The Maid's Rise to Be a President's Wife-Chapter 9: Skipping Class Publicly
Chapter 9 - Skipping Class Publicly
No one but him could bully her like this. So Ji En stood up, walked to Ji Aier's side, and pulled her up.
Suddenly being pulled up, Ji Aier turned her head and saw Ji En. She had no idea what he was going to do.
While Ji Aier was still in a daze, Ji En pulled her towards the door. When passing by the podium, he even said to the Chinese teacher, "You don't need to come to work tomorrow." Then he pulled Ji Aier out of the classroom.
The whole class fell silent.
"How could you talk to the teacher like that?" Ji Aier said to Ji En. And they were skipping class publicly during class time, right in front of the teacher. This was really too much.
"Why not?" Ji En turned around and asked her. Was this little girl's head filled with water again? Was she still showing off her super - kind - heartedness?

"She's a teacher!" In Ji Aier's eyes, teachers were held in high esteem, and students shouldn't go against them.
"I'm the one who pays her salary." One of the three major shareholders of this private prestigious school was Master Ji. And he was the only legal heir of the Ji family. He had the power to decide whether this teacher would stay or leave.
"You have no respect for teachers," Ji Aier could only say. Some things couldn't be measured by money or power. Otherwise, it would be too worldly.
"What right does she have to talk to you like that, and you're still defending her!" Ji En said angrily. She was being bullied, but she was still talking about respecting teachers.
"Actually, I felt really bad when she said those things about me, but..." Before she could finish her sentence, Ji En interrupted her.
"That's that then." Ji En pulled her forward. This little girl was really troublesome.
"Where are you taking me? It's class time now," Ji Aier asked Ji En. She hoped he wouldn't take her fishing again. She remembered the time he took her fishing before. They didn't catch any fish, only a loach, which scared her half to death.
"I'm taking you to a place," Ji En said. He had thought of a place for Ji Aier to vent her anger, so he pulled her forward. This time, he didn't climb over the wall but walked through the main gate.
"Master Ji, are you going out?" the guard asked respectfully.
"We want to go out. Open the door," Ji En said to the guard.
"But the school board has given instructions..." the guard said awkwardly.
"Just don't say no. Hurry up!" Ji En said impatiently.
The guard had no choice but to press the automatic button to let them out.
Ji Aier thought that rich people really had a lot of privileges, and poor people had to give up their rights to the rich. Sometimes, she felt that the world was really unfair. But then she thought that rich people often couldn't understand the simple happiness of ordinary people. Just like Ji En, he rarely had the chance to be with his parents. The total time Master Ji and Mrs. Ji spent with him in a year was less than a month. So sometimes, she thought that Ji En was actually as lonely as she was.
Ji En took Ji Aier to the foot of the mountain where they had gone fishing before. She suddenly felt scared. She wondered if he really wanted her to go fishing with him again.
"You're not going to go fishing again, are you?" she asked with a shudder, thinking that she might see that slippery loach again.
"That was ages ago. I'm taking you to a place to vent," Ji En said, pulling her up the mountain.
Maybe she hadn't exercised for a long time. By the time they reached the middle of the mountain, Ji Aier was out of breath.
"So useless. We're almost there!" Ji En said, still not showing any concern for her. He casually wiped the sweat off her face.
Finally, they stopped at an open space on the middle of the mountain. From this angle, she could see the whole scenery below the mountain. She realized that this was a beautiful view she had never discovered before.
