In a certain rundown house, a young man nervously looked at the old laptop’s screen, his heart pounding as he clicked on his email.
Standing behind him were four other people. Two elders, who were his parents. They both looked old and worn. It could be seen how hard life has been on them.
Standing next to the two were young girls, probably in their teens. they all looked at the screen with eyes filled with hope and anticipation.
As they all watched the screen, the young man suddenly exclaimed as he jumped out of the seat, starling the four who were behind him.
"Son/brother, what happened? Did you get the results?"
The young man turned to look at his family, tears streaming down his cheeks but the excited glint in his eyes spoke volumes.
"We did it! We did it!" he happily exclaimed, throwing himself at the four.
The small room with five people was suddenly filled with cries, and tears of joy streaming down everyone’s cheeks.
This was one of the families celebrating good news.
The young man is a JEWEL, and had been following Diamond ever since she started. He was one of the lucky fans always winning whenever she was doing these luck draws. That money had helped his family a lot, and his whole family was forever grateful.
They are poor and its difficult to make ends meet. He is the oldest and in university. Tuition is very difficult to gather. His family had been working nonstop, with him included whenever he wasn’t at school, and yet for this coming semester, he was about to drop out.
Why?
Because, the family didn’t have anymore money. They were owing so much to other people. not only that, but his younger sisters were both in high school. Their tuition was also needed.
Their family despite being poor wasn’t patriarchal. No girl child would be seated at home just because there is a boy.
Thinking about his sisters, he was planning on dropping out if the money couldn’t be raised. However, when that broadcast happened and the departments were formed. He had hope. Filled with that kind of hope, when the website went online, he applied and the whole family had never prayed to the deities so hard like they did in these few days.
It was the day of the results. while fearing competition and being rejected, they all clutched their hearts in their hands, feeling very nervous.
If the application gets rejected, it would mean that all the effort put all these years on the brother would be wasted. He would have to find mediocre work and cast out a chance to be someone better.
Not only that, but since he applied for his sisters as well, trying his luck. Rejection meant the end for them.
To his greatest surprise, the application had passed, and were due to an interview.

A middle-aged man sat in his office, his face flushing with joy as he looked at the application that had been accepted and now awaiting an interview.
He had applied under the Angel fund.
He owned a small company and needed some funds. However, the bank didn’t seem that optimistic about his business, so the loan was rejected.
He couldn’t partner with others, since they didn’t believe in what he wanted to do. They all thought that his business was done on a whim and wouldn’t go anywhere. He didn’t want to give up at all.
Luckily for him, in order to distress, he was one of the many who followed Diamond, a versatile e-celebrity, and happen to have his chance at changing his life when the foundation was set up.
As long as he could convince them further, he wouldn’t need to worry about making his crafts business go further. After all, what was wrong with promoting culture and heritage?
It was unfortunate, that these people didn’t appreciate his efforts.

Cases differed depending on the individuals.
Amongst the fans, there were a lot of single parents. Be men or women. The moment they found a chance to reduce their burden and get some financial aid, they hurriedly applied.
Some were happy and some not very much.
After all, not all single parents aren’t incapable of taking care of their families.
In a certain village, a young woman with an air of a city woman was rejoicing with a dark-skinned woman dressed in worn out clothes, surrounded by a group of kids ranging all age.

After providing a series of evidence, mostly pictures to show the real state of the family, she waited patiently, hoping that there would be some good news.
After waiting for a few days, the response came, and money would be allocated to her. However, she would have to remain in touch with the team, for follows up. And she didn’t mind that.
As long as she could ease this woman’s situation a little bit, she was happy with all the follow up work.

The emergence of this strange foundation drew a lot of attention and caused quite some stirs.
Diamond found her name written in the newspapers daily, and she happily collected all of them as mementos.
She even received calls from her parents, and loves ones inquiring of the matter, which she happily shared.
In the days after announcing the news, she was also busy. But the busyness brought a smile to her face every single day. She could barely feel it.
No one expected the surge of people seeking help to be that large.
Ivy hired some people for the job, but there were simply too few to help with the quick reviews.
Diamond had to join in on the fun, and accompanied by Andrea, even when at home, she managed to review a lot of applicants and screening them.

For example, the first case was regarding a woman with eight children. Looking at the photos and videos that weren’t edited and looked raw. Diamond felt her heart itch for both the mother and children.
Although she didn’t understand why women would bear so many children when they aren’t capable of raising them. it was useless to even think about it.
The children were innocent and the future belongs to them. she wanted to see them happy, well fed and living well. So, she didn’t hesitate but approve the application and didn’t require for further interviews and the likes.
There was also another case under the Angel fund department. A young woman wanted to start a jewelry brand using her family’s old technique which didn’t require use of precious gems but unique rocks from her village, as well as some ancient tree seeds.
Upon reviewing the information and files sent, Diamond fell in love with the stones as well as designs.
If such jewelry was to get out there, she believed that the young woman would soar. Even the village would prosper. So, she approved of her application.
The first five days of July were pretty hectic but very fulfilling.
Not only did she spent receiving the applicants, but had dinner dates with Waylon twice.
She also met the crew team who came to prepare for her next journey. She would be leaving Frin City for Dielas on the 10th of July. The supporting system had issued a mission again. For her to go to Dielas on that date.
The mission target would be arriving on the 11th, she couldn’t miss it.
That’s why she worked hard and earnestly to cover the gaps. In case, she gets swamped out while helping Zara when she meets her.
After all, the mission was very important and needed to be taken seriously.
