Chapter 169: 169

Denying the men a chance to change their lives led to a small war to which Flowua at the time was tempted to wipe out everyone who was opposing her but she knew that would be wrong as people on her own side would also begin to fear her.

During the war, all she did was sit back and watch the consequences of her own decision, seeing as both sides were losing soldiers and capable people. Flowua had to step in and not look weak about the current situation.

She proudly at the time declared that since the men believe they can do better, they should separate and build their own city or home where they can do whatever they want. This decision was another thing Flowua came to regret.

As with the decision and men’s separation, the population growth of her kingdom came to halt, not completely but enough to show how bad it has gotten, the only way for her people to populate was through the men that stayed back and accepted the life they had under women.

The men separated because of their past with the women no longer even feel the need to be around one, so while the men are building up their new society there were no new upcoming generation, the same situation with Flowua and people that chose her.

Some women at the time of separation went with the men and they were the only source of new generation possibly sprouting and even then after a time they got tired of that responsibility only waiting for the upcoming children to take over.

All this led to the downfall of Flowua kingdom. Flowua in her desolate palace has heard rumors about a possible attack on her kingdom but she really doesn’t care anymore, she doesn’t fear losing something she already lost.

What Flowua found funny about the situation was she could rectify the whole situation and save her kingdom but for that to happen it means she has to agree that everything was her fault and that was something she would rather die than do.

Just as she was reminiscing, she felt the subtle shaking reaching her palace. Frowning Flowua sat up from her lying position as she began to focus on her haering where she could hear the subtle sounds of scream and explosion.

She was about to wove out to see what was going on when one of her daughter broke through her palace door with haste "Mother we are under attack"

Making sure no to show any facial expression Flowua asked coldly "Do you know who is attacking us?"

Raina, Flowers daughter looked grave before she responded "They are part of the deep mother and I may be wrong but the leader has made its first appearance"

Flowua lost all composure hearing that, she wasn’t worried about the deep creatures but hearing of the Leader showing itself was what got her riled up, she knows her wrong doing but she also blames the demon for everything going wrong in her kingdom.

If not for the demon, finding loopholes of how her kingdom society worked. The men wouldn’t have had the confidence they had today, things will be moving accordingly with no one finding fault in her way of leadership.

"Finally, showed yourself rat" Flowua said with her teeth clenched. A sound of explosion can be heard as Flowua broke through the palace ceiling quickly heading to the frontline.

Raina surrounded herself with a shield of water as rock debris from the ceiling fell on her, looking up to the open ceiling Raina sighed as she put the shield away "Once again, all the responsibility fall on me"

Raina swam out of the palace all kit up in her war gear, as she began getting the soldier under control and having them in formation so they can at least defend their home from the surprise "Times like this i wish sister didn’t leave us" Raina thought to herself as she watched the soldier fall into formation ready to meet the army coming towards them.

Meanwhile Flowua was cutting through the water like a torpedo with no resistance,it was even clear she was going faster each second. Her mermaid tail split into two as they transformed into legs, her blue sea hair flowing and waving behind her rapidly.

Soon she caught the sight of the army moving towards her kingdom, it wasn’t the first time Flowua has seen people of the deep as they occasionally make their appearance known but she still can’t understand how the demon was able to make the already the ugly looking murlocs look even uglier.

She waved her hand as a huge tornado formed at the center of the approaching army, she flew past the tornado and locked her eyes on her prey which was the demon. Flowua took notice of the giant creature that the demon was standing on, it looked a lot like an octopus but this one was surrounded in scales throughout, One of the octopus tentacles moved in on her once she got close.

Flowua showed no expression as she continued moving, the huge tentacle moving towards her stopped mid movement like there was a thick barrier in front of it that it couldn’t move, Flowua made the water around condensed into a huge blade slicing the tentacle in half.

The demon on top of the octopus head looked at the whole interaction with a look of confusion, all of a sudden the demon eyes widened as Flowua figure seemed to blend with the water next thing it felt was Flowua appearing behind him on the octopus head with one of her hand reared back ready to punch his head off.

Flowua knew the force contraction on her fist as she was ready to knock the demon fish head off, when all of a sudden around the demon appeared a dark colored water from where a huge mouth surrounded with teeth appeared ready to swallow up her hand.

Flowua used the same power she used on the octopus tentacle to stop the water, she could feel the effect shortly affecting the water before it dispersed, Flowua wasn’t about to stop her fist as it went into the mouth.

The demon expression changed as it didn’t feel the sensation of swallowing a flesh instead it felt like it swallowed a slime and it could feel a power concentrating when all of a sudden an explosion occurred which sent the Demon flying off the octopus head meanwhile Flowua got her hand’s free with no damage on it.

More octopus tentacles moved into grab hold of Flowua when like before all of them halted before they reached their target soon like the tentacles were under big pressure they all squeezed together bringing with it a shower of blood that stained the surrounding water.

A loud moaning sound of pain left the octopus’s mouth as it began fleeing away, Flowua didn’t stop it as she focused on the demon once again she disappeared but the demon was prepared this time as the water surrounding it turned dark and it was able to see Flowua figure moving.

A dark harpoon appeared on the demon’ hand as it stabbed randomly into one of the dark water surrounding it, Flowua knew she was exposed once she got into the dark water but she wasn’t expecting a harpoon to move out of nowhere ready to stab her .

Opening her mouth a jelly like water left from her mouth, sticking to the harpoon causing it’s movement to halt. The demon on the other end felt a resistance and the more force it applied the harder it got so the demon gave up pulling its harpoon back.

Holding the harpoon in guarding position, Flowua figure appeared with a face full of anger as she struck the harpoon, the demon smiled looking at her face "It’s our first time meeting face to face your highness no need for such expression"

As it was saying that, the dark water around them grew out hand ready to hold onto Flowua but didn’t time Flowua eyes shined as hands halted completely, the demon was surprised and Flowua chose time to speak "Surprised? I just need to used expend more energy" ƒгeeweɓn૦vel.com

Grabbing hold of the Harpoon, Flowua legs turned into a tail which she used to slap away the demon. The ability Flowua gained in her demigod stage can be said to be unique among the other demigods as her’s has no field limit.

It all depends on how much energy she has or is able to expend, during her problem with her kingdom Flowua had a time where he needed to be away from all of it so sometimes she sneaks out with no one knowing.

Like birds enjoying flying through the sky and feeling the winds on ruffle their feathers, Flowua like swimming across the ocean at her top speed as she maneuvers the rough terrains of the sea, one day on her escapade she noticed she wanted to go faster but she was held back by the very water she likes.

Just as her name, Flowua has a slight connection to the flow of water and its movement, she noticed something about water, it was the fact that water likes to oppose the motion of an object, Ikenga would call it Fluid friction as it is the water resistance against an object moving in it.
