Gu Nanyu’s steps halted, and he turned to look at Li Yingjun, "Could be. Where’s Wei Ling? Why isn’t he here yet?"
"Probably spent another night battling it out with some girl." Li Yingjun laughed heartily.
"He’s got a new girlfriend again?" Gu Nanyu inquired.

Gu Nanyu didn’t want to say more, and walked briskly towards the teaching building.
They changed their shoes and walked along the corridor, with students stepping aside when they saw them.
Entering the classroom, the morning reading bell rang, and the sound of morning reading started filling the room.
Gu Nanyu sat at his desk, flipping through the book in his hand casually. Then someone came to collect the homework.

Dai Shiqi lightly bit her lip, frowned slightly, and didn’t say anything. She continued collecting the homework. Situations like this often happened, not just with Li Yingjun but with other students as well. The teachers often turned a blind eye to such issues, and as just a class monitor, what she said wouldn’t influence anyone anyway.
Dai Shiqi silently finished collecting her group’s homework, then gathered the homework collected by other group leaders. She casually flipped through it and, as expected, many hadn’t been done.
The official class bell finally rang, and the homeroom teacher walked in briskly, followed by two unfamiliar girls. Their school uniforms were brand new. Everyone in the classroom looked at the two girls, then there was a sound of people sucking in their breath.
