He still remembered the first time that he saw him. It was four years ago.

He was doing his masters abroad. The studies were a bit hectic and in order to freshen up, he decided to go clubbing with a few friends.

Who knew that before he could walk into that club, he would spot him?

Richard wasn’t the most handsome man he had seen in his life. In fact, there were so many guys who were better than him and yet something about him kinda pulled him.

Was it the fact that he was busy laughing heartily while his friend glared at him as if he wanted to skin him alive?

Was it because his cheeks looked puffy or that his eyes looked clear despite being in that kind of place?

Eric would be lying if he confessed that he was born gay. He was straight as a pole and had been into girls for as long as he remembered. But that fateful night, he found himself having a very strange dream. He had to wash his sheets the next day and the days that followed.

He didn’t know his name or where to find him and as much as that didn’t sit well with him. He still found himself accepting that and feeling that it was for the best. After all, how could he have such thoughts towards another man?

As a result, in the months that followed, Eric indulged himself in women and he kinda forgot about Richard until one day while celebrating a friend’s birthday, he ran across him again.

This time, Richard wasn’t just playing with his friends but he was pinned against the club wall, making out with a foreign guy.

The way Richard’s moans were spilling from his mouth as that guy embraced him, Eric found himself in a familiar situation. His veins throbbed as he wanted to pummel the foreign guy who was making out with Richard.

Something in him kept on screaming that Richard was his but how could he easily claim someone just because he was feeling like that?

In fact, he hated that kind of feeling. Feeling so deep and strong desires for someone else made him panic. It was a weakness and when a person has a weakness, others would take advantage. He didn’t want that.

He wanted to forget Richard, so he decided to try his luck on other guys. In this case, he could feel the same but that trick didn’t work. No matter how much he looked at the other men, he didn’t feel the same way he felt when looking at Richard.

He knew that he was doomed and it took him a while to accept the fact that he had just become gay for a man he didn’t know.

By the time he tried to search for Richard, Richard was nowhere to be found and that lasted until last year when he visited his uncle for some business deal. Who would have thought that he would see Richard?

The shock and surprise were too much for him. He wanted him and to own him. This time, he wasn’t going to let him slip away from him ever again.

Since he was planning on moving to Athary with his business, he became very much determined to do so and this time, he picked Avia City to do so.

Before he completely moved to the city, he didn’t make himself known until a while ago he started showing himself to Richard.

So, if someone were to ask him how much he loves Richard? His answer would never change.

"I love you Richard so much that I will do anything for you," he earnestly confessed to Eric while adding inwardly, ’I would kill for you if needed be!’

’He should be thinking about Eric,’ she helplessly thought recalling the dog food she was fed earlier in the car.

Although she didn’t want to accept it, Eric’s feelings for Richard were genuine and that called for a celebration. It wasn’t every day that they got to meet people who truly felt that deep for them.

Thinking about how shy Richard was when Eric made that confession. Her smile widened as she let out a chuckle. A chuckle that the guy throwing a fit heard pretty clearly.

"You .... You are laughing at me?" Richard indignantly complained as he pointed fingers at her after propping himself up.

Diamond looked at her friend and snorted, "Umph! Don’t act like you didn’t like it! Come here and help look at the damn presents. This girl wants to rest. Can’t you see that it’s darn late?" she scolded Richard, her gaze shifting to the clock on the wall reading 01:57 am.

To think that they were still awake at this time of the day, Diamond could only blame Richard for being too excited. Of course, she excluded herself from this blame. Why should she remind herself that she was too eager to look at the presents that she sacrificed her beauty sleep?

Richard getting scolded for no reason, harrumphed at Diamond but didn’t dare retort. He reluctantly climbed down from the bed and walked to where Diamond was seated, tearing the wrappers.

With two people working together, the gifts were all unwrapped, and Richard was no longer sulking. The two took inventory and admired the beautiful gifts and were amused by some unique gifts.

The gift that they both were looking forward to was from Eric. It was one of the last gifts that they opened.

Eric had brought a small box and inside was a beautiful and expensive watch worth over A$10 million and it was customized. There was a beautiful R abbreviation inside. Something that wouldn’t be found in the normal watches sold by the brand.

The gift was very thoughtful and Richard liked it very much. Diamond was happy to see Eric’s thoughtfulness and sincerity.

After seeing the watch, Diamond also gave her gift to Richard. She gave him several undiluted wine bottles and a body-strengthening pill.

Richard was very surprised at getting such a pill and he felt very emotional. He couldn’t stop clinging onto Diamond and crying like a young girl.

Diamond had to run away from the other to escape from that cringing clinginess and locked her door before shutting herself in her room.

Meanwhile, after Diamond successfully escaped from him. Richard was a bit sullen. After all, this kind of kindness wasn’t something that he could easily repay the favor of.

His family was rich, and he was more knowledgeable despite his playful nature. He was fully aware of how precious pills were.

One of his brothers was a special soldier. He once heard him talking to his father about such pills. To think that his friend simply took one out like that when the pills were very scarce, he vowed to always be Diamond’s friend and support her always.

After all, her friend was truly trying to fly to heaven with her lifestyle. Only when she has support can she fly higher.

He didn’t feel sleepy at all. After sorting his emotions, he took the pill and felt warmth coursing through his body for a while before he was hit with a wave of pain which sent him into shock.

The pain was a bit too much for him. Before he knew it, he blacked out, completely unaware of the wonderful changes that his body was going through at that very moment.

Diamond was in the middle of arranging the shopping bags that she didn’t get to deal with the previous day when she heard Andrea reporting that to her.

When she heard that, she sighed helplessly as she rose to her feet.

"Doesn’t he know how to bear with the pain? What a skirmish man!" she clicked her tongue with frustration as she made her way to Richard’s room.

When she got there, she found the man lying on the floor. She simply carried him to the bed and tucked him in bed before leaving for her room.

In her room, she finished what she started and packed her suitcases. She would be leaving again in a few hours.

She had wanted to stay longer, but she had to visit the police station upon her arrival. So, the sooner she leaves, the sooner she will deal with the police.

She still has a mission to complete.

Once she was done with that, she took out some food from the storage ring and filled her belly.

A bit full from eating, Diamond vanished into the Golden Space, where she busied herself, working her ass off like a goddamn slave.

There was the farm which needed harvesting and replanting. Then the ranch where she had to collect eggs and slaughter the animals.

Once that was done, she started packaging everything. Either deluxe or normal products. By the time she was done, she was exhausted, but seeing that all the hard work had been done, she was with a smile on her face.

However, looking at the huge amounts of grains and vegetables that were in the barn, the smile vanished.

’I need to get these out as soon as possible!’ her mind veering towards the ghost merchants she had yet to call.
