The dragon's harem-Chapter 1059: The Void Crack
"Wait you old hag!" Yog flew away, "I know you might be angry at me, but it was necessary, otherwise you’ve been reduced to nothing when crossing between the realms." She spun around Mary and pointed at the void crack.
"Time flows like a river, now that you’ve spent fifty years here you can go across and pay those years to stabilize the time." She looked at Mary, "You’re seventy-eight years old now, when you pass across this void you’ll arrive at Arad’s world as twenty-two years old and won’t age for another fifty years."
"What do you mean?" Echidna glared at her.
"To you two it was fifty years no more than a few hours had passed on Arad’s side. Besides, you are mere humans, Plum is a spirit but fifty years ago she wasn’t powerful enough to withstand the time shift."
"Grab her!" Mary growled and the four of them started chasing Yog, trying to catch her. "Arad would’ve been harmed by that time shift, same as us. No, won’t the spirit queens have died as well?" Explore hidden tales at novelbuddy
"Arad is a powerful void dragon, Altair is the same. The two spirit queens are near-immortal beings so the time shift can barely affect them." Yog who was flying around the place running out of the four of them suddenly stopped and flicked her fingers.
The four found themselves tied together with golden ropes. "Did you really think I’ll be running away from you four? I’m a goddess and a powerful one at that." She flew around them, laughing her guts off.
The four girls were tied to each other with those glowing golden ropes, unable to move. The void crack beside them started growing larger and larger, "I’ll send you to Arad now, try to survive. Fifty years ago you would’ve surely died, but now you’ve got a fighting chance."
She pulled the rope, swung them around, and threw them into the void crack.
The space around the four of them twisted and time started rushing backward, they could feel it inside their bones, a sharp pain crushing their ribs and lungs. With each passing second they felt closer and closer to death.
Their skin tightened and their vision flickered, as the rainbow hew of the void crack around them rippled, spiraling into infinity. As their bodies were about to rip apart, a naked woman appeared in front of them.
The naked woman’s skin was filled with scales, and her black and red eyes sparked with eldritch magic as her hair started writhing like snakes. The abomination they killed wasn’t the only one approaching their world, the reason the void crack didn’t close was because another abomination was crossing over, and this woman before them was coming.
"Another monster!" Mesharra pulled her cane sword and swung at the abomination.
The woman blocked Mesharra’s strike with her forearm, "You old hag! Why do…I can smell them both on you! Arad Orion and the blood of my younger brother!" Her hair flashed red, turned into blades, and flew at Mesharra like the blades of a blender.
CLANG! Mesharra deflected the abomination’s attacks and stood behind her, lifting her sword up and waving her other hand.
Echidna flew above everyone and smiled as she lifted her hand into the sky, conjuring a tornado of black flames.
Mary quickly knelt down and started praying as a massive dome of holy magic appeared above her head, expanding to cover a hundred meters around her.
The abomination immediately noticed what the three were doing. "I won’t give you a chance!" The three were about to unleash their elemental expansions, it was obvious from the flow of their magic expanding to the surrounding area.
The abomination was quite lucky, elemental expansions were almost never used in Yog’s world due to how much mana they consumed. In a world that mainly favors efficient magic usage, such wasteful spells were lost to time. It’ll take those three a fair amount of time to cast their elemental expansions, which gives her time to stun them and interrupt their cast.
"You will never!" She flew at Mary, swinging her hand blades at a blinding speed, but it was then that she felt something grabbing her by the hair. She turned around only to see Plum clenching a fist and swinging it at her.
"You damned fairy!" The abomination growled, dodging Plum’s fist, and swung her hair at her instead. If she doesn’t kill her first she can’t interrupt the three casting their expansions.
Plum deflected the abomination’s attacks and flew behind her, grabbing her from the back and throwing her away from everyone else.
The abomination flew back and halted, looking at Plum with a smile. "We’ve all flying through the same void crack, you can’t separate us." She cracked her neck and waved her hand, taking a stance, "I’m called Gelena, the puppet hair. And you?"
"Plum, the spirit’s rose." Plum looked at her with a smile, standing firm in place.
Gelena laughed, "And here I thought you might be someone with a bit of renown, turn out you’re nothing but a worthless fairy." She smiled, waving her hands. Suddenly, four glowing corpses appeared before her.
"Do you know who those women are?" Gelena smiled as the corpses merged into her body, engulfing the whole area in a burning divine flame.
As Plum stood there she could feel her skin peeling off from that burning divine magic. She wiped the blood dripping across her forehead and smiled, "Former goddesses?"
"You’re right, the goddesses of the four seasons." She laughed, "Eiar, the goddess of spring shall nullify your plant magic! Theros, the goddess of summer shall burn your plants! Phthinoporon, the goddess of autumn shall kill your plants, and Khemimon, the goddess of winter shall make sure you’re a frozen corpse for all eternity!"
Plum stared at Gelena whose body had started pulsing with divine magic. As a puppet master, she had managed to control the corpses of four goddesses, pushing her power to a level far above any lesser god.
Plum took a deep breath, a smile faintly appearing on her face. She took a step forward, stepping on the ethereal ground with her bare feet, causing plants to rush from beneath her toes and form a massive platform.
"Hoo? Still want to fight, pathetic mortal." Gelena giggled but Plum ignored her.
From behind Plum, several trees grew, bearing fruit that enlarged to the size of a human, split open, and gave birth to tens of dryads and nymphs. Those naked women started dancing and singing behind her, channeling a massive amount of power into her.
"I see, I see…you think your powers as a spirit queen of the woods can help you? Don’t you know that your kind is beneath the god’s feet? That you’re made to serve them, to clean the filth of the mortal world in their place?" Gelena licked her lips, "You spirit queens are nothing but slaves to the god, spending your whole pathetic life building their mansions as you deserve."
Plum smiled, "You’re right…spirit queens serve the god, we help the souls of the dead pass to the afterlife, and keep the natural order of our land so the world stays balanced. Nature is indeed one of the gods’ servants, but don’t you know…" Plum took a step forward, and the muscles on her body clearly appeared.
Gelena noticed that. Even if Plum’s size didn’t change, her body now looked like she had been training for decades, her strong arms, chizzled abs, and well-defined quads popped out.
"...Slaves are stronger than the nobles they serve." Plum lunged at Gelena and punched her in the face, knocking several of her teeth out.
Gelena couldn’t believe it, she was now commanded the power of four goddesses yet this fairy punched her this hard? She grabbed Plum by the hair and swung a fist of summer heat at her face.
Plum knocked Gelena’s punch aside and threw a kick at her, which Gelena deflected. Fist to fist and foot to foot, those two danced at a blinding speed. The longer the fight went on, the more Gelena realized that she was facing an absolute monster that outclassed her in physical powers.

"Who are you?!" Gelena jumped away from Plum and lifted her hands, creating a massive wall of fire and ice to create some distance between them.
Plum appeared behind her, she had lunged long before the wall even formed. "Me? I’m just a fairy!" She punched her in the back hard enough to smack her on the wall.
"This can’t be…a mere spirit queen can’t fight against the might of the gods!" Gelena growled, only for Plum to take that chance to close the distance and punch her again and then quickly kick her to the ground.
"Arad Orion you’re looking for seems to love a woman who has a bit of muscle on her frame so I spent the past fifty years working out. Do you think I developed a body beautiful enough to entertain him?" She stepped on her back, pushing her foot through her back.
Gelena screamed, her body suddenly turned into ash and flew away, soon forming back as she glared at Plum with a raging face. "Bullshit! Just working out can’t make you strong enough to defeat the gods, what did you do?"
"Nothing special." Plum shrugged with a mischievous grin.
"That can’t be! Your kind should be kneeling to the gods! Praying to them, humiliating yourself for their pleasure!" Gelena waved her arm, "Kneel to me!"
"I only kneel to Yog and Arad Orion…" Plum lifted her hands and waved them.
