“Hoong.” After saying these words, Wang Hao did not waste time as he dispelled the time acceleration.

Time flow regained its normalcy as Wang Hao and Old Man’s mind resynced with the normal time.

“Well, you are the one who wanted it. Suit yourself.” That was what Old Man said to Wang Hao before he became silent.

Wang Hao’s eyes widened slightly, as he did not expect that Old Man would tacitly agree with his plan.

“Old Man, whatever I do would not be influenced by you.” Wang Hao grumbled softly. “Boom!” With the time flow back to normal, Wang Hao gained the luxury of watching his 5 opponents about to unleash their attacks.

But suddenly, Wu Meng, who was just stationary earlier, suddenly made her move. “Wooosh!” Massive quantities of Dream Mist erupted from her body, covering the whole area. Wang Hao and his other allies retreated, as they felt that this Dream Mist was something to be dreaded.

But to their surprise, they felt that nothing happened to them. Instead, it seemed like it was the enemy Godly Divine Beasts that were affected. “What the hell are you doing Wu Meng? Are you betraying us now?” Jian Chen, the Boundless Sword Dragon, roared in anger. “You seem to really want that bastard Wang Hao alive!”

Booming sounds were heard as Jian Chen and the other Godly Divine Beasts tried to escape from Wu Meng’s Dream Mist. “Celestial Sword Domain!”

At the spot where Jian Chen was supposed to be, a resplendent glow appeared. This glow originally covered an area 100 kilometers around Jian Chen. This glow then coalesced into shape of a sword which was slashed down on the Dream Mist!

Wu Meng’s Dream Mist parted under the impact of such attack. Yet seconds later, the Dream Mist reformed itself. “S**t! It will take me around 10 strikes to free myself!” Jian Chen cursed audibly within the Dream Mist. “Wu Meng! Once I get out of this place, I will make sure you will pay for it!”

If Jian Chen had problems leaving, the other Godly Divine Beasts were also at the same state that Jian Chen was. “Akashic Domain!” Merlin shouted as an extremely large magic circle appeared. Smaller magic circles were birthed by this magic circle. Each one of these small magic circles glowed as they peppered the Dream Mist with countless magical attacks.

“Thunder God’s Domain!” On Stella’s place, a monstrous being made up of lightning appeared. It spat out lighting, which continuously bombarded the Dream Mist. “World Tree Domain!” Around Shou Nanren’s location, a towering tree appeared, with its canopy reaching the sky. Green particulates fell from the canopy of the tree, which hit the Dream Mist below. “Fizz…..” The Dream Mist began to slowly dissolve from the green particulates, reducing its number.

As for Asnyan, “Huhuhu Wu Meng! You really are bullying me!” Since Asnyan was the Nemean Lion Emperor, her offensive abilities won’t help her escape the Dream Mist. Wang Hao watched in incredulity as these Godly Divine Beasts did their best to escape.

“From the looks of it, it will take around 5 breaths of time before they could escape.” Wang Hao then looked around him as he tried to see where Wu Meng was. “Kehoff!” Wang Hao saw Wu Meng at the center of the Dream Mist area, coughing out some blood as she released more and more Dream Mist inside her body. “Tsk.” Wang Hao knew that for her Dream Mist to trap 5 Godly Divine Beasts, Wu Meng must have been igniting her bloodline.

Wu Meng then sensed Wang Hao’s gaze concentrated on her. She looked back to Wang Hao as she said, “Now that I helped you escape, you owe me one favor.” “Is this favor related to the Dreamworld?” Wang Hao asked with narrowed eyes. “Yes, it is related to that.” Wu Meng said as she coughed up more blood from her mouth. Her countenance started to look pale as her Dream Mist began to weaken. Wang Hao looked behind him, and he saw that his other allies, including his younger sister Wang Meimei, were already far away. “They really are good at retreating….”

Well, Wang Hao did not mind it, as he can just teleport away. “Giddyup!” Wang Hao said he teleported beside the bleeding Wu Meng and then hugging her.

“Eh?” Wu Meng’s stupefied expression was seen by Wang Hao, as she tried to squirm away from his hug. “Since you seem to be our ally now, you will be joining in the escape.” Wang Hao flashed Wu Meng a smile as he teleported away, bringing the surprised Wu Meng with him.

“Damn it!” Once Wu Meng was brought away by Wang Hao, the effects of her Dream Mist disappeared, letting the trapped Godly Divine Beasts out.

“Tsk. They really are good in escaping!” Merlin muttered as he realized that by this point, their opponents were already at the Immortal Continent.

“What are we waiting for? Let’s chase them now!” Jian Chen’s sword aura began to rise as he started the pursuit.

But Merlin held out his hand, indicating to Jian Chen that he should stop. “What now?” Jian Chen sighed in exasperation after seeing Merlin’s actions. “You want to give them a way out?” “Well what choice do we have now?” Merlin snarled back to Jian Chen. “By this time, that powerful presence we felt earlier would have already joined Wang Hao’s group.

If we pursue them now, I do not know how the fight will turn out.” “Not only that, but that b**ch Wu Meng betrayed us now. With Wu Meng on our opponents’ side, pursuing them now will be harder!”

“…” Jian Chen was not able to give any reply, as he knew that Merlin was right.

“So what should we do now?” Asnyan pouted sadly as she stared at the direction of the Immortal Continent. “I wanted a fight, yet now we had to stay put first?” Merlin ignored Anyan’s complaints as he straightened his body. He stared at his remaining allies as he said, “Let’s settle down first at the Palace of the Gods. Those people surely had the best accommodation for us. And then-” “And then?” “And then we will send a message to the Beast God Planet about the turn of events. Our next actions will be determined by their reply.” Merlin said as he flew towards the Palace of the Gods. “Follow me now. We need to send the message quickly.”

“Wait.” Stella raised her eyebrows as she asked Merlin. “You know that the distance of the Beast God Planet from his planet was enormous. How long will it take for our message to reach the Beast God Planet and for their reply to reach us?’ “Well…” Merlin cupped his chin before saying, “It will take 6 hours for our message to travel from this planet to the Beast God Planet. Another 6 hours is required for their reply to reach us. So all in all, we will wait for half a day.”

“But by that time, I think the Immortal Continent would have prepared some good defenses already.” Shou Nanren chimed in. “Are you really sure about this Merlin? “Of course I am.” Merlin replied confidently. “With our combined power, I foresee our victory. We just need to ask the Elders from the Beast God Planet on how we will deal with Wu Meng, and the other 2 Godly Divine Beasts in this planet. After all, I want to make sure that none of us dies from unknown factors.”

The faces of Merlin’s companions scrunched up as they realized that Merlin was thinking that they have chances of dying in this planet. “Seems like we have a plan then.” Asnyan shrugged her shoulders as she stared at the Palace of the Gods with anticipation. “I hope this place have delicious foods… Ugh, I am getting hungry now….” “Quit yapping you glutton!” “……”

“Ha!” Wu Meng let out a gasp as Wang Hao let her out from his hug. Wu Meng scrambled on her feet, pale-faced as she looked around her. She saw that she was in a plain with luscious grass, being caressed gently by the winds around her.

“Where are we?” With her igniting her bloodline, Wu Meng’s body was currently weakened. That was just how taxing it was for her to trap 5 Godly Divine Beasts for a short amount of time. She even found it hard to use her divine sense, thus leading to her question to Wang Hao.

“We are at the Immortal Continent, though I will not tell you exactly where.” Wang Hao replied as he laid down on the soft grass. “Come on, the grass feels good. I think you should lay down to realize their greatness.”

“……..” Since nothing bad will happen if she followed what he said, Wu Meng decided to lay down on the grass too. After all, the grass will not eat her right? Wu Meng took a deep breath as she felt that the grass was indeed comfortable. She felt as if her body was being soothed as she just laid down, unmoving.

“Ok.” Wang Hao’s voice broke Wu Meng’s serene feeling as he started questioning her. “So what is it that you want with me?” “I….” Wu Meng opened her eyes as it began to look slightly moist. “I need your help so that I can be accepted by the Dreamworld. I… I want to go back and live in the Dreamworld again!”

“Say what?” Wang Hao stood up quickly as he stared at the teary Wu Meng. His voice slightly trembled as he said, “But you are the One-Eyed Mystic Dream Owl! Your power comes from the Dreamworld! How in the hell could you be rejected by the Dreamworld itself?” Wu Meng bit her teeth as she looked away. “I will only explain it to you once you and I go to the Dreamworld.”

“Tsk, so what you said is the teaser trailer then?” Wang Hao scratched his head as a glint flashed across his eyes.

He gave Wu Meng a crooked smile as he said, “Well, as long as you will not interfere with our fight against those Godly Divine Beasts, I will consider your request.” “Thank you!” Wu Meng stood up quickly as she grasped Wang Hao’s hands. Wu Meng’s hands were slightly trembling as she two drops of tears trailed her cheeks. “This means a lot to me!”

“Hahaha….” Wang Hao looked at Wu Meng’s appearance, and he realized that she actually was a fine gal. At that moment, he decided to make Wu Meng realize his charms!

But before he could make a move, Wang Hao felt a powerful presence coming from the north. And from the looks of it, this presence was heading towards Wang Hao. “Hmm??” Wang Hao narrowed his eyes as he tried to analyze who the newcomer was.

His mouth split into a grin as one name flashed across his mind. “Well, well, well.” Wang Hao stared at the northern direction as he muttered, “What does the Central Divine Emperor want with me?”
