Chapter 459: Chapter 7: Three Centuries Walking with God

The actions and behaviors of Jupiter indeed align closely with Li Hao’s understanding of this most human-like Divine King.

In ancient Earth mythology, the third-generation Greek Divine King Zeus has always been associated with labels of being a stallion, arrogant, ambitious, and powerful.

You may question His intelligence, despise His character.

But no one can deny the strength and ambition of this strongest Greek Divine King.

In order to become the Eighth Celestial Father, Jupiter drove the Roman World to keep moving, attracting and accepting Gods from other Divine Pantheons into his own.

During this process, the newly formed Roman Pantheon gradually became powerful, and the once Olympian Gods also became one of the renowned super-large Divine Pantheons in All Heavens and Myriad Realms.

If it were not for the sudden rise of the Eighth Celestial Father, Jupiter, leading the Roman Pantheon, might have indeed become the Eighth Celestial Father.

It seemed like fate, or perhaps just a mere coincidence...

With the appearance of the Eighth Celestial Father, the curse of the second-generation Greek Divine King Cronus also descended upon Jupiter.

No one knows who exactly ended Jupiter’s reign...

Nor does anyone know what kind of turmoil occurred in the Roman World back then...

The only certainty is that after Jupiter’s era, the Roman Pantheon went through multiple eras such as the Five Virtuous Kings and the Four Gods’ Co-Rule.

Unfortunately, no God was able to possess the supreme divine power and status like Jupiter did.

Especially as more and more Exotic Gods joined the Roman Pantheon, it unsurprisingly experienced internal strife and turmoil.

According to records, the original Holy Spirit was one of the Gods that later joined the Roman Pantheon.

Even now, many ancient Supreme Gods still regard the Yawei God as a continuation of the Roman Pantheon.

In the great internal conflict that ended the Roman Pantheon, the original Holy Spirit betrayed its former Main God, ascended to the Divine Throne in the name of "God," and began a new era.

Unfortunately, perhaps continuing the Greek Gods’ rebellion and curse against paternal authority.

The Holy Spirit, which founded the Yawei God, encountered similar situations as well.

Firstly, the most beloved Dawn Angel Lucifer, because he refused to kneel to the Holy Spirit’s firstborn son Adam, defected from the Yawei God, taking one-third of the stars and angels from the sky.

This marked the turning point from prosperity to decline for the Yawei God, also the beginning of the Holy Spirit gradually retreating behind the scenes.

Subsequently, the Holy Spirit’s firstborn son Adam, under the temptation of the Ancient Serpent Samael, secretly consumed the Forbidden Fruit of Wisdom in Eden.

It should be known that Adam, as the Holy Spirit’s firstborn, already possessed the Fruit of Life.

Therefore, when the immortal individual acquired supreme wisdom, the authority of the Holy Spirit, known as omniscient and omnipotent, was divided.

Even though the Holy Spirit later expelled Adam from Eden.

The challenge to His authority ensured that He could no longer suppress the Gods under Him.

As a result, those Angel leaders who were once brainwashed and assimilated began to awaken one after another, either rebelling and fleeing or harboring sinister intentions.

In this situation, the third betrayal that ultimately led to the demise of the original Holy Spirit occurred.

Similarly, the Holy Spirit’s youngest son Jesus intended to replace his father, secretly spreading his beliefs among all sentient beings, equating himself with the Holy Spirit.

The result was predictable, the angry Holy Spirit did not hold back this time but directly killed his youngest son, casting Him into the Fallen Area.

Alas, the Holy Spirit’s anger could not undo what had already transpired.

After the betrayals of Adam and Jesus, the Holy Spirit’s power was officially divided into three, becoming the prototype of the so-called "Holy Father, Holy Son, and Holy Spirit" trinity concept.

The Supreme Divine Authority that originated from the Greek Gods was thus split into three parts.

Adam, expelled from Eden, possessed the "Power of the Holy Father."

Jesus, cast into the Fallen Area, carried away the "Power of the Holy Son."

As for the "Power of the Holy Spirit" remaining after the original Holy Spirit’s demise?

This power has continued to be passed down among the Yawei Gods, becoming the decisive force guiding the direction of the Yawei World.

However, much like after Jupiter’s death.

The Yawei Gods, in their struggle for the "Power of the Holy Spirit," kept playing out scenes of betrayal and counter-betrayal.

This situation persisted until Metatron, head of the Seven Great Angels and known as the "King of Angels," walked with "God" for three hundred years and finally gained the recognition of the "Power of the Holy Spirit."

.........................................................

"The Yawei World... is almost reaching its limit."

King of Angels Metatron murmured this, with thirty-six wings tightly covering and enveloping his body.

Metatron was not the original name of this King of Angels.

It was an honorary title conferred by the Gods after he walked with "God" for three hundred years—denoting the most favored by God.

Metatron’s original name was Enoch, a Seraph that was deeply favored by the original Holy Spirit when He was still alive.

However, few people know that besides being a Seraph, Enoch also had another identity—being Adam’s eldest grandson.

The Holy Spirit’s firstborn son, Adam, before being expelled from Eden, had two children with his wife Eve, namely Cain and Abel.

Cain was Adam’s firstborn, in charge of cultivation and harvest.

Abel was Adam’s second son, responsible for raising livestock and herding.

One day, Cain and Abel both offered sacrifices to the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit took a liking to Abel’s lamb and fat, inciting Cain’s jealousy and anger.

Ultimately, driven by anger and jealousy, Cain killed his brother Abel and was exiled by the Holy Spirit to the Land of Nod east of Eden.

There, Cain and his wife bore a firstborn son—Enoch.

Perhaps due to being born with Original Sin, Enoch exhibited great humility from a young age, as well as astonishing wisdom and responsibility.

Therefore, after Adam consumed the Forbidden Fruit and was expelled from Eden.

Enoch was exceptionally promoted by the Holy Spirit to become a Seraph, becoming the "Contract Angel" among the Seven Great Angels.

It is both a burden of responsibility and a matter of character...

After becoming a "Contract Angel," Enoch consistently endeavored to atone for the sins committed by Cain and Adam.

If it was a matter of justice and fairness, Enoch would participate without hesitation, whether they were Gods or mortals.

If not for the original Holy Spirit’s demise, and the crisis of the impending destruction of the Yawei World...

Enoch might have always remained the esteemed "Contract Angel," presiding over the "King of Angels" of the Seven Great Angels.
