "Hwa, do you know how Omegas take care of their heat?"

"By spending it with an Alpha," Chin-hwa answered. "Either through a pheromone shower or intercourse."

"When you told me you were going into heat, I thought you could simply get Kang-woo to perform a pheromone shower for you to be on the safer side, but if Kang-woo is going into a rut as well, then..." He pursed his lips and looked away. He was scaring Chin-hwa. He needed to calm down. "Anyway, have you resolved yourself to spend your heat with Kang-woo while he’s in a rut?"

Chin-hwa looked away and nodded, hoping not to disappoint his mother for some reason.

"Have... You two done it before?" He asked and Chin-hwa’s face flushed red in an instant, answering loudly.

Hm, judging by Chin-hwa’s reaction, it meant he was telling the truth. But he kinda thought they would’ve done it by now or are they too innocent to bring it up?

They must’ve cleared their misunderstanding, right? So what was stopping them?

He sighed and hugged Chin-hwa. His baby was just too innocent for the world.

"Listen to me, Hwa, you don’t have anything to worry about." Hae-won said. "I think it’s better than nothing to have someone like Kang-woo to spend your heat with. "You’re ready to spend the rest of your life with him, right?"

He nodded as he blushed and Hae-won smiled. His baby was so cute and gullible. But his gullible little one was going to get devoured soon. He couldn’t even begin to imagine it.

"And what about Kang-woo?" He asked Chin-hwa. "Does he want to spend the rest of his life with you?"

Hae-won wanted to know if they had truly resolved their differences or if this was a compromised situation and called a truce on their wounded hearts, and Chin-hwa blushed, recalling his conversation with Kang-woo.

"Ah, so it’s true." Hae-won said, not having to listen to words before figuring it out and Chin-hwa nodded. "In that case, you two have my blessings," he said and kissed Chin-hwa’s forehead. "But just in case, make sure you imprint on him as soon as he imprints on you. No matter how delusional or out of it you are from the whole..." He swirled his hand. "...process, make sure you claim him as yours. This is an advice from your mother."

Chin-hwa didn’t expect to hear that but it made sense. It wouldn’t be fair if Kang-woo turned out to be the only one who left a mark. If they both marked each other then they were bound together for life.

"Hm," Hae-won began to think.

They needed to be ready for anything. He would speak with Baek-Hyun and Woo-bin about it. Also, he’d also speak with Ga-ram and Tae-won. He had no idea if Kang-woo had already told his parents but it would be best if they were in the know in case such a thing happened.

"Alright, does that make you any less worried?" Hae-won asked and Chin-hwa nodded.

"Yes, thank you, mummy," he said, hugging him, and Hae-won patted his back.

"Mummy?"

Though Hae-won censored his words, he knew very well what they meant.

Sex, it was something he had only ever imagined with Kang-woo but he never actually understood how he would feel once they finally got to do it.

Just thinking about it made him giddy.

"When is Kang-woo’s rut due?" Hae-won asked and Chin-Hwa answered,

"Four days,"

"Hm, that’s a day after Christmas." Hae-won said, pondering on something. "Ah, there should be enough time to put him in shape."

"What do you mean?" Chin-hwa asked but Hae-won smiled, waving it aside.

"Well, it’s nothing." He said and got up from the bed. "I’m glad I could help you, Hwa and I hope you don’t feel scared. No matter what happens, I’m here for you, as well as your fathers."

"Thank you, mummy." Chin-hwa said, smiling warmly.

Hae-won kissed the top of his head before walking away.

"Alright then," he walked out of the room and marched straight to his room. He slammed it open and announced, "Get dressed, we’re heading to Ga-ram’s."

Chin-hwa pondered on the words of his mother a bit before dropping his back on the bed, reminiscing the times Kang-woo touched him.

It had been a while but he could still feel it. Every place he touched burned like a fire had been lit on it, and his moans echoed to his own hearing, drowning in the pleasure Kang-woo filled him with.
