Shattering Humanity-Chapter 292: "Right, Douchebag?"

Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground.

Laban finishes her blunt and flicks the roach to the ground, stomping it out.
Laban DaeMon: "But since you’re the only one I can be real with Saki, I’ll tell you."
Saku isn’t surprised by the confession and allows the new member of Takamagahara to confess her feelings confidently.
Laban DaeMon: "I could always just use my ability to find out where she is, but the fact is Saki, she never came back.
That alone tells me I wouldn’t like the answer I find out using my Nye-omnipotency.
Whether she’s dead or she decided to ditch and switch up on me too, I don’t think I want to know."
Saku(thinking): *Huh? I guess Laban really did have some friends while she was the epitome of evil to others *
Laban DaeMon: "I guess you were right, ’there are some things you just don’t want to know for your own mind’s sake."
Saku: "Laban..."
Listening just around the corner of Abby, Dom has recaptured his breath.
Dom: "Aww *cough* that’s so sweet..."
Surprised Laban blushes and her neck slowly creaks comedically 180° around to look at the unfortunate young man.
The DaeMon forgetting he was there while revealing her embarrassing confession.
Laban DaeMon: "Saki, I have to kill him now..."
Saku: "Wait, Laban-!"
Suddenly there is a slight trembling felt.
The unmistakable shaking making everyone in the group’s eyes widen and all of them stop in their tracks.
The second confirmation rumble gets both Friend and Xaaydagaay growling at the vibrations.
From over a mile away, the gang can see as a waking giant Iceman grabs a hold of the top of a tall building, and uses it as a way to pick itself back up.
It’s grip crushes the brick and the "thumb" of the giant goes through one of the top most windows.
The singular 25ft(~7m) is about the mid range for how big the ice aliens get.
Shelly: "Where the Hell did that one come from?!"
Itsuka: "Maybe it snuck in here after the attack on Roronora City last night."
Shelly: "There’s no way..."
She looks over at Saku.
Shelly: "...They all got destroyed by lightning strikes."
Saku and Shelly make Below Sanpaku staring eye contact but they both look away.
The eyeless giant alien starts making it’s way towards them all.
Daisuki looks over at Scylia and she then looks over at Char.
The smiling younger brother to the ex-surfer looks excited, knowing it’s possibly time to use Abby for the first time.
Scylia looks back over at her husband to be and he sighs while shaking his head with a smile.
Daisuki: "Alright it might be on the fly but I think we can do this quickly.
Everyone get inside the fire station before it-"
Everyone with SeiõrSense feels it as Katsu pops off his Anjell Eye.
His blessed, gifted alien symbiote releases his iconic Yang aura.
Saku, knowing all about Katsu’s evil side, looks at his contemporary force with narrowed vision.
The Izanagi Captain looks directly at the approaching giant with a smiling Above Sanpaku glare. He then looks over at a blushing Shelly.
Katsu: "Wherever it came from doesn’t matter now.
Shelly, I know I couldn’t be of much help last night, but at least I’ll be able to help save Tomodachi Town and Sanpaku today, right?"
Laban has already pulled out a new blunt and lights it while rolling her eyes.
With her knowing too, all about Katsu’s actual committed evils.
Shelly takes a step forward, a clenched hand above her heart.
Shelly: "Katsu!
You did more than help yesterday!
F-For me, y-you won against a crazied out Saku..."
Both Saku and Laban suck their teeth at the same time, knowing what really happened last night. Being well aware of how it was Saku, just barely managing to survive with a newly transformed Xaaydagaay.
Katsu slightly blushes and then focuses on the gigantic ice monster heading straight for them.
He closes his eyes, the aura going through his eyelid and seeping through the slits.
The Yang Vessel takes a deep breath as if preparing to try really hard at a physical feat.
Saku(thinking): *He’s pretending.*
Katsu(telepathy): *Damn right I am, ’Skippy’.
Anybody can be an A-list actor or actress to get out of trouble.
You haven’t seen anything yet.*
Saku’s nose twitches as he and the rest of the party watch as Katsu dramatically opens his eyes with a force. Almost like he was releasing a force...but nothing happens...
The 25 ft tall alien stomps down on a shopping cart, crushing it into the dirt it was turned over on.
Katsu: "What the Hell?!"
He tries to do it again...no prevail.
Katsu: "Why isn’t it stopping!?!"
Now on full panic mode, Jormungand, Drakania, and a side holding Dom go running into the fire station.
Jormungand turns around to see Daisuki, Scylia, and Char filing into Abby. Katsu is still trying to stop the Iceman.
Drakania: "Jormy! Let’s go!"
Jormungand does what his sister says and he slowly back steps into the fire station.
With Madame Fryer connected to her at the hip Shelly starts sprinting towards the giant Iceman.
Itsuka: "Shelly!? What are you doing?!"
Shelly: "I’m going to distract it while they prepare to fire!"
Saku looks over at Katsu and the sweating Yang Vessel starts shaking.
Katsu: "Why....why can’t I-?"
Saku give a skeptical side eye towards his rival.
He moves his gaze, watching as Shelly goes to a full sprint. She jumps, landing one foot on a railing, leaps again and both her sneakers land on Madame Fryer. The sword and it’s rider glide towards the threat and Abby roars awake.
Inside, Daisuki is controlling her cannon.
On the CITV(commander independent thermal viewer) he tries to lock on to the target, but...
Daisuki: "Damn it!
Because those fuckin things are cold, the heat sensor won’t lock on!
I’m going to have to go free firing.
W-Wait is that?"
He notices Shelly’s and especially Madame Fryer’s heat being picked up and he smiles.
Scylia: "Master Daisuki?"
Daisuki: "Hopefully Shelly will-
Yea, I’m sure she will.
She’s a smart kid."
Meanwhile, Shelly has already approached the giant Iceman and the giant is attempting to swat at her like a fly.
Now more comfortable with her maneuverability while riding the sentient sword, Shelly is weaving through it’s fingers and around it’s arm.
Toying with one of the frightening apocalypse bringers.
From less than a mile away there is a *BLAST* from the main gun of Abby and Shelly’s instincts kick in. She leaps off of Madame Fryer and a the round splits between the two of them just in time. The round barely misses the Iceman as it continues to waddle through, leaving it’s mark on a nearby abandoned park.
Shelly(thinking): *What the Hell, Sensei!
What, is he doing, aiming that thing at m-*
Her blue eyes grow wide in realization.
She flips upright and Madame Fryer perfectly catches her a few feet from the ground.
Shelly: "Abby probably has a thermal lock on system!
He might be using our heat Madame Fryer, to lock on to the enemy!
If that’s the case.
Madame, I have a plan."
From inside the tank, on the CITV Daisuki, Scylia, and Char watch as Shelly floats right in front of the giant Iceman’s head.
Daisuki’s teeth become exposed from his huge smile.
Daisuki: "Damn it, that girl is so clutch it’s unbelievable!
Okay everyone ready out there!?"
From outside, all of the rest of the party who was next to Abby during the first fired round, is comedically swirly eyed and holding their ears on the ground.
Daisuki presses a button.
From inside the main gun, gun powder ignites, burning the gasses surrounding the round inside Abby’s chamber. A huge fire ball and shockwave form and expels the round out of her trunk.
Flying directly towards Shelly, the young female genius calmly drops from her floating spot. The round passes right by where she was floating and collides perfectly with the forehead of the huge encroaching alien.
With a shriek that matches when Nephilim had destroyed one of the giants with a lightning bolt, the Iceman starts to crack from the "bullet wound" all around it’s body, and shatters into billions of tiny, snowflake sized pieces.
Once everyone outside of Abby has recovered they get to witness as smiling, proud Shelly flies her way back to them.
With an ice firework behind her.
A completely stunned Saku looks over at Katsu with his Anjell Eye still activated and with a hidden smirk, the sly Yang Vessel showboats using telepathy.
Katsu(telepathy): *Even you have to admit that wayyyy cooler.
