As the giant’s calf swept past, the mere brush of its instep against Shen Mo felt like a cataclysmic impact... Under the enormous recoil, Shen Mo’s sword arm began to shatter inch by inch like porcelain. The destruction spread from his palm up to his wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, and then across his chest and back...

A cloud of blood mist exploded outwards. Shen Mo, his Dao Body grievously damaged, was "kicked" away like a meteor streaking across the sky! The speed at which he was flung backward was several times faster than his Ride the Cloud magic’s escaping light. His broken body even ignited into multi-colored flames as it violently interacted with nature’s spiritual energy, creating a scene of shocking, bizarre beauty!

Shen Mo didn’t know how far he flew before he plunged into the sea, kicking up a thousand-zhang-high wave. The seawater, heated by the searing temperature of his passage, began to boil and churn violently.
