Yuan Lang glanced at Teng Qian, then at the Black Wolf Tribe beastman still howling at his feet. He was suddenly struck by how similar the two of them were.
"You’ve arrived early, Clan Leaders. I am Yuan Lang, a Beastman Warrior of the Snow Tiger Tribe,"
he introduced himself, his expression perfectly composed.
"Our hunt is over. Have all of your people gathered?"
The Lion Tribe Leader laughed heartily. "Of course we’re all here."
With that, he turned to the Black Wolf Tribe Leader, whose expression was darker than his fur. "Old Black, what about you?"
The Black Wolf Tribe Leader gave a dry laugh. "Of course, we’re all here..."
He hadn’t even finished speaking when the sound of frantic running emerged from the forest behind them. "Clan Leader, we just went to take a squat, and when we came back, you were all gone! We almost got lost!"
He finished with a dopey, relieved grin on his face.
The Black Wolf Tribe Leader sputtered, "I’ll... I swear to..."
He could almost hear the crisp sound of his own face being slapped, over and over again.
Even the corners of Yuan Lang’s mouth twitched fiercely. He could practically feel the Black Wolf Tribe Leader’s acute embarrassment.
"Ahem. Now that everyone has gathered, please follow me. I’ll lead you back to the tribe."
With that, he transformed into his huge Snow Tiger beast form and set off toward the tribe.
As they neared the tribe, Yuan Lang tilted his head back and let out several powerful roars. A series of high, clear calls answered from the direction of the Snow Tiger Tribe.
When the group arrived at the entrance to the Snow Tiger Tribe, the Snow Tiger Tribe Leader and a crowd of beastmen were already waiting.

Wu Yue saw the Lion Tribe Leader’s expression visibly stiffen. Even the Black Wolf Tribe Leader behind him looked uncomfortable.
His voice carried a trace of astonishment. "Your tribe has a Witch Disciple now?"
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader smiled faintly. "Of course. Don’t your two tribes have one as well?"
The two Clan Leaders laughed mirthlessly. ’How is this the same? We came here expecting to enjoy a good show.’
’Who knew that instead of a show, we’d be hit with the disastrous news that the Snow Tiger Tribe has a Witch Disciple?’
"Don’t just stand around out here. Come on in."
The Snow Tiger Tribe Leader gestured for them to enter.
The two Clan Leaders looked as if they had just eaten crap. Behind them, the gazes of their beastmen held a new, profound depth as they looked at Ye Duo.
This was absolutely not good news, especially for these two tribes.
