Supreme Dragon Lord-Chapter 176: Bloodline Suppression!
A ferocious expression twisted Long Chen’s face. He felt his strength rapidly draining away, an extremely uncomfortable sensation as his body gradually weakened.
After absorbing the Demonic Qi from Long Chen, a satisfied expression spread across Yan Chen’s face.
"This feeling... it’s so comfortable!" he exclaimed. "Kid, in the end, I really should thank you for delivering yourself to my doorstep. Otherwise, I would never have had the chance to enjoy this rich Demonic Qi of yours."
Yan Chen laughed maniacally as he voraciously drained Long Chen’s power, feeling utterly content. But his laughter abruptly ceased. The satisfied look on his face froze, replaced by one of pure horror.
He discovered that the Demonic Qi he had absorbed from Long Chen was becoming increasingly uncontrollable. Even his own Demonic Qi began to fall into chaos.
How could this be? Yan Chen’s brows knitted together as he frantically circulated the Demonic Qi in his body, attempting to bring it under control.
However, the more he tried to suppress it, the more tumultuous the Demonic Qi became. Eventually, he could no longer contain it.
Not only did the Qi he had absorbed from Long Chen surge out, but even his own Demonic Qi began to spread uncontrollably. He frantically tried to reabsorb it, but his efforts were futile.
The rogue Demonic Qi, as if answering some silent call, streamed directly back into Long Chen’s body. This left Yan Chen utterly stunned.

"No! Give me back my Demonic Qi!"
Yan Chen’s face was a mask of desperation, but more and more of the Demonic Qi was being absorbed by Long Chen.
Long Chen’s weakened state was slowly recovering, his spirits lifting. He relaxed his body, feeling the influx of power. He could clearly sense it flooding into his limbs and bones.
"No! Stop!" Yan Chen shouted himself hoarse. No matter what he tried, he couldn’t stop the Demonic Qi from gushing out of his body. And every wisp of it was being absorbed by Long Chen!
He was completely baffled, unable to comprehend what was happening.
In reality, this was a matter of bloodline suppression. Long Chen possessed the Divine Demon Ancestral Dragon Body and its immensely powerful bloodline. For Yan Chen, a mere practitioner of the Demon Path, to try and forcibly absorb Long Chen’s Demonic Qi was nothing short of courting death.
The rich Demonic Qi now enshrouded Long Chen. He snapped his eyes open, revealing them to be blood-red. He felt his entire body overflowing with power.
An icy killing intent emanated from him. The surrounding temperature plunged, making the air chilling to the bone.
He hovered in midair, his glacial gaze locked onto Yan Chen.
A single glance was all it took. Yan Chen felt his scalp tingle, his head feeling as if it were about to explode.
"Bastard!" Yan Chen roared, his heart blazing with fury. "I’m going to kill you! I’ll tear you to shreds!" Staring daggers at Long Chen, he threw a punch.
Faced with Yan Chen’s punch, Long Chen simply raised his head and waved his hand nonchalantly.
BANG!
A tremendously powerful force erupted from his fist.
Yan Chen was sent flying, crashing heavily onto the ground.
SPURT!
His face went pale as he spat out a mouthful of blood.
"This..." He stared at Long Chen, stammering, unable to form a complete sentence.
He never could have imagined that Long Chen’s strength would surge so drastically. With his own Demonic Qi absorbed, his overall power had been severely weakened.
"You deserve to die," Long Chen said, glancing indifferently at Yan Chen.
Yan Chen’s heart trembled violently. A wave of pure terror washed over him. A single thought surfaced in his mind. Flee!
Casting aside all other concerns, he endured the intense pain wracking his body and turned to run.
With an impassive expression, Long Chen simply extended one hand. An incredibly powerful force instantly enveloped Yan Chen.
"Thinking of running? Did you ask my permission?" Long Chen sneered. He slowly clenched his fingers, and that immense power immediately surged into Yan Chen’s body.
