I continued to stare at the green-colored pearl. The staff were annoyed. They had thought the young man had come accompanied by his family.

But no one walked into the shop so far.

Just then, Catherine Rosewood entered the shop. Her gaze was locked onto the stranger. She had thought he would be at the Beast Taming Store.

Instead, he was viewing jewels here. She then saw the stranger was looking at the necklace, not noticing someone else was there.

"I need that necklace," she said all of a sudden.

Hearing that, everyone was stunned. Because they saw it was yet another Tier-2 Beast Tamer who had entered the shop.

But she was accompanied by powerful female Beast Tamers. They were not going to make a comment.

Especially the seniors; when they saw the badge worn by these Beast Tamers, they were shocked to the core. Then they stepped forward to help.

"Young lady, do you want this necklace?"

"You can take it." After saying that, an old man immediately brought the necklace to her from the shelf.

On the other hand, Jeremy was annoyed. Things had gone beyond his hands. He didn’t expect someone to interfere.

When he turned around and saw the person, he was stunned. The person was none other than one of the Central University students.

"What is she doing here?" Jeremy asked himself.

He thought it was a coincidence. But his gaze fell on the necklace. He wanted to buy it. But it was a necklace for a woman.

She made a call before him. He didn’t know whether it was good to ask.

The unknown beast egg moved inside the mental zone.

His eyes flickered.

"It’s a nice green necklace with a green pearl," Catherine said with a smile.

The Beast Tamers beside her were stunned. They knew the young lady wouldn’t like this stuff. Then they knew it must be because of the young man.

They had black lines on their foreheads.

"I would like to buy it, but it appears someone else likes it as well," Catherine said.

Hearing that, the old man was stunned. He turned towards the young male Tier-2 Beast Tamer.

He didn’t know about the young Beast Tamer. But the background behind the young lady was not ordinary.

"Young man, who are you?"

"If you don’t mind, let the young lady buy this necklace," the old man said.

Hearing that, Jeremy Night was stunned. To be honest, he wanted the necklace as well. But he wouldn’t stoop low enough to snatch it from the young lady.

"Since she likes it, let her have it," he said. After saying that, he decided to leave.

Catherine was stunned. She didn’t expect this result. To be honest, she didn’t like the necklace either.

"I don’t like it either. The design seems to be old," she said all of a sudden.

Jeremy opened the door and was about to leave. His mouth twitched. He didn’t expect the young lady to decline all of a sudden.

He then walked out of the shop and started walking in the corridor.

Catherine noticed the young man had gone. She snorted. She turned towards the old man.

"I’m not buying it." After saying that, she left the store.

The female Beast Tamers accompanied her. She then saw Jeremy Night going somewhere. He was probably going to roam around the shopping mall.

She didn’t know whether she could create a second chance. If she did it again, then the person would find out she was doing it on purpose.

Then, one of the female Beast Tamers beside her stepped forward.

She said, "Young lady, why don’t you buy the necklace and give it to the young man?"

Hearing that, Catherine was shocked. She thought it was a good idea. She knew that the young man was looking at the green necklace earlier.

He looked like he really wanted to buy it. The next second, they went inside the shop again. The staff and the old man were stunned.

Then Catherine bought the necklace. She paid the amount before leaving the store. She then started looking for the stranger.

On the other hand, Jeremy was inside a drug store. He was looking at different types of drugs placed there.

He didn’t expect there to be many types of drugs here, including drugs for lifeline beasts. Seeing that, he was surprised.

Then he understood why the strength of the Beast Tamers was strong here. He was expecting some reaction from the unknown beast egg.

The unknown beast egg didn’t react at all. Which meant there was nothing useful here. He then left the drug store.

Jeremy understood that even basic things were expensive here. His wallet was empty. He needed to earn a lot of money.

Then he found there were no more interesting things here. He decided to leave. He went to the first floor.

He walked out of the building and was about to find a flying cab. He saw someone coming towards him. Upon seeing the person, he was stunned again.

The person was none other than Catherine Rosewood. The young lady came to him with a storage box.

Seeing that, his eyes glinted with understanding.

"Hi, I wanted to give the necklace to you. I know you wanted to buy it earlier," Catherine said.

Jeremy Night was stunned. His eyes flickered.

The unknown beast egg inside the mental zone shook again. It got me excited. But Jeremy didn’t know the intention behind her gift.

But he knew that she was one of the Central University students. He noticed the emblem on her dress and memorized it.

"Thanks, but I would like to pay for it," Jeremy said.

"No, you can keep it. I don’t take money for a gift," she said in a resolute tone.

He was genuinely surprised. Then he nodded to her and accepted the storage box into the storage bracelet.

"My name is Jeremy Night. What’s your name?" he said to her.

Catherine’s mood brightened.

"I’m Catherine Rosewood, from the Rosewood family. It’s nice to meet you," she said with a smile.

Jeremy thought that her family must be one of the Beast Taming families.
