""Why did you hide our child from me?"
FengJiu's eyes shook.
'What should I do? Should I tell the truth?'
FengJiu pressed her lips.
She stared at MinFeng with guilty eyes.
MinFeng just stared back at her while waiting for her answer.
FengJiu closed her eyes and opened her mouth to speak but before she could utter a word, voices could be heard coming from the outside.
It was Chen Hao and several doctors and nurses.
Chen Hao was speaking with the head doctor while walking fast towards them.
"This way. Young Madam is waiting for you."
Chen Hao ushered the group towards the room.
"Are you sure that Ms. Feng is already awake, Mr. Chen?? It should be impossible! We just operated her few hours ago! How---"
Before the head doctor finish his sentence, he saw FengJiu staring at them.
He gaped.
The head doctor was left speechless.
Scientifically speaking, FengJiu should not be able to wake up early because she was just operated on her head few hours ago.
At most, if the surgery was successful, she should wake up twenty four to forty eight hours after the operation, but what happened right now is basically defying all scientific explanation.
He stood at the door.
He was rooted on the floor.
He just stared at FengJiu who was lying on the hospital bed as the resident doctors and nurses were busy stabilizing and monitoring her body.
The head doctor was not a believer.
He thought that everything can be explained by science but today, he witnessed a miracle.
He could not help but whisper, "This is impossible. How did it happened?"
Chen Hao who was standing beside him subconsciously answered, "It's the power of love."
The doctor cringed.
He incredulously stared at Chen Hao.
He could not help but lament.
'Ayee.. Young people really... Hahh..'
Chen Hao could feel the ridiculous gaze coming from the head doctor.
He felt annoyed and embarrassed.
Annoyed because the head doctor was staring at him as if what he said was ridiculous.
Embarrassed because even he, the person who uttered those words felt blushing after he finished saying that 'cringe-worthy' line.
He did not know why he said those words.
He was not a doctor so he could only observe everything as a bystander but he could tell, Young Master's love reached Young Madam.
Chen Hao could only sigh.
He looked at MinFeng.
His Young Master already went back to his dominant demeanor.
Although MinFeng's face was still pale, his kingly aura had returned.
You could no longer see the man who was crying foolishly a while ago.
Few minutes after checking FengJiu's vital signs, the doctors and nurses went back to their respective work.
MinFeng went outside the room and beckoned Chen Hao to follow.
He ordered Chen Hao to deal with the group.
He did not want this matter to spread.
MinFeng also ordered Chen Hao to investigate everything.
If it was truly an accident, he would renovate the entire place but if it was done with the intention of harming FengJiu, MinFeng would kill that person who had malicious thoughts towards his wife.
MinFeng returned to the room but he did not sit on the chair near FengJiu's bed but on the sofa near the door.
Chen Hao immediately went outside, leaving FengJiu and MinFeng alone in the room.
FengJiu could feel her impending doom.
MinFeng was not saying anything but she could tell he was angry.
She did not know who he was angry at but she could tell he was very very very angry right now.
'Yikes... What should I do?'
FengJiu prayed to Buddha.
MinFeng was staring at her.
He was just staring at her without saying anything.
She knew that he wanted her to open up first.
She knew he wanted to know the reason why she hid Little Bump from him.
Unable to stand the silence between them, FengJiu scooted at the side of the bed, emptying the other side of it.
She stared at him and said, "Come... Sleep with me."
MinFeng did not move. He just continued to stare at her.
FengJiu bit her lips.
She grabbed her head and wailed.
"Aiyooo~ my head hurts... Boo hoo~"
She glanced at him and saw that although he was still acting indifferent, his eyes are full of concern.
FengJiu wailed again and this time, her voice was one octave higher.
"Boo~ hoo~ It hurts... It hurts sooo muchhh.. Ahh~"
She saw MinFeng sighed and stood.
When he walked towards her, FengJiu rejoiced internally.
She once again scooted on the other side of the bed.
He sat on the bed and caress her face.
"Are you okay?"
MinFeng asked.
FengJiu knew that MinFeng knew that she was just acting a while ago because she did not want to say the reason why she hid Little Bump's existence.
FengJiu smiled and nodded.
"When you touched me, the pain went away.."

MinFeng once again sighed and kissed her head that was wrapped in a thick bandage.
"Sleep..."
FengJiu shook her head.
"I can't sleep. Can you cuddle me?"
She stared at him pitifully while holding his hand.
"Enn.."
MinFeng laid on the bed and embraced FengJiu.
FengJiu placed her head on his arm, making it her pillow.
She stared at him and smiled lovingly.
Few minutes later, FengJiu could feel her eyelids closing.
She fell asleep.
She did not know how long she slept but when she woke up, she heard someone speaking.
"Mr. Lu, Miss Feng needs time to recuperate. She almost had miscarriage and her body is still weak. She is not allowed to undergo stressful activities. I suggest... *cough* that she should avoid any sexual intercourse for two months. You must.. *cough* abstain from tiring her out."
FengJiu blushed. Her sleepiness went away instantly.
She wanted to open her eyes but if she 'wakes up' right now, it would be truly embarrassing on her part.
They were basically talking about her sexual life without even giving face to her who was sleeping soundly, oblivious to their conversation.
She cursed MinFeng internally.
'Serves you right you bastard! Become a monk and eat vegetables[1]!!
