She Has Three Little Treasures: Fake Heiress, Yet Captures The Tycoon's Heart-Chapter 777: Meet Your End on the Spot (Part 1)
After Pip Finch narrowly escaped Lune’s attack, he darted to Raina North’s side: "Orion, let’s go, let’s grab some skewers and drink. If we head out any later, there’ll be no seats left."
"No problem." Raina North put away her phone and said, "Let’s go to my place, Nameless will come by in a bit, it’s inconvenient outside."
Pip Finch’s eyes lit up, unable to resist asking, "Will my Brother Nameless bring his little darling wife too?"
Little darling wife...
Hearing this term, Raina North especially felt like hitting someone, but it wasn’t the time to fuss over it, so she feigned a smile: "I don’t know, why don’t you call him and ask?"
Pip Finch shrank his neck: "Better not. We’ll find out soon enough. I’ll go get the car first."
With that, he ran off to the parking lot to get the car.
Lune quietly asked, "Orion, is something wrong?"
Raina North gave Lune an approving look, this kid was even more perceptive than she imagined, but she said, "No problem."
By this time, Pip Finch had already brought the car over, and the three of them soon arrived at Raina North’s villa.
"You guys wait here, I’m going to rest in my room for a bit."
"Okay, Orion, rest well." Pip Finch quickly responded, then couldn’t help but sigh.
No wonder they say heroes have a hard time resisting beauties. Look at them, even their mighty Orion looks like he’s been drained dry. When did Orion ever sleep through a night or need to rest right after going out?
Lune furrowed his brows: "Pip Finch, don’t you think something’s off?"
"What’s off about it? Orion is full of youthful vigor, losing control for a moment isn’t unheard of."
Lune was at a loss for words: "That’s not what I’m talking about."
"I don’t care what you’re saying, just stop with the nonsense. Come on, let’s have a drink." With that, Pip opened a bottle of beer and handed it to Lune.
Lune didn’t ask further. It would be odd if any serious words came out of Pip Finch’s mouth.
Pip Finch pulled out his phone and ordered a heap of barbecue. While they waited for the skewers to be delivered, he tried to spar with Pip Finch, when suddenly hundreds of The Celestial Alliance members surrounded the villa.
Leading them were the First Elder and several other elders.
Lune watched the surge of people, his face immediately darkened.
Pip Finch was bewildered seeing everyone: "Why are you all here? Orion’s villa is big, but it can’t fit all of you. And how many skewers will I need to order for so many people?"
Thinking about the huge amount of money that would cost, Pip Finch felt heartbroken.
The Ninth Elder glanced at Pip Finch and sneered: "Don’t worry, we’re not here to eat skewers."
Pip Finch was even more confused: "You’re not here for skewers, so what are you here for? A group tour?"
Lune looked at the crowd: "Ladies and gentlemen, it seems you didn’t come upon Orion’s invitation."
Pip Finch was displeased: "Without an invitation, what are you here for?"
He thought Orion was going to formally introduce Brother Nameless and his little darling wife to everyone, but he didn’t expect them to just show up on their own.
Pip Finch was quite angry, these people were really good at taking advantage.
"We’re here, naturally to visit the Alliance Hierarch. Where is the Alliance Hierarch? Please have him come out and speak."
"No way, Orion was exhausted all night and just went to rest. You’ll have to wait."
"Exhausted all night? I think it’s Orion Rivers who’s having trouble." The Ninth Elder sneered coldly, saying without mercy, "Pip Finch, you can’t hide it anymore!"
