During Lin's fight, there was another battle that happened and ended before his, inside a glowing star above Nivara.
An orange eye opened as blackish violet thunder glowed around it. It was the Eye of Escanor. He had already managed to transform into a new evolved form from his original transformation.
His crust was now black with purple lines, and his eyes had turned orange.
One of his hands replaced the torn one with a black and violet crusted arm.
He had broken through to Yossence 2 and entered the Transcendent Realm at the beginner level, officially reaching Tier 11.
In this state, he became an Emissary of the Sovereign Dragon State, able to stabilize his form.
Escanor opened his two great wings and sent a massive wave, pushing the surrounding suns around him and sending shockwaves into the cracked ram masked monster, forcing it to retreat under the immense pressure.

He put them behind his back as Escanor lunged at him.

With the knee of his leg, he struck Escanor's head, making it bleed. Then, with a fast jump, he unleashed ten strikes with his inner palm in less than a second. It paralyzed Escanor's inner mana flow and sent him crashing into a mountain.
He then raised his right finger, generating a small green and crimson blast.
The laser blast shot forward and penetrated Escanor's right shoulder.
Blood spilled from Escanor's mouth.

Hallucinations appeared before Escanor. He saw his master and that nightmare again. His mind was already destroyed by everything the monster had said.
What the prince focused on first was that he was controlling a body that nerfed his true strength, so he used speed as his advantage and attacked Escanor's critical points. He tightened his mana and opened a hole in Escanor's shoulder to decrease his mana and make him lose all of it in a short time, then rage baited him using his master's name to force the mana to leak faster.
Everything he said was a lie.
The Ram Prince was too lazy for all this villain talk.
His time was precious.
All of this was because he noticed that Escanor's transformation was leaking mana.
He already knew Escanor had managed to defeat this monster before.
He knew about Escanor's original transformation, and if Escanor had fought using it, the controlled body would have lost in a high difficulty fight. But by adding a few adjustments, Escanor evolved this unstable form.
