"Why so careless?" Julian Sinclair gently placed her into the car, a hint of reproach in his voice.
"You shouldn’t go to the exam this afternoon."
"How can I skip the exam?" Moira Young’s head buzzed, and she protested with a sense of grievance, "It’s not like I did it on purpose..."
"We’re going to the hospital." Julian Sinclair didn’t give her any chance, immediately instructing the driver to head to the hospital.
He didn’t speak to her all the way there, and Moira Young glanced at him secretly, knowing he was worried about her.
"Uncle, did you come back this morning?"
"I didn’t want Mrs. Miller to tell you, but she did anyway. Did it disrupt your plans?"
Julian Sinclair didn’t want to deal with her as soon as he saw her ankle was so swollen.
After arriving at the hospital, they did an examination and an X-ray. Fortunately, there was no fracture, just a sprain, and she just needed to rest at home.
Moira Young checked the time, realizing the exam in the afternoon was about to start. She felt that years of her efforts were meant for these few exams, and missing them because of a sprain would be truly regrettable.
Julian Sinclair was genuinely angry at first, but he couldn’t withstand Moira Young’s coaxing and ended up sending her to the exam venue.

Moira Young couldn’t understand the point of her actions, "It clearly has my name on it, why do you say it’s yours?"
Thea Thorne let out a sneer, filled with sarcasm, "Stop flattering yourself!"
"Aren’t you being unreasonable? This was a gift from Carter; if you don’t believe me, you can ask him!" Moira Young became somewhat anxious, feeling a wave of coldness inside, inexplicably distressed.
Thea Thorne rolled her eyes at her.
Moira Young inadvertently saw Julian Sinclair’s car parked not far away. Just a few days ago, they had argued about the necklace, and now he was definitely watching. After thinking it over, Moira Young ultimately decided to give up.
