After a very unsuccessful swimming endeavor, Yin was deadbeat and wet, lying on the beach and panting. While the sun slowly sank to the horizon. At least she had done better than Jiang, who seemed to have a serious problem coordinating his human limbs in a water crisis, struggling to swim in his human form while Hai Long started mocking him.

The latter had erupted eventually in a full-blown dragon fight, with the two duking it out against each other in a fist, claw, and tail battle. It was amazing to watch when one was on the sidelines admiring two physically amazing men trying to kill each other.

She had to admit her mind conjured up some amazing footage when both ended up with plenty of scratches and, in Jiang's case, a bloody cheek while sitting on a stone at the shore.

Who was to blame her? She had eyes.

"Evening!" a voice thundered over the setting sun. And turning, Tang Yin found Yu Hua marching towards them; over his shoulder, a ball of translucent blue fabric was slung.

He stopped when he saw Jiang and Hai Long groaning. "Say, is it a thing that men in association with dragons go around shirtless?"

"Yu Hua, nice to see you." Jiang greeted him and mustered him. "You got stronger."

"Thank you." He noted dryly and then narrowed his eyes. "You grew."

"You are welcome," Jiang said. "How do you do?"

"I am alive. That is at least three sizes bigger, and is that wings sprouting on your back?" He narrowed his eyes and then handed the ball of fabric into Tang Yin's hand. "Don't let it touch the ground." He ordered and then marched to Jiang. With a look in his eyes, Tang Yin knew all too well.

He was on the fashion warpath.

Taking out a measuring tape from his storage, he unrolled it, and Jiang sighed, holding still as Yu Hua measured him out. "Wings, a tail, and talons to consider. Have you ever thought about skirts?" He asked. "They are better suited than pants to walk around when in human form."

"No, not skirts. I can just continue walking around like this."

"Are you an animal?" Yu Hua grumbled. "No, you are not, and so I am making sure that you are clothed appropriately in my presence, or where would my reputation go? Into the drain if my friends are not wearing proper clothes. Here I thought Tang Yin is difficult to dress with one arm and wings on her back, but you take the top."

"I take that as a compliment," Jiang said when Yu Hua smacked the back of his head.

"It is not. So I have obviously been doing well for myself and you?"

"I am alive. Ning Feng is doing fine as well, going through specialized training right now, passed level thirty, and is on her way to impress during the soul master tournament." He said. Jiang, too, knew that Yu Hua was not interested in his well-being but rather in how Ning Feng was doing.

"Can I expect Damian and Gale to jump out of the woods as well?"

"No," Tang Yin told him. "They are in Vast Sea City. Opened a store together, which reminds me. I would need to visit there sometime soon, and I also need to make a short trip to the continent. Would you mind making a trip with me?" She asked him. Even if she felt uncomfortable with the thought of slaying a millennium carp, she needed to consider the possibility; if Jiang or the Grandmaster didn't know an alternative, she wanted that spirit ring, preferably before combating sharks. She needed to visit Gale to commission a prosthesis or at least order one as soon as he managed to complete one.

"I don't mind," Jiang said. "Actually, it would be my pleasure." his smile was dazzling.

Tang Yin leaned her head back and laughed as she fell backward into the sand. Damn, swimming was exhausting.

"My Fabric!" Yu Hua shouted, and she waved it off.

"I had it on top of me, so don't worry," she said. "It did not touch the sand. Why are you carrying it around like this anyway and not in storage?"

"Storage is full; now be careful. I would need an eternity to get the sand out of that; it's fine spider silk." He grumbled, and Tang Yin blinked.

"What? I knew you were on retail therapy, but how much stuff did you buy?" she asked him, and he shrugged his shoulders. "a lot; it was all necessary, and I found this quaint little store that had all I wanted and ever needed for my work."

"Where did you even get the money for that?" She asked him, jaw slack. She knew Yu Hua was not poor; he earned well during his time in the Arena and occasionally sold a dress or two here as well. Still, that silk, that stuff was extremely expensive. Even she knew that after his drama over that embroidered silk handkerchief, he accidentally misplaced it.

"Stress sewing pays well." Yu Hua crossed his arms. "I have a few very good customers here."

"Actually, he charmed a few of the local noble ladies, and his costume dresses are the avant-garde right now." Hai Long said, a blank look on his face as Yu Hua tossed his hair back with a dramatic gesture. "Adding the fact he is friends with you and a purple-level test taker..." Hai Long shrugged his shoulders. "He is one of the most well-paid dressmakers on Sea God Island. Not even I got around to knowing that; how did you miss it?"

Tang Yin moved the fabric in her storage and then mused for a moment. "Well, I was mostly at the staircase cultivating the last year, and I have been wearing his stuff for years."

"I would be insulted if you wore anything else." Yu Hua pointed out. "You are my test monkey."

"Eh?" She looked at him, confused.

"Well, whom else should I try out my clothes on if they look good or not. I specialize in ladies' fashion. Which brings me to the issue at hand. Jiang take this. I made it for another customer as a trial, but it should be better than that rag you call trousers right now you are wearing."

"You carry that around?" Hai Long asked him, and Yu Hua shrugged. "You never know when you meet a potential customer. It pays off to have a few showcase pieces around. Now, excuse me. Yin, I need to get home and then pray that I find something in our kitchen to whip up for dinner. I did not go grocery shopping, and you are worse than Damian at cooking."

"Hey, I make good porridge!" She objected.

"You mean a water mass with three grains of rice that mildly resembles the taste of porridge." He said and took the fabric from her.

"Tang San likes it." She objected, and Yu Hua rolled his eyes.

"Your brother would like it even if it was only water and tasted like nothing. You are his sister; he doesn't count. Now I have a test to pass tomorrow, I am stressed, overflowing with sewing ideas, and I will not risk my life or sew a piece of clothing on an empty stomach."

Jiang looked at Tang Yin. "He is damn nervous,"

"I know." Tang Yin agreed, she hd never seen Yu Hua this nervous before.
