Orden said in a low voice:

"Bullshit!"
Queen Jelena shot to her feet, pointing her scepter at Orden’s forehead.
"Don’t think I don’t know. To maintain the Wasted Female system, you deliberately create inferior Spiritual Soothing Agents so that the beastmen can never be effectively soothed."
"And those High Level Females who don’t obey you are branded as Wasted Females, then forced into laboratories to bear cubs of specific bloodlines!"
