The Unveiling of Secret Queen-Chapter 237: About to Smash the Face_1
The area outside the Waterfront Pavilion was initially quiet.
Everyone’s attention had been focused on one celebrity after another brought in by the Quinlan Family, and no one noticed Nathalie Quinlan and her group.
But then, all of a sudden, she raised her voice, and now everyone was looking over.
Even the reporters were attracted to the scene; the girl playing with her phone leaned against a wall, and she was strikingly beautiful!
She wasn’t wearing any famous designer clothes, nor had she made any special effort with her appearance, but she had an aura that completely outshone Ghania Quinlan, who had made every effort to dress up.
When she lifted her head,
everyone noticed her eyes—they were extraordinarily beautiful.
Her skin was white and delicate.
She had thin eyelids, dark pupils, and upturned eye corners that gave her a hint of a rebel’s charm!
Even in the entertainment circle, her face would be hard to outshine.
Furthermore, it was obvious that she was not wearing any makeup—she was all natural!
The reporters began whispering to each other.
"Who is this girl? She’s so pretty."
"Nathalie Quinlan, the name sounds familiar."
"Ah, now I remember, she’s Audrick Zachmann’s younger sister. Remember the big scandal at No. 1 Middle School some time ago? The one with the pipe incident that involved a top star’s sister? That must be Nathalie Quinlan!"
"I saw her photo online before, it was blurry, and I thought it was edited to overexposure, but she’s just as gorgeous in person. What a waste if she doesn’t go into showbiz."
"What brand are the clothes she’s wearing? They look familiar."
With remarks passed back and forth, the conversation quickly centered on Nathalie Quinlan, as if she had suddenly become the protagonist of the day instead of Ghania Quinlan.
Zayn Fisher also noticed the girl not far away, and once he saw her, he couldn’t look away.
Mrs. Fisher and Adelia Tucker also saw that girl; both had recently suffered at Nathalie Quinlan’s hands and darkened their faces in unison. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮
Inside, Ghania Quinlan gritted her teeth—she was pleased to see Nathalie Quinlan embarrass herself, yet annoyed at Olivia Barness’s meddling.
"Nathalie Quinlan, where are you waiting for your friend? Where is he?"
"Damn it!" Jhovany Sullivan got angry, rolling up his sleeve ready to rush up and confront her, furiously berating Olivia Barness, "You really have a foul mouth. I was wrong; I thought it was only Ghania Quinlan who had her mouth blessed in the restroom, but it turns out your whole group has been to the toilet for blessings. What’s the deal, is the restroom having a discount today? Free for the elderly, costs nothing for the mentally challenged?"
Clerent Miller had never seen the class monitor curse someone out before, but she had to admit, it was quite satisfying!
This time, Olivia Barness, who wanted to cling to Ghania Quinlan’s coattails, sneered in response to Jhovany Sullivan, "Heh, you all are only good with your words. Besides bickering, what else can you do? You have the time to curse me out, so why doesn’t your ’master’ hurry up and call her friends over?"
Jhovany Sullivan wished she could dash outside and kick her twice, "Whether she comes or not is none of your damn business! Did I consume your family’s rice?"
Olivia Barness snorted coldly, "I just can’t stand certain people putting on airs."
She redirected her gaze, looking back toward Nathalie Quinlan and taunted, "Nathalie Quinlan, I’m talking to you—what’s with playing dumb? Aren’t you all tough at school? Almost becoming the tyrant of Class A; why are you suddenly so silent when it hits a sore spot? You let all your friends stick up for you..."
Freddy Cagwin and Jhovany Sullivan, among others, clenched their fists, seething with indignation.
Justin Wafford even pulled out his phone, wondering whether to call his parents for help.
But the girl being taunted merely lifted her eyelids to give a glance, put away her phone, and with a dismissive and roguish look in her eyes, and a voice that sounded as though she had just woken up, she said, "What’s the rush?"
