The Last King Of Darkness-Chapter 1405 - 687: Invincible_3
Clap! Clap! Clap!
The three Ghost Kings finally started attacking the demons, like bears slapping bats, able to kill a bat with a single strike.
Rod thought, "Their strength cannot be measured merely by Spiritual Power Strength; although they only have level 14 Spirit Power, the force of their attacks is extremely strong. Their bodily strength is the fundamental aspect of their power."
After observing for a moment, Rod concluded that among the three Ghost Kings, the Evil Ghost King had the highest physical strength, the Devil King had the greatest destructive power, and the Wicked Ghost King was in between. However, as the core, it could mass-produce more Evil Ghost Kings and Devil Kings when necessary.
Asa, on the other hand, was a curse caster. As long as it didn’t encounter beings like the God of Contaminated Blood, it was the nemesis of its enemies.
The puppet’s combat skills were exquisite, with unmatched mastery in utilizing strength, but it required Divinity to unleash its full potential.
However, in a normal state, it could rely on its weapon; the Shield of Darkness was extremely powerful, offering complete protection against the demons.
Rod wondered what its weapon looked like.
As he pondered, the demons’ speed slowed further, and the efficiency of their Spiritual Energy dropped significantly, now less than half of its original level.
Rod knew it was time to activate the Sun Tower.
With a single thought, the Dream Realm’s mightiest weapon emitted a hazy Spiritual Light.
The Sun Tower’s power was closely linked to the Dream Realm. Now, the Dream Realm’s Source Energy had reached 97, enough to support 24 Spirit Light Cannons.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Accompanied by deafening screeches, 24 Spirit Light Bombs whistled out from the surface of the Dream Realm, leaving long trails behind and striking the demons, bursting into iridescent explosions amidst the Demon Wilderness.
With just a single strike, more than 50 demons were instantly killed.
Rod felt a surge of joy; the Sun Tower’s power had increased greatly.
The Dream Realm truly was stronger now.
He continued to control the Sun Tower, firing continuously. Countless Spirit Light Bombs shot out from the surface of the Dream Realm like a torrential downpour, blasting the demons into disarray within moments.
About a quarter of an hour later, the battle ended.
Everyone returned to the Dream Realm, and the Book of Knowledge urgently requested Rod to speed up and leave this area as quickly as possible.
Rod also saw a mass of dark clouds approaching from a distance.
The danger, perceived through Divine Sense greatly enhanced intuition, was also emerging.
This was certainly not a place to linger.
Rod immediately changed the direction of the Dream Bubble, speeding towards the direction indicated by the Book of Knowledge.
After an unknown amount of time, the sense of danger finally disappeared.
Rod breathed a sigh of relief, switched to automatic flight mode, left the Light Platform, returned to the Dream Realm, and asked, "Book, what is the greatest danger in the Demon Wilderness?"
The Book of Knowledge replied, "Demon hordes, demon nests, ancient dominators, and some unknown entities in the death light grounds. Since we have seized the Primordial creations, we cannot stay here for long. I will navigate us out of the Demon Wilderness via the shortest route."
Rod frowned and asked, "Can’t we go back the way we came?"
"No,"
The Book of Knowledge slightly shook its head.
"Returning by the same route would only lead us back into the gap between the Demon Wilderness and the Ice Prison. The disturbance we caused in the Ice Prison was even greater, and going back now would only exacerbate that disturbance, leading the Dream Realm to a calamitous end. We must head to the other side."
Beside him, the puppet, in a calm tone, said, "Master, until the Dream Realm is fully restored, we can only wander through the major regions. To minimize unnecessary disturbances, we must visit different regions each time."
Rod exhaled, realizing that there was still a long road ahead to start the purification of the higher levels of the Spirit Realm.
He turned and glanced at the Soul Altar, which now housed the souls of over a thousand demons.
Unfortunately, they were not prospective kings but strong-level super rank fifth-tier creatures.
It seemed that they were not "containers"; the mysterious perception within their souls might be connected to the Demon Wilderness itself. Killing them could weaken the origin power of the Demon Wilderness. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞
[Demon Souls]
[Extremely Great Souls]
[Distorted, destructive, hateful, and chaotic souls, wrapped in corpses to form death souls, these are negative spawn creatures formed from spiritual matter fallen from greater existences, having drifted for countless ages within the Demon Wilderness.]
[By sacrificing ten souls simultaneously, you can obtain 1 Soul Flower, 1 unit of Spirituality, 1 unit of spiritual matter, 119 units of hateful Soul Traits, and 1500 Soul Residue]
Rod gazed at the description of the soul in surprise. This method of description was something he had never encountered before.
"Book, what is spiritual matter?"
The Book of Knowledge responded, "It is a special, pure Spirit Energy condensed matter, relatively rare, capable of replenishing Spirit Energy without limit, taking effect immediately, and having no side effects."
Rod felt a surge of excitement. Wasn’t this just what he needed to restore his Spirit Energy?
He immediately realized that once again his "Destiny Energy" was at work.
Good!
It truly is my most useful asset.
Rod immediately sacrificed all the demons.
He watched the 102 units of spiritual matter rolling like glass beads in his palm, and his heart was full of joy.
Upon consuming one, it was as if a cold splash of water blossomed within his soul; the chilly Spirit Energy sank into his soul like sweet spring water, bringing a moist reprieve to his parched soul.
Effective!
Though he still couldn’t feel the Spirit Energy, Rod knew it had replenished much of his depleted soul.
He began to consume them ravenously, and his soul was instantly enveloped in a chill, like rain pouring down on a desert.
