The System Awakens: Rise of the Champion-Chapter 149: The Plan To Conquer
"This is the beginning of my conquest."
Damian's eyes glowed with a strange golden light, and an excited expression spread across his face, making Shiru, Elfie, her brother, and even Sir Holloway swallow nervously in intimidation.
"W-What do you mean by conquest?" Lucian Holloway asked nervously, almost afraid to even ask the question.
Deep down, he already had an idea of what Damian was talking about when he mentioned the beginning of his "conquest," but hearing it confirmed still unsettled him.
"I'm talking about conquering the human world," Damian said casually.
"I'm from Earth. As the human progenitor, conquering a human world is anything but tough. But it would still be a drag to do it alone. That's why I'm creating more and more High Humans. They will have the power to create and control lesser-ranked Superior Humans. They'll make it much easier to manage the large population."
"Are you serious about this?" Elfie asked with wide eyes. "You're talking about bringing an entire world under your control! It's not as simple as you make it sound."
"Well, for others it might not be," Damian said, "but not for me. I'm the progenitor of humans, the rightful ruler of the entire human race. Me conquering the human worlds is something that's supposed to happen, and it's going to happen without a doubt."
As he spoke, a dark bluish-purple aura began to release from his skin, making everyone once again aware they were speaking with the progenitor of humanity.
"Um, wait, you said human worlds... Does that mean you're going after every single human world?" Lucian Holloway asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Of course," Damian shrugged, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.
"I don't know what to call this other than ridiculous," Lucian muttered, wiping imaginary sweat from his forehead, not that vampires actually sweat.
"I understand you have the ability to do this," Lucian continued, "but isn't this too much? How are you even going to do it? Have you thought about how long it would take? Do you even know how many human worlds there are? Have you taken into account how big the human population is across the universe? Humans are the most populous race out there." He shook his head wildly as he spoke.
"Of course, I've thought about all that," Damian said calmly.
"And I'm not saying I'm going to conquer every world right away. Right now, I'm planning to focus only on my world, Earth. As for the other worlds, I'll deal with them in my free time. You could even say conquering them will be like me doing side quests." Damian chuckled.
Damian's plan was simple:
Use his authority as the human progenitor to influence the entire human race on Earth and declare himself the King of Earth.
He also intended to evolve every single human on Earth, transforming them into the lesser-ranked [Superior Humans], eliminating the concept of "ordinary" humans entirely.
Only a few specially selected individuals would be evolved into [High Humans].
With the entire human race evolved, Damian would establish his own kingdom, the [Kingdom of Ouroboros], with the entire Earth as its territory.
Damian would rule as King, and the High Humans he selected would serve as his commanders, carrying out his will.
He was even planning to grant more power to the High Humans, dividing Earth into multiple territories with each High Human ruling over one.
These territories would have their own subsidiary factions, all ultimately under the rule of the [Circle of Ouroboros], with Damian as the ultimate leader.
If any problems arose during the execution of this plan, Damian would simply eliminate the threats with sheer power.
If any High Human even thought about defying him, Damian would kill them and make an example of them.
Not that it was likely to happen.
Every progenitor had a unique set of qualities and abilities that no other being, not even other progenitors, could replicate.
One of Damian's unique traits as the Human Progenitor was that every High Human or Superior Human he created would always be under his influence.
It wasn't mind control, it was a deep, instinctual loyalty.
Subconsciously, they would grow an overwhelming fear of him, making it impossible for them to even think of betrayal without suffering unbearable torment.
There was virtually no way for Damian's plan to fail unless some unaccounted variable, like beings from another world or race, interfered.
But even that was unlikely. The System would not allow easy travel between worlds without a heavy price.
And even if a powerful being did come to Earth, Damian was confident he could handle them.
After all, his strength had already reached the realm of gods.
In his base form, he rivaled lower-level gods from the lower planes.
And if he activated any of his transformation forms, [The Nature's Wrath], [Eternal Nephilim], [Embodiment of Negativity], or his strongest [Weapon of Infinity (Ultimate)] form, his power could even match high-level gods of the lower plane.
He was also the disciple of five gods, who were surely watching over him, ready to protect him if needed.
After all, Damian was vital to their goals: he ensured the continuation of life, something even the gods desired.
Actually, thinking about it, if a threat strong enough to endanger Damian appeared, it would probably be something even the gods themselves couldn't handle.
"I guess you really thought this through, huh?" Lucian Holloway muttered, sighing.
"Of course. I won't do anything half-hearted," Damian said, turning his gaze back to the dozens of cocoons of evolution before him.
Though he seemed to simply be observing, Damian could clearly perceive everything happening inside.
His special eyes, a gift of his progenitor heritage, allowed him to see down to the cellular level.
The blessings he had received from the gods, especially the blessings related to the Concepts of Creation and Knowledge from Brahma, the Hindu god of creation, rapidly accelerated his ability to learn and comprehend everything he observed, increasing it by 1000%.
These blessings worked passively, automatically activating whenever he engaged in tasks related to their respective concepts.
At the same time, something else was happening within him.
His talent [The Law Collector] was constantly at work, increasing his understanding of the universal laws.
[Your understanding of the Law of Creation has increased.]
[Your understanding of the Law of Knowledge has increased.]
Damian was a progenitor, a being tied to creation and life, so his understanding of the Laws of Creation and Life was naturally high.

Meanwhile, Sir Holloway was thinking about the message he had received from the vampire count, his master, Countess Amaya Kuroyami.
He took a deep breath and turned towards Damian, who was already looking at him, as if waiting.
"What do you want to tell me, Lucian?" Damian asked, narrowing his eyes.
"How did you know I wanted to tell you something?" Sir Lucian Holloway asked, wide-eyed.
"Hmm... I felt it," Damian replied plainly.
His senses had become so heightened that he could feel the emotions of those around him without even activating any sensory amplification abilities.
"I-I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that you can do that," Lucian sighed in exhaustion.
He continued, "Anyway, here's the thing. The Vampire Counts want to have a talk with you. My master, Countess Amaya Kuroyami, asked me to bring you to Nightingale for an audience with the Five Vampire Countesses."
"Hm, interesting. What's this about? Don't tell me they want revenge for me killing one of the Vampire Countesses. Because if they are, I don't mind declaring war against them..." Damian said, grinning.
For a split second, Lucian thought he saw the image of Damian's High Demon form overlapping with his High Human form, a terrifying sight.
"No, no, no!" Lucian quickly said, shaking his head violently to prevent any misunderstandings that might lead to the destruction of the vampires of Nightingale.
"Believe me, they're not idiots. They saw how strong you are. They wouldn't dare antagonize you."
"Hehe, relax. I was just joking," Damian chuckled.
Still uneasy, Sir Holloway continued, "...The Counts probably want to resolve any animosity created between you and the vampires of Nightingale."
"That's good. But I don't want to have an audience with them," Damian said simply.
"W-Why not?" Lucian asked, cautiously.
"Well, for one, they're disrespecting me by sending an invitation through you instead of coming here themselves," Damian said coldly.
"I'm a ruler. I'm the progenitor of humans. I won't tolerate being treated like that by lesser beings like noble vampires. I'd rather have them as my enemies than go to their world and talk about peace."
For the first time, Lucian Holloway saw intense coldness in Damian's eyes.
"So you can tell them," Damian continued, "that we can continue being enemies. And whenever I see my enemies, I'll treat them exactly how enemies are meant to be treated."
Sir Holloway didn't know what to say to that statement and became silent out of fear.
Even though they had been speaking like fiends, he knew that if push came to shove, Damina would kill him without hesitation.
When he said he would consider vampires his enemies, it also meant he would consider him an enemy as well.
