The Villainess Married The Evil CEO-Chapter 130: Going To The Set!
At this time, even Nicholas, who was on a call with his assistant about his company, entered the room only to see Asher frowning outside the wardrobe. He ignored the man and continued walking toward the door, saying, "Aren’t we going?"
"Uh, yeah." Asher felt like a danger was approaching him in his mission to capture Abigail’s heart, and the person who was capturing him wasn’t someone he knew! In fact, that man was so mysterious that even his all-rounder assistant wasn’t able to find him at all!
Could it be Abigail lied to him about that person?
Whatever it was, he would surely find her! For now, he would continue to chase her the same as usual!
Abigail finally appeared outside, fully dressed. She was ready to see others shoot their scenes!
Thus, excitedly, she said, "Let’s go!"
Asher swallowed the question that almost blurted out from the tip of his tongue and said instead, "Sure."
They reached the venue after half an hour of travel. Of course, with Abigail still sitting at the back and Nicholas and Asher sitting at the front, ignoring one another. But this time, Asher was strangely silent.
Abigail frowned.
Did she scold him too much about it? No, can’t be....
She shrugged the next second and pulled out her phone. Why was she giving herself even more anxiety at this time? She should just take in what had been given to her!
Right now, her entire focus is on her work. She would definitely finish her job as a villain!
She rubbed her hands excitedly and searched for the novel by the director. She might as well read that book before they reached to prepare herself.
Thus, she also silently started reading the novel from start to finish. Since she was a fast reader, she just merely skimmed through it and could already tell the gist of the entire novel.
It was a simple love story with a serial killer at hand. The male lead was a gang leader of the group who had attacked Lily and forced her to an end developing her second personality. Instantly, she thought that this kidnapping was perhaps ordered by the leader himself and thus, she targeted him all at once.
But in reality, even the gang leader, the mafia boss, wasn’t in the least bit aware of what had happened, and when he found out, it was already too late, the damage had been done and the villain had shot at him directly, trying to kill him.
But thanks to his skills, the male lead managed to avoid the attack and saved his own life.
Then enters the female lead, the doctor who treated the male lead’s injury caused by that bullet. It turns out, that the female lead was a childhood friend of the male lead, who had ended up becoming a mafia boss in the end because of his family circumstances.
The villain continued to chase the mafia boss whenever she would be in control of Lily’s body and tried several ways to deal with him. This allowed the male lead to have more contact with the female lead.
Feelings between the two of them grew further into love. But unfortunately, the villain found out about it. She instantly targeted the female lead this time, wanting to kill the woman the same way she had killed several people who came in her way.
Thus, it took her no time to kidnap the female lead. Then, in a dark room, the villain scared the woman so much by her words and actions that the poor female lead fainted straight out of horror.
But just as the villain was about to make the kill, the male lead finally appeared. After the last showdown, he killed the villain with his bullet and saved the female lead.
Throughout the time, no one mentioned the original Lily even a single bit!
Sure, the other personality of hers was cruel, but what about Lily herself? She was innocent, and she didn’t even know how she died in the end because of cruel deeds by her second personality.
Abigail felt like the author didn’t do justice to this character and felt utter sympathy for the woman. She now realized what Rebecca was actually saying back then. Villains were truly pitiful.
She sighed and by the time she closed the book, they had already reached their destination. She instantly put down her book and pushed open the door, walking ahead before Asher could open it for her.
It was her day right now. So she didn’t need to wait for them anymore. She was currently Olivia, not Abigail. Thus, as soon as she got out, her face took over an indifferent posture as she walked elegantly.
The current location was an ordinary house, and the scene they were going to shoot was of the female lead who was getting ready for her hospital. The director aimed to show a bit of the lady’s past, how she still missed playing around with her childhood friend, and how she still had their photos stuck to the wall before her bed.
After that, for a few days, the male lead’s scenes would be shown about how he grew up. Of course, the director would like them both to finish the scenes in a single day, but even she knew that since all the actors and actresses were either newbies or of moderate seniority.
Thus, she had expected to take at least two to three days for such a small scene.
Even though Abigail didn’t have a scene, she still needed to keep up with the story so as to not miss out on special scenes during her turn.
It was a two-story simple house with a garage on the side. A car was already placed inside for shooting the scene. If you ignore a few cars and vans outside with a bunch of filming items at hand, it would look exactly like an ordinary house outside the city area with a few trees around and a beautiful garden inside the boundary wall.
At this time, Abigail walked over and entered the house followed by Asher and Nicholas. The small hallway was filled with people right and left. Most of them were staff members arranging every small detail in the room. The actors were yet to come.
