"Mom, I am sorry but I am not in the mood to play your guessing games right now. I just woke up after sleeping for a month and I think my stomach is already aware of that. Can I grab a bite to eat first?" Elsa requested.

Hera grinned, affectionately pinching Elsa’s cheek as she replied, "Of course, sweetheart. I will make your favorite comfort food." This time, she playfully pinched both of Elsa’s cheeks.

"Aw, Mom! I’m not a kid anymore!" Elsa protested with a yelp.

"I may have left when you were thirteen, but you’ll always be my baby," Hera declared before heading out to prepare a meal for her.

"Thirteen is not exactly a kid, Mom! That’s a teenager!" Elsa retorted as Hera walked away, chuckling at her response.

After her mother closed the door, Elsa turned to find Ciel and Gaia peacefully sleeping on the bed.

"Girls!" she exclaimed, slamming her hand on the bed to startle them awake.

[Goodness gracious, Elsa! Are you attempting to give me a heart attack and die the second time? My tiny old heart nearly exploded!] Ciel exclaimed.

[Ignore her. She’s just old and grumpy. While you were in a coma, all she did was sleep too. Sometimes I wonder if she’s in a coma as well!] Gaia remarked.

[Oh, you noisy little mutt, keep your mouth shut. You got startled too, and correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re the most skittish among the four of us.] Ciel retorted.

Elsa laughed at her dogs’ banter and quickly hugged them both. "I miss cuddling with you both. Since we arrived in Vectus, all we’ve been doing is training, attending one ceremony after another, and following all those traditions. I think I want to declare today as my day off to just spend it with you and my mom."

[I don’t think you should take a day off,] Ciel advised.

[Agreed. I believe you should start training immediately. Your mages mentioned that the witch queen forced metal chokers on all werewolves loyal to you and Chris. These chokers will give them electric shocks whenever they use their powers, including the mind link, preventing secret communication. That’s why Lexi and Baahu decided to undergo their marking right away.

[In your dream, when you burned all those trees, what did you feel?] Ciel asked.

"Anger. I was so angry and I don’t even know why I am angry," Elsa said as she raised her closed fist gesturing anger, causing her dogs to laugh at her.

[Ok good start. When you heard the water dripping and finally saw the well, what did you feel?]

"Calmness. It was so peaceful. It was like that water was poured onto my burning anger and washed it all away."

[And what elements are those?]

"Fire and water, oh!" Elsa clapped her hands fast like an excited child and exclaimed, "Nuri and Nile! So that means that my dream is about you four!"

"Yes and no."

Everyone turned their gaze to the door when they heard Hera’s voice.

"I am still boiling the ox bone so I decided to not waste any time and be with you when I heard your conversation," Hera said.

Elsa patted the spot next to her and said, "Sit with me Mom, we are trying to solve my dream."

Hera sat beside Elsa and said, "You already know your elements so the dream is not about them. I think is it about something bigger. You mentioned the snowy mountain, right? Think carefully about what else is there, and what other things happened in your dream?

"I fell into the well and..." Elsa paused and frowned. "Now that you are forcing me to remember. I think I saw blood on the wall of the well. But I am not sure... But Mom why are you so interested in my dream? And How come you are so sure that it is about something bigger."

"I believe you already know my story, on how I ended up in Novus. My grandmother Archmage Nadezhda has the gift of sight. She sees things in her dreams and I think you have it too. When you were young, you used to tell me your dreams very vividly which is not common. Then, after some time something will happen and I would realize that it’s from your dreams.

My grandmother helped me escape because she dreamt about an unborn divine mage baby who came from the heavens. That baby would be the fated mate of a werewolf king and would be marked by him even before she was born. The said baby will be the one who will awaken our sleeping ancestors in the snowy mountain of Zemaria.

She said she had been dreaming about it for years but only figured out what it meant on the day of my wedding to Chris. When she found out that Drake was helping me run away because I was pregnant with Nathan’s baby, it hit her. She looked for me and luckily saw us being chased by the demons and helped me hide in Novus.

She gave me the Book of the Divines. Written in there is everything that a divine archmage should know including the location of the sleeping divine mages. There are so many snowy mountains in Zemaria during the winter so that book is the only thing that could help us find it.

She was supposed to give it to my mother but it was too late. A demon stabbed her and she was holding the portal open for me, so she gave it to me and promised to return it to Zemaria one day. I left it in our old house And Elandir said that you no longer live there," Hera sighed sadly remembering both her grandmother and the important memento that she had entrusted her.

"No, Mom, Dad was able to get all of our things from the old house and put them in the cabin on his property...!" Elsa gasped and covered her mouth with wide eyes as she looked at Hera.

"What is it?" Hera asked in anticipation.

"I remember when Chris and I were in the cabin looking for your picture. He sensed someone was coming so we hid behind one of the bookshelves. That person was looking for something but found none. Could it be? It could be a demon looking for your book!"

"It could be, but where is my book?"

"Perhaps Dad hid it? I still can’t believe that he did not tell me until the last moment that he is my real father. I plan to go to Novus to check on him. I can sense that he is alive so perhaps we can look for the mages and check on Dad?"

"No need. He is alive. Elandir already checked but we don’t know where he is," Hera informed her.

"What?! That elf already checked?! He was trying to trade a round-trip portal usage for the Moonstone Mithril Staff?! That elf is devious!" Elsa angrily exclaimed.

Hera chuckled instead of sympathizing with her daughter making Elsa furrow her eyebrows in annoyance.

"Relax, Honey. He did not fool you. He checked after getting the staff back. He said he would check Nathan there to save you a trip since you will have a lot on your plate once you wake up. Elandir is a good person and has helped us all in so many ways than we could imagine," Hera stated, calming Elsa.

"So you really think he could be trusted?"

"Yes, dear. Even your husband, Christopher trusts him with his and your life. So rest assured that Elandir is on our side."
