The main causes of spaghetti code are twofold: one is code interfaces, the other is code prioritization!
The former, that is, the number and format of old code interfaces, may eventually become inadequate. To put it abstractly, it’s like the elevators of a high-rise building, which may face the problem of insufficient numbers or load capacity.
At that time, either replace an elevator, which means rewrite that segment of code, or disregard the old elevator, and install a new one, effectively bypassing that segment of code with new code.
This problem mainly results from changes over time and isn’t actually that severe.
The low code score for "Global Evolution" led Chen Ba to suspect a problem with code prioritization, meaning the code’s scalability might be weak, potentially unsuitable for future series DLCs or version updates.
