Stellar Transformation-Chapter 413: Episode 13 - 33 Cultivation on the Meteorite
Sixteen Demon Emperors levitated according to their respective positions, all the while controlling the Silent Skyfire as it scorched the last existing glob of liquid. Peng Demon Emperor Zong Yan, along with Liu Tu and Ao Ku, directly arrived above the Origin Locking Refining Fire Array.
"Your Majesty."
The sixteen Demon Emperors, upon seeing the Peng Demon Emperor, respectfully paid homage.
"I had not expected that refining even a small part of Yellow Lion Mountain would yield materials capable of crafting top-grade demon artifacts," Peng Demon Emperor Zong Yan said with a light smile. His mood was very good at the moment. "Liu Tu, Ao Ku, have you possibly discovered the Qingyu Immortal Mansion?"
Ao Ku and Liu Tu both extended their demon recognition, allowing it to permeate and envelop the mass of liquid that churned under the Silent Skyfire. After a good while, Ao Ku and Liu Tu were still closely observing the liquid glob.
"Let me take a look," said the Peng Demon Emperor, unperturbed.
"We are incompetent," Ao Ku and Liu Tu both respectfully said.
"Qin Yu must have turned the Qingyu Immortal Mansion into a droplet of water," said the Peng Demon Emperor. "But no matter how well it mimics, it must be a fake and will have some flaw," With that, the Peng Demon Emperor’s demon recognition dispersed, turning into waves upon waves that comprehensively enveloped the liquid.
It was extremely difficult to distinguish each droplet within the liquid. Ao Ku and Liu Tu dared not disturb him from the sidelines.
Below, where the Peng Demon Emperor and his two companions had rested before,
a figure suddenly appeared, none other than Qin Yu, who had altered his appearance.
Qin Yu looked up and a hint of a smile appeared on his lips, "Peng Demon Emperor, keep searching. If you manage to find me, I would truly admire you." After only a moment’s pause, Qin Yu’s figure disappeared from the plain.
Instantaneous movement!
"Hmm?" Ao Ku turned to look downwards.
"What’s the matter?" Liu Tu asked, also turning to look downwards. The plain remained exactly the same as before, with nothing out of place. "What are you looking at?"
"It’s nothing," Ao Ku turned his head back and smiled at Liu Tu, "I just had a momentary lapse." Ao Ku had actually felt an exceedingly faint fluctuation of energy, which disappeared in the blink of an eye. He had thought it might have been his imagination.
Liu Tu chuckled, "Let’s wait for His Majesty to find that Qingyu Immortal Mansion. Once we’ve dealt with Qin Yu and his companions, we’ll have nothing more to do."
"Indeed," Ao Ku also sighed.
With their status, what matters could trouble the Feiqin Clan enough to require their attention?
Unfortunately, at the moment Ao Ku and Liu Tu had no idea that Qin Yu had already reached the Interstellar Transmission Array on Hei Wu Star, and had escaped far away through the array with ease. Meanwhile, Peng Demon Emperor Zong Yan was still searching determinedly.
"I never thought that Qin Yu’s ability to conceal himself was so strong," said the Peng Demon Emperor, no longer smiling.
Having not found the Qingyu Immortal Mansion for so long, he was becoming increasingly frustrated.
"I refuse to believe this," the Peng Demon Emperor said with cold eyes. His demon recognition split into billions of parts, each enshrouding a liquid droplet. He meticulously observed the differences in each, but despite his determination, he could not find the slightest trace.
A whole hour passed!
The Peng Demon Emperor had to admit his failure, and even he, who was so full of pride, could not keep persisting any longer.
"All of you, use your demon recognition to search and see where exactly the Qingyu Immortal Mansion is hidden," Peng Demon Emperor Zong Yan commanded coldly, his gaze sweeping over the sixteen Demon Emperors, as well as Liu Tu and Ao Ku, "Whoever finds the Qingyu Immortal Mansion shall be handsomely rewarded!"
"Yes, Your Majesty."
Consequently, the sixteen Demon Emperors, along with Ao Ku and Liu Tu—a total of eighteen beings—began carefully conducting their search.
The result was predictable—failure.
"Your Majesty, your subject has a suggestion," suddenly a Demon Emperor respectfully offered.
"Speak," said the Peng Demon Emperor, his eyes lighting up.
The Demon Emperor respectfully said, "We only need to control the Silent Skyfire to scorch at times and withdraw at times. The liquid will solidify intermittently and then melt back. Presumably, even if the Qingyu Immortal Mansion has strong transformative abilities, there will be a slip-up."
This method was almost identical to the one Emperor Yu used when employing the Origin Locking Refining Fire Array to find Qin Yu within the liquid mass.
"Good," said the Peng Demon Emperor upon hearing it, feeling it to be feasible, "You take charge of coordinating everyone. Find me the Qin Yu Immortal Mansion quickly."
"Yes, Your Majesty."
The Demon Emperor’s eyes showed a trace of joy before he hastily began coordinating, commanding for the Silent Skyfire to scorch at times and withdraw at others. The glob of liquid would solidify and then dissolve. All the Demon Emperors observed meticulously.
...
Failure!
Failure!
Still failure!
For a full three hours, the Peng Demon Emperor and his subordinates tried many methods. The Peng Demon Emperor even personally entered the Origin Locking Refining Fire Array and reforged the liquid into a top-grade demon artifact, which he claimed with blood recognition.
Even after becoming the owner, the Peng Demon Emperor carefully sensed it, but it was still useless.
Eventually, the Peng Demon Emperor shattered the top-grade demon artifact by crushing it with his claw after releasing the blood contract.
...
In the end, the Peng Demon Emperor had to admit, it was almost certain that the Qingyu Immortal Mansion had left the Origin Locking Refining Fire Array long ago. He simply did not believe that the Immortal Mansion could remain undetected after so many tests.
"How on earth did Qin Yu escape?"
This question plagued the Peng Demon Emperor for a long time, a very long time!
******
By the time Peng Demon Emperor finally gave up looking for the Qingyu Immortal Mansion, Qin Yu had long since left the star domain where Hei Wu Star was located. He was traveling at an astonishing speed toward the northeast of the Feiqin Clan domain, utilizing interstellar transmission arrays and his own Great Teleportation.
In just three short days, Qin Yu arrived at a star domain in the northeast of the Feiqin Clan domain—the ’Green Fire Star Domain.’
The Green Fire Star Domain is close to the northern pole of the realm of Immortals and Demons. To its east lies the Feiqin Clan’s most chaotic region, the ’Chaotic Star Domain,’ and further east is the legendary Mishen Palace, which is situated between the Feiqin Clan and the Dark Star Realm.
Chaotic Star Domain, really chaotic, so chaotic that even today’s Qin Yu doesn’t want to go there, so he chose the relatively tranquil Green Fire Star Domain.
Green Fire Star Domain is the stronghold of the Eagle Clan, one of the extremely powerful groups among the Feiqin Clan, second only to the Roc Clan in terms of clan strength. The Clan Leader of the current Eagle Clan is the Eighth Level Demon King Liu Tu, who is also one of the top three experts under the Peng Demon Emperor. Of course, with Bai Feng now deceased, it is Ao Ku and Liu Tu who lead under the Peng Demon Emperor.
Green Fire Star Domain, Liulan Star.
In the vast space above Liulan Star, a man stood in the air, looking down at the world, his gaze sweeping in all directions.
"Very beautiful, a very tranquil planet," Qin Yu had a smile on his face, "Yes, this is the one. Let’s settle on this planet as the place for us brothers from now on." Following that, Qin Yu descended directly to the ground.
With a thought, Hou Fei, Hei Yu, Bai Ling, and Hei Tong all appeared on the ground.
"Big Brother, where is this? It looks pretty beautiful," Hou Fei said with a grin.
Qin Yu nodded, "This is Liulan Star in the Green Fire Star Domain. Liulan Star is located on the edge of the Green Fire Star Domain. According to the Interstellar Map given to me by Brother Wu Ming, this planet is a very ordinary one, similar to the Fengyue Star where I used to be. The strongest person here is probably only a Seventh or Eighth Level Demon King."
"Big Brother, are you planning to choose this place as our future home for the brothers?" Hei Yu was dressed in white, with his long hair fluttering, exuding an air of elegance.
Qin Yu nodded and then looked at Hei Tong, "It’s not too bad for the three of us brothers, but Little Tong can’t always stay with us without entering a city. So I have chosen this place as our future home."
"Ah!" Hei Tong’s eyes lit up with excitement, "Uncle, can I really go out and play now?"
"Don’t be hasty, we can’t blindly step into the interior of this planet. Who knows if there are people from the Peng Demon Emperor here?" Qin Yu said with a light smile.
Bai Ling then spoke, "Big Brother, although the Peng Demon Emperor’s influence is wide, his forces are only stationed on important planets in some star systems. For small planets like Liulan Star, there are fewer outsiders, and most just pass by through the Transmission Arrays."
"I am aware of that, which is why I chose this kind of ordinary planet," Qin Yu nodded. "But it is always best to be cautious."
Subsequently, six figures abruptly appeared on the ground. Of these six, one was the Fourth Level Demon Emperor Dong Xue, and the other five were two Ninth Level Demon Kings and three Eighth Level Demon Kings. They were all Spiritual Beasts belonging to the Ten Thousand Beasts List.
"Greetings, Master," Dong Xue and the other five said respectfully.
"Big Brother, what is this?" Hou Fei and the others were puzzled.
Qin Yu did not answer but directly addressed Dong Xue, "Dong Xue, this planet is Liulan Star, an ordinary planet where the strongest beings are only Seventh or Eighth Level Demon Kings. I command you, within a hundred years, to completely take control of this planet."
"Master means?" Dong Xue asked with some confusion.
Qin Yu said with a light smile, "It’s simple. Completely take over this planet, every part of it. I want to ensure that most people on Liulan Star are under our control, even if an outsider steps onto Liulan Star, you should know about it. That will be sufficient."
"Earthly Emperor?" Hou Fei laughed, "Does Big Brother mean for us to become the local kings here?"
"Not us, Dong Xue!" Qin Yu said with a light smile. "Even Dong Xue will be a behind-the-scenes controller, letting the five Demon Kings take the lead in public, allowing them to control the entire Liulan Star. And if there are things beyond their ability to handle, then Dong Xue will step in."
"Master, for a planet like this, the six of us are more than enough within a year," Dong Xue said confidently.
For a planet like Liulan Star, a Fourth Level Demon Emperor like Dong Xue naturally found it easy to handle, and indeed, a year would be more than enough to gain full control.
"Uncle, if you’re having them take over Liulan Star, what will we be doing?" Little Heitong asked in confusion.
Qin Yu smiled and said, "You should know that the identities of your father, your second uncle, myself, and even your mother cannot be revealed. We don’t need to take action ourselves; we only need to hide in the darkest place and ensure no one knows about us."
Hou Fei, Hei Yu, and the others’ eyes all brightened; they completely understood what Qin Yu meant.
Qin Yu’s gaze became sharp as he stared at Dong Xue, "Dong Xue, I give you one hundred years. In one hundred years, I want you to achieve this... even if the Peng Demon Emperor sends someone to Liulan Star, the moment he arrives, you must control the information about him."
"Although the Feiqin Clan belongs to the Peng Demon Emperor, I want this Liulan Star to be entirely under our control. When the people of the Peng Demon Emperor come here, they should become blind, and even if they can see... what they see should be what we show them. Dong Xue, can you do it?" Qin Yu looked at Dong Xue.
Dong Xue confidently said, "Master, rest assured, one hundred years? I will surely accomplish it."
"Little Black, Bai Ling, do you still remember the things I told you?" Qin Yu smiled.
Hei Yu and Bai Ling both nodded, with Hei Yu patting his daughter’s head beside him, "Big Brother, you’re right, it’s time to let this child get a good look at the world."
"Dad, Mom, Uncle, you all..." Little Heitong’s face was full of confusion.
Qin Yu looked at Dong Xue, "Dong Xue, I’ll leave Little Heitong in your care. Let her live on Liulan Star for these hundred years, and you will appear in the capacity of her Master. The Peng Demon Emperor and his people are unaware of Little Heitong’s existence; she is in no danger."
"Yes, Master," Dong Xue said respectfully.
"Dad, Mom, Uncle, aren’t you all staying together on Liulan Star?" Little Heitong finally realized.
"Not just yet, it’s not safe enough here," Qin Yu said with a faint smile.
Stay on Liulan Star?
At least for now, it’s not feasible. Qin Yu had long had a plan; he would spend a hundred years in cosmic space, comprehending the universe and wanting to fully grasp the next stage of the "Star Transformation" Cultivation Technique.
Compared to the "Nine-Transformation Dark Gold Body" Cultivation Technique, Qin Yu cared more for his own "Star Transformation."
******
After the heartfelt farewells, Little Heitong followed Dong Xue and the six others into the city on Liulan Star while Hei Yu, Hou Fei, Bai Ling, and the rest entered the ’Jiang Lan Realm,’ planning to spend a thousand years there, according to plan.
A thousand years in the Jiang Lan Realm equates to one hundred years in the outside world.
Hou Fei and Hei Yu practiced cultivation in the Jiang Lan Realm, while Qin Yu cultivated in the cosmic space.
...
In the vast cosmic space, colossal celestial bodies were stationary in the universe, and at this moment, beside a beautiful blue planet, a group of dozens of huge meteoroids passed by. Among these dozens of meteoroids, the one in the center was the largest, spanning nearly ten thousand miles in length and width—a trivial size in the universe.
At the center of this meteoroid’s surface, a person was sitting cross-legged—it was Qin Yu.
Gazing through Liu He and experiencing the endless universe was Qin Yu’s cultivation practice. Sitting on this meteoroid, Qin Yu kept drifting through cosmic space...
