Shattered by Fate, Restored by Truth-Chapter 936: No Place for Him
Fu Shihan frowned and patted his little backside, waking him up, and said with a frown, "Go back to your room, take a shower, and go to sleep."
"I want to wait for mom to be with me."
"No, she has to be with me tonight."
Yangyang climbed up, sat on him, and they stared at each other with big eyes.
The two stared at each other for a moment, then suddenly heard the sound of a door opening upstairs.
Soon, Su Wanxin’s figure appeared at the top of the stairs. She looked at the people downstairs and spoke softly, "I’m going back to rest."
A heavy nasal tone, typical after crying.
Fu Shihan’s gaze darkened, and he picked Yangyang up by the collar and placed him on the ground, then quickly went upstairs.
"What did she say? Crying like this?!"
Fu Shihan tilted her chin, looking at her red and swollen eyes, his brow tightly furrowed.
"Did my mom scold you? Why? I’ll go talk to her."
"She didn’t scold me." Su Wanxin rubbed her eyes. "Let’s go back to the room."
She pulled his hand and headed towards the bedroom, Yangyang ran all the way upstairs, looking up at her, pouting his little lips without saying a word.
Once in Fu Shihan’s room, he tugged on Su Wanxin’s clothes and asked, "Mom, who bullied you?"
"No one bullied me." Su Wanxin forced a smile, squatted down, and pinched his cheek. "Would you like to sleep with mom tonight?"
"Yes!" 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
"No way!" Fu Shihan objected, "What about me?"
"Doesn’t your bed fit three people?" Su Wanxin turned to look at him. "If it doesn’t, I’ll go to Yangyang’s room."
"..."
Fu Shihan sighed heavily, looked at his bothersome son, and imagined his future life, feeling irritated.
With one little kid already here, if they had two, would there be no place for him in bed in the future?
Su Wanxin took Yangyang to the bathroom for a shower, and when they came out, Fu Shihan pushed her back in.
He cornered her, looking at her with a pained expression, and asked, "Are you sure she didn’t scold you?"
Li Mo’s words can be very sharp, Fu Shihan knew well. If she had said something to her, she’d likely not dare to retort.
"Mm." Su Wanxin nodded. "Really, Aunt Mo is very kind to me."
"Not as good as I am."
Fu Shihan scoffed and insisted on dragging her into the shower with him.
Su Wanxin had cried until she had no strength left, almost collapsing because of him.
"I’m just running a bath for you, not trying to do anything, look at how scared you are!"
Fu Shihan, disappointed but determined, dragged her to the mirror.
"If you keep this up, I really might do something."
"I don’t have the strength to play around with you now." Su Wanxin sighed deeply, turned around, and hugged him.
"Okay, no playing around." Fu Shihan kissed the top of her head. "Shall I wait for you outside?"
"Mm."
"No sneaking tears alone."
"Okay."
Her promise wasn’t convincing, since her voice sounded like she was about to cry again.
Fu Shihan couldn’t do anything but leave her alone in the bathroom.
He lay on the bed, feeling restless, somewhat regretting he hadn’t eavesdropped outside the study room door.
Su Wanxin soon came out, tired, and crawled onto the bed, cuddling Yangyang in her arms.
Fu Shihan glanced at their loving display and frowned.
"Yangyang." He paused for a moment, speaking softly.
"Mm?"
"How about dad sends you to study abroad?"
No more staying in the country cramming for exams, let’s go abroad as it’s bound to happen sooner or later.
"No!" Yangyang instantly refused without thinking. "I won’t go abroad! I want to be with mom!"
