The System Sent Me to Breed an All-Female Amazon Tribe-Chapter 239: A Female D’Lion
Tesa leaned in from Benjamin’s other side, her voice calm and reassuring as she added, "But rest assured, D’Lion will still come out victorious in the end."
The reality was something else, though:
Looking back at the battle, the scene shifted dramatically.
D’Lion was now being slammed across the field in a methodical, punishing rhythm by the numbered titans.
Apart from the Third Born still locked in fierce combat with Leodog, every other Born had converged on D’Lion, delivering heavy hits, powerful slams, and explosive blasts that sent the demigod flying from one end of the plain to the other.
He took the punishment quietly without mounting much immediate resistance, his smaller form tumbling through the air before crashing heavily into the dirt again and again.
He flew backward from a particularly strong impact and landed hard on his back, the collision kicking up a massive cloud of dust and debris.
Then he pushed himself up casually, dusting off his body with cool, unhurried motions as if the beating had been nothing more than a minor inconvenience.
D’Lion soon turned his gaze toward where Benjamin was lounging far away at the forest edge.
His cheeks began to flush a noticeable shade of red, his brows furrowing deeply in clear embarrassment.
"Th... That did not count as anything!" His voice had suddenly shifted, now boyish and lighter, the deep rumbling thunder completely gone. "These insects only surprised me. They understood I had weakened myself and took the opportunity well."
[He’s a sore loser!] Benjamin thought sharply, the mental comment dripping with slight amusement.
D’Lion, after explaining his mistake with obvious defensiveness, turned back toward the fast incoming Borns.
A prominent vein popped up on his forehead as irritation flared across his face.
"Embarrassing me before my master like that?" His voice began to shift even further, growing lighter and taking on a nearly feminine tone now. "Let me release just a bit more power, but in a different direction."
And his body began to transform once more.
His waist pulled inward and curved elegantly, his hips and backside pushed out into a more pronounced shape, his legs and hands became noticeably slender and refined, while his chest swelled outward to a large, prominent size.
"Eh?! He turned into a woman suddenly?!" Benjamin shrieked, his voice cracking with pure surprise at the abrupt and dramatic turn of events unfolding right before his eyes.
"Ah, yes," Tesa explained immediately, her tone steady and matter-of-fact even as she remained nestled against him. "D’Lion and his colleagues who were created at the same time... They had no gender and were formerly considered titans or monsters. After the humans were made, they then developed the idea of preference, which made some choose to take female forms, and others male."
"Hmmm... Isn’t that too crazy? How do they live like that knowing they have no gender?" Benjamin asked her, his voice laced with some bewilderment as he tried to wrap his head around the concept.
"No, it is more of a mask to them," Tesa replied calmly, her tone steady and explanatory while she stayed nestled comfortably against his side. "True demigods have no real physical form and are not considered mortals or biological beings at all. Gender is simply something they can choose to wear or discard whenever it suits them."
"Maybe you must have met one already," Tera added smoothly from his other side, her fingers still gently tracing along his arm. "The Superior fox spirit Kuzunoha. She resides in Shishi-no-su."
"Oh yes, I met her," Benjamin answered, nodding as the memory surfaced clearly. "She was really huge... And yeah, I don’t think she had a physical body in the usual sense. Her form was being contained and protected within the temple she was at, like some kind of living staple."
Then Benjamin fell silent for a moment, pondering the revelation with a thoughtful frown creasing his brow, before he asked again, "So... you both also don’t have gender?"
"We do not truly get bothered with matters like that," Tera answered without hesitation, a small shrug in her voice. "We are just we. However, my sister and I are currently female, due to our fall from grace into fairyhood. It simply became the form that fit our new existence best."
Benjamin made an awkward face, his expression twisting slightly as he seemed to wonder internally what it would even feel like to exist in such a fluid, detached way from something so fundamental.
"Huh? You are reaching a level where you will be like that too," Tera pouted a little, her voice carrying a teasing lilt as she nudged him gently.
"What?! You mean I won’t have a dick soon?" Benjamin’s eyes widened with sudden shock and clear concern, his posture straightening sharply against the vines.
"That is not what I meant at all," Tera explained quickly, a hint of amusement mixing into her words. "A time will come when you will possibly become a god... Maybe in the next hundred years or so. At that point, you must have lost your fixed gender entirely, and you could even choose to give birth if you wanted to."
"Thanks, but no thanks," Benjamin waved one hand dismissively, his face still showing lingering discomfort as he quickly turned his eyes back toward the chaotic field. "Though, I already somewhat know what it feels like to give birth..."
On the battlefield, the action intensified into a breathtaking, high-speed sequence worthy of the most dynamic animation.
Female D’Lion moved with a precision that felt astronomical, her transformed body flowing through the chaos with graceful yet deadly efficiency.
She was far less calm and detached than her male form had been — her movements carried a sharper, more aggressive flair — but every strike landed with flawless calculation.
She wielded a single glowing golden spear as her primary weapon, spinning and thrusting it in fluid, sweeping arcs to simultaneously engage all the Borns at once, save for the distant Eldest Born who still observed from afar.
While her spear clashed and parried in the thick of combat, she maintained perfect multitasking control:
Golden spears continued to rain down from above like a relentless storm, spearing through thousands of the lesser titans in sweeping waves.
Each projectile whistled through the air with lethal accuracy, piercing multiple grotesque bodies before exploding into bursts of radiant light that dissolved the Children into fading grey mist.
At the same time,
