All six artists happened to be present, and they were both surprised and delighted to see Qing Ran.

After hearing Qiao Xiaren’s proposal, the other artists were visibly tense, all hoping Qing Ran would choose them.

"That’s what I was thinking too—taking on two people is manageable for me."

Qiao Xiaren’s suggestion perfectly aligned with Qing Ran’s intentions, which were mainly centered around Yu Qianchu. He then selected Yu Qianchu and a girl named Lin Jianan.

The other two male artists, having been highly focused, had both hoped Qing Ran would choose them. To their surprise, Yu Qianchu ended up getting picked, leaving their expressions noticeably unsettled.

Qiao Xiaren and Weini pretended not to notice. Everyone had their own personal interests, and they wouldn’t particularly mind people competing over opportunities, as long as it didn’t spiral out of control.

Clearly, Yu Qianchu didn’t take them seriously either.
