Three Meals of a Reincarnator-Chapter 337
Chapter 337: Chapter 337
***
Ho Sung Lee left through the back door and put a cigarette in his mouth.
He figured Min Sung Kang had met Leight by now.
He had declared that he would wipe out all criminal organizations to the presidents as well as the hunter leaders.
If Min Sung Kang made that declaration, that meant it was all over.
Many people would die.
But that still couldn’t be a clear solution.
The commander of Central Institute as well as Ethan expressed that the corruption would transfer elsewhere.
But if it was Min Sung Kang’s godly abilities, wouldn’t it all be possible?
It was impressive enough that he had the ability, but such arrogance often led to a devastating disaster.
That was proven by history.
Humans couldn’t be free from the restraints of money.
“Huu.”
Ho Sung Lee exhaled the smoke and thought about Leight.
“I hope he doesn’t resist.”
Ho Sung Lee shook his head in worry.

Min Sung looked down at Leight. Leight was staring back at Min Sung with wide eyes.
It appeared that he didn’t want to back down.
Min Sung stared at Leight for a while before somebody knocked on the metal doors.
The doors opened with a creaking sound, and two hunters on guard entered.
“Did you call, Sir?”
In response, Min Sung pointed at Leight with his chin.
“Free him.”
“Even his gag?”
Min Sung nodded.
The two hunters on guard approached Leight and lifted the magic that tied up his body and took out his gag.
“You may leave,” said Min Sung.
The two hunters on guard paid their respects and left the room.
Leight was nervous, but he tried his best not to show it.
He rubbed his arms and stretched while glancing over at Min Sung.
“What do you want from me?” Leight asked Min Sung with glaring eyes.
“You have no intention to cooperate,” said Min Sung with a cold and emotionless gaze.
In response, Leight froze up instantly.
It wasn’t because Min Sung gave off any kind of killer vibes.
Just by looking into Min Sung’s eyes, he felt as though the last of his will got pulled out by the roots.
For that reason, Leight began to tremble.
Leight had never seen the kind of coldness that he saw in Min Sung’s eyes.
And within that coldness was cruelness beyond belief.
Countless citizens of the world were worshipping Min Sung Kang.
But they didn’t know the true side of the hero they were worshipping.
Leight had seen the true side of that hero for the first time.
The true side was very dark, and within that darkness was Hell.
Just by having a look at Hell, he felt as though his heart was sinking.
That was when Leight realized just how pleasant dying was.
The reason why he came to that realization was that Min Sung Kang, who was standing in front of him, gave him no leisure to even think about dying.
Dying was a privilege… at least in front of him.
And Leight sensed that clearly in front of him.
In Leight’s eyes, Min Sung Kang looked like someone who just walked out of Hell.
And what Leight didn’t know was that that was true.
“It’s easy to choose death, but don’t think that that’s the end.”
Leight stared at Min Sung, unable to understand what he meant.
Min Sung continued, “If you die, I’ll turn your body into the Undead, and I’ll be sure to catch your soul and trap it within that body.”
Leight looked shocked.
And it didn’t just end there.
Min Sung continued, “Then I’ll torture you until your soul turns into shreds. That torture will be so painful that not even I could handle it,” said Min Sung calmly.
He said it as if it was no big deal, but to Leight, who was on the receiving end, it was no light matter.
Leight felt like he was standing in front of the messenger of Hell.
No, if the messenger of Hell had met Min Sung, he would have run away in fear.
He had never thought that Hell would follow after death, but Min Sung was explaining that to him.
He had fought off devils in the Demonic Realm.
It was very likely that what he was saying was true.
And that realization made fear take over his body.
Tremble!
His body shook like a leaf.
At this point, Leight couldn’t even bring himself to stare up at him.
His plan couldn’t be transferred into reality.
He swallowed his pride as the head of X-HIT and decided that he couldn’t go through with resisting.
All that remained in his head was fear.
He was the hunter who stopped the Demonic Realm from taking over the world.
And he felt pathetic for thinking that he could stand a chance against him.
“What can I do…?”
His voice trembled, but he managed to sound out his words.
It was hard to even speak in front of Min Sung.
He was scarier than any monster he faced in a dungeon.
“It’s simple,” said Min Sung.
Leight gathered his courage to look up at him, and once he saw his cold eyes again, he immediately looked down.
“Hand over the information regarding the drug organizations that hunters are involved in. You’ll have to give me information that you can’t even remember.”
Min Sung walked toward Leight and stood close.
“I think that should be pretty easy. Don’t you agree?” Min Sung asked Leight.
Leight gulped.
“Yes, Sir,” answered Leight while trembling.
“Let me say this again. If you don’t follow my orders, you’ll be subjected to unbearable pain. You’ll resent that you were ever born and lived this life.”
There was no worse threat than that.
The way Leight saw it, he wasn’t the type to make negotiations.
But he was one who kept his promises, and that was what Leight found the most frightening of all.

“How did it go?” By the time he got up to the lobby of Central Institute, Commander Ji Yoo Kim, who was waiting, ran over to him and asked.
“Is that an actual question?” Min Sung asked with a grimace.
“He agreed, didn’t he?”
Ji Yoo Kim smiled as if she was satisfied.
“Of course.”
Min Sung spoke while walking quickly, and in order to keep up, Ji Yoo Kim had to run.
“Did you eat?” Ji Yoo Kim asked with a smile while keeping up with Min Sung’s pace.
“I did,” said Min Sung.
“Then how about dessert? Or coffee?”
Min Sung stopped.
“Do I have to?”
“Yes. I have something to ask you.”
Min Sung thought for a moment before nodding.
“It’s on me today. Where are we going?”
“Really? I’ll take you to a place I know,” replied Ji Yoo Kim with a smile.

He arrived at a dessert café with Ji Yoo Kim. Since it was a weekday, there weren’t many customers.
“It hasn’t been long since it opened, so it’s not famous yet. But it’ll be famous soon. Their desserts are absolutely delicious.”
In response, Min Sung nodded and entered through the glass doors.
“Hell…”
The female owner, who was about to greet them brightly, saw Min Sung and showed a surprised face before looking relieved at Ji Yoo Kim.
“Ji Yoo,” the female owner greeted brightly.
In response, Ji Yoo Kim looked apologetic.
“I’ve been so busy that I haven’t visited lately. I’ll come more often from now on.”
“That’d be my honor.”
Min Sung scanned the shop and when he looked in front of him, he saw the female owner bowing at him.
“Nice to meet you. I’m Hyun Kang. I’ve known Ji Yoo since I was little.”
“I’d like to order.”
In response to Min Sung’s stiff words as if he had no interest in chatting, the female owner looked taken aback, but when she saw Ji Yoo Kim’s smile, she felt at ease again.
She went back to the counter and looked at Ji Yoo Kim and Min Sung.
“Are you okay with Americano? That goes best with the desserts.”
“Sure.”
Once she made her recommendations and completed their order, Min Sung took out a card from his wallet.
“But what’s gotten into you? Why are you paying when this was my idea?”
Ji Yoo Kim asked with a cute laugh, but Min Sung simply waited to pay as he opened his mouth.
“Because I have a lot of money now.”
Ji Yoo Kim laughed, and even the female owner who was processing his payment looked amused.
Min Sung thought that women were strange before staring at Ji Yoo Kim.
Although she was the commander, she was still young.
At times like these, she didn’t look like the commander of Central Insitute, but rather just an ordinary woman in her 20s.
It was both good and bad that she didn’t lose her bright personality despite her struggles, but he didn’t think of it as a bad thing.
It was a strength for a leader to not turn dark.
“Huh? Is there something on my face?” Ji Yoo Kim asked with a flushed face.
“No. I was just thinking that you don’t seem suited to be a commander.”
Ji Yoo Kim frowned.
“You’re mean.”
Min Sung ignored her. He took his card back and sat down.
He sat near the window and enjoyed the scenery outside.
It was a beautiful winter scenery.
He saw a tree, and it was bent in a beautiful way.
While Min Sung admired the views, Ji Yoon Kim, who was chatting with the female owner, brought the dessert and drinks over once it was ready.
“It looks delicious,” said Ji Yoo Kim with a bright face, unable to hide her smile while looking down at the dessert and Americanos.
“How pretty.”
In response, Ji Yoo Kim lifted her head in surprise.
Min Sung was looking out the window.
Ji Yoo Kim followed his gaze outside and smirked.
It was snowing.
“I thought you were telling me I was pretty.”
Min Sung looked at Ji Yoo Kim.
She was looking out at the snow with a smile on her face.
After staring at her for a while, Min Sung realized that for the first time. He chose to look at something else other than food.
It was an unfamiliar feeling, and he wasn’t used to it, which made him feel uncomfortable.
