"Where to, Mistress?"
While seated in the backseat, the driver asked Diamond who was busy playing with her phone, a smile on her face.
Upon hearing that, she opened her mouth and responded, "take me to Casa Palmera Villa complex," without looking up.
A few moments later, the van was gliding along the road.
Meanwhile, Diamond was busy enjoying Sara’s livestream. She never knew that livestreams could be so entertaining. Not that hers were boring. People are different. However, something about Zara’s livestreams were just so cute. She couldn’t help herself.
After watching briefly, the live stream, she started chatting with Gael.
[Baby, are you free now?]
[Yep! Are you free as well?]
[Yes, I miss your voice. Do you want to go on a video call?]
A smile appeared on her face as she typed.
[Sure. However, I can only chat for less than thirty minutes. I have another appointment,] she responded, and didn’t bother to inform her boyfriend that she was on her way to meet another man.
[Its fine. I can only spare ten minutes or so. As long as I talk to you.]
[That’s my man.]
The two switched to a video chat, and soon they were chatting face to face.
Gael like always looked handsome, and those glasses made him look scholarly. Though she knew that there was nothing scholarly about her man.
The two chatted fervently, smiles on their faces until Gael had to go.
[Baby, I will chat with you later. I miss you so much.]
She smirked at him and responded teasingly, "don’t worry. I will come and see you soon," though meaning every single word.
She couldn’t wait until he comes around in January. And until now, it wasn’t even determined if he would be relocating to Frin City or being elsewhere. Though she preferred he would come to Frin City.
[I will be looking forward to that. When you come, I will take a week off and spend more time with you.]
She beamed as she looked at the man who loved her so much. At least, that’s what she was feeling right now.
"Um, I will tell you in advance, then."
[I love you!] he said, giving her a finger heart.
"Love you too. Later, love."
[Same, baby.]
The call ended on a good note.
"Son, where are we?" she asked as she looked outside the window.
{Ten minutes away from the villa complex.}
"Oh! Is that so?" her brows rose amusedly as she swiped her phone.
A few seconds later, she was calling Waylon, who answered after the first ring.
[Baby, where are you?] 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢
"Almost there!" she responded.
[Okay, I will wait for you by the entrance.]
"Sure. See you there!" she hung up the call with a smile, and hummed a tune happily as the car continued to take her where she wanted.
After ten minutes or so, the van stopped in front of a familiar villa, and a young man was already walking towards it.
The driver, didn’t bother to alight, after seeing the other party coming over. However, inwardly, he couldn’t help but appraise his boss for her time management.
It was truly something else working for people like Diamond. She was truly adventurous.
If Diamond knew what the driver was thinking, she would kindly pat the man on the shoulder and tell him, ’dear, you haven’t seen anything yet.’
Anyway, she didn’t know about his thoughts but looking at Waylon who was opening the door with a smile on her face.
She hasn’t seen him for a long time because she was too busy. It seems that he had grown handsomer again.
What kind of divine food was he eating?
He should continue eating it.

Meanwhile, Waylon opened the door to the van and stretched his hand towards Diamond, a doting smile on his face.
"Baby, welcome!" he said teasingly, and she chuckled as she reached her hand for his.
"Um, I like this kind of welcome. A handsome treat as the appetizer, who can say no to this?" and teased back.
Waylon chuckled as he helped her down from the van before closing the door.
"I guess, I should remain this handsome, then!"
"Um, you better!" she couldn’t agree more, and both of them laughed heartily as they walked towards the villa.
As for being watched, who cares?
The two were simply happy to be with each other again. Can’t they just date openly when they wish like it?
Waylon took her inside and led her to the dining table.
After settling her in her chair, he started serving the dishes. Although, it wasn’t yet the time for dinner, the two were going to have an early meal.
When the dishes were served and set, Waylon joined Diamond at the table.
"Enjoy your meal!"
"Thanks," she joyfully thanked, looking warmly at the younger man who could cook and conquer her stomach with food.
Who said that to conquer a man is through the stomach? Why didn’t they also added that a woman could be conquered using the same way, as well?
Anyway, with food prepared by her lovely man, Diamond was in a good mood. All the fatigue from working too hard was all gone.
Digging into the food, Diamond’s eyes were shining like stars. She gave the man a thumbs up.
"The food is good!" no wonder why he was so adamant at being a chef. He was truly talented.
She was going to support him. He deserves it.
Waylon was happy to see her enjoying the food he had made. He felt that the hard work he put all morning was worth it.
"I am glad that you like it. Eat more," he encouraged and that kind of encouragement was something that she truly liked.
While eating and enjoying the meal, the couple chatted. It was boring to eat without any exchange. They didn’t have much time like ordinary couples, after all.
"Dear, are you prepared? You are ready for tomorrow, right?" after chatting about their week, Diamond suddenly raised a very important topic.
Waylon nodded as he placed the glass of wine back on the table before responding, "Yep, I have everything prepared. You said that we are going there for three days, right?"
She nodded as she picked her glass of wine and took a sip before responding, "Um, we will be back on the 30th. I need to sign for a delivery," she mentioned, without revealing much about what kind of delivery it was.
His eyes beamed when he heard that.
