The Conqueror Of Cities!-Chapter 1: The Start of a Legend!
Chapter 1: The Start of a Legend!
"You fuckers!!" I screamed in fury as I struggled to stand up, ready to fight back against the group of bullies that had just finished beating me up.
Muhammad, the ringleader who had started this whole bullying, looked around the classroom and laughed. "Hahaha look guys, this scrawny little fuck is fighting back."
With a swift punch to my already battered stomach, he sent me reeling back down to the ground. The rest of the bullies followed suit, beating me with their fists and feet until the teacher finally walked in, and they all sat back to their seats, smirking with satisfaction.
It was no secret that I was a victim of relentless bullying, yet not a single student ever seemed to care. The teachers were also powerless to help me as they had no idea I was getting bullied. The beatings were always on my body, never on my face, making it even more challenging for anyone to notice the bruises.
Though the teachers noticed the sadness within me, their attempts to help by being kind to me didn't relieve my situation. It seemed like a lost cause, and I couldn't help but feel like I was alone in the world. You may wonder why I didn't tell the teachers. Well, the bullies continually threatened me with death threats, instilling fear that prevented me from seeking help. Consequently, I chose to endure the silence for the remainder of the school year, eagerly anticipating a fresh start in high school, free from their presence.
As the bell rang for the end of the school day, I slowly gathered my things and made my way out of my school. While walking home, I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see my friend Borce, asking how I was doing.
"Get lost," I snapped, irritated.
"What's wrong man?" Borce asked, looking concerned.
"Are you really asking me that?" I stopped walking and glared at him. "You act like you're my fucking friend, but you've never once helped me fight back against the bullies."
"Dionis, I'm sorry, but I'm scared shitless. They'll come after me too if I try to help," His voice trembled.
feeling triggered, I started shouting at him "You're a pathetic miserable coward, If you won't talk to me at school, don't talk to me outside of school either, you pussy."
After venting my frustration, I continued walking, leaving Borce behind. Part of me regretted lashing out, but the frustration and anger had built up inside of me for far too long.
Eventually, I made it home, feeling exhausted and drained. I didn't want to think about the bullying or the events of the day anymore, I just wanted to relax and forget about everything.
I went to the kitchen and made myself a cup of instant noodles. Finally, the noodles were ready, and I carried the steaming bowl to the couch. Turning the TV on, I watched a series until my parents arrived from work.
As usual, my parents came home at 5PM and I had to put on a facade of happiness and success, even though inside, I felt broken and alone. I made sure to keep my grades high, not only to please my parents but also to distract myself from the constant bullying that consumed my life.
It was a difficult balancing act, pretending to be someone I wasn't, all while trying to survive each day at school. I felt like I was living a double life, one where I was the perfect son my parents wanted, and the other where I was a victim of bullying. But for now, it was the only way I knew how to keep going.
While my mother was cooking dinner, I went to the bathroom and hopped into the shower. I adjusted the water to a warm temperature and let it flow over my body.
Usually showering calmed me down but that day it didn't
"Fuck! why did my parents make me this way, i don't want to have such a weak body!" i thought to myself fuming with rage. as I was blaming my parents I had a realization "No! this isn't anyone's fault but mine! I need to work for the shit i want otherwise i won't get it!" I shouted while hitting the bathroom tiles.
Suddenly there was a loud bang on the bathroom door, and my brother's voice roared through, "Dionis! Shut the fuck up!"
Caught off guard, I realized I had been screaming my lungs out in the shower. Embarrassed, I quickly apologized, sinking into a silence that lasted the rest of my shower.
Once I finished showering, I went to the kitchen and sat down at the table with my family for dinner.
"So, Dionis, anything new happen at school?" my father asked, as he did every night.
I let out a sigh and replied with a forced smile, "No, father, everything's the same as usual."
"Well, that's good to hear," he said.
After that brief conversation, I remained silent for the rest of the meal. Once dinner was over, I went to my room and didn't leave for the rest of the night.
I played computer games until midnight like an incel and then went to sleep.
Night after night, I struggled to fall asleep, consumed by the fear of the next day at school.
"Oh god, I really don't want to go to school," I thought to myself, feeling a sense of despair. "What can I do to protect myself? Should I bring my knife to school? Yeah, that'll scare those bullies away," I said to myself, trying to calm down by entertaining the idea.
"Hell no! I'm not crazy damn it, but what can i do?" i was trying to find a way to stop the bullying.
Suddenly, an idea that will help me strucked, both terrifying and exhilarating.
"That's it!" I exclaimed silently to myself. feeling a sense of relief, i feel asleep like a baby.
Morning arrived in a flash, and I headed off to school. Today holds the promise of a new chapter, one where I finally step into the thrilling world of MMA. But little did I know, beyond the confines of this important decision, a maze of untold challenges awaits, beckoning me towards an uncertain fate.
