Saintess? Not Anymore! I'd Rather be a Destroyer-Chapter 356 - 293: Defeat
I want my bum life back. No summer vacation during my first year of university. So story updates would be slow. I’m so sorry y’all. And I’m not a smart student too, so I have to study hard to make a passing grade

However, in less than a few seconds, Aurianna’s severed limbs regenerated with ease, the flesh knitting itself back together as if the wounds had never existed.
"This is pointless," she scoffed, her voice sharp with boredom. And casually walked toward the spot where her severed limb still lay on the ground.
"Queen, I need you," Aurianna muttered under her breath, her tone unusually soft, almost pleading. But before she could even summon the courage to offer a sacrifice, her floating orb smacked her squarely across the face.
"Are you out of your mind?" Gixo’s voice snapped, sharp and scolding. The orb glowed brightly before shifting shape, unfolding into his humanoid form, a golden skinned small, lanky figure with dark robes and seven hoops floating on his head as his white eyes glared at Aurianna. "Is this necessary? Don’t be an idiot, showing off every skill you have like that!"
Aurianna’s eyes darkened, her expression hard as stone. "I must kill Ralph," she declared, her voice flat, stripped of emotion.
"Why not wait after six years?" Gixo countered, folding his arms.
"Six whole years? Are you fucking insane?" she hissed, her nails digging into her palms until thin trails of rainbow-colored blood trickled down. "Why should I let that bastard breathe even one more day? Why should I wait so long to kill him? It’s not fair."
"Patience, Aurianna. Six years is nothing," Gixo scoffed, waving a dismissive hand. "Stop acting like a spoiled brat."
"If I could strangle you right now, I definitely would," she replied coldly.
Gixo’s gaze sharpened as he noticed her eyes which had turned into a rainbow colour. "And get your Regal side under control. You know how much it affects you mentally."
Before Aurianna could bite back, another voice cut in.
"Hmm, what are you?" Vanuer asked, her eyes narrowing as she studied Gixo.
"I’m her cherished weapon!" Gixo declared proudly, straightening his back. 𝚏𝕣𝐞𝗲𝐰𝕖𝐛𝐧𝕠𝕧𝚎𝚕.𝐜𝚘𝗺
"Servant," Aurianna corrected dryly.
"Cherished. Weapon." Gixo insisted with a glare.
"Peh," Aurianna scoffed, rolling her eyes.
"Ungrateful child!" Gixo barked.
Vanuer chuckled under her breath, shaking her head. "She’s quite a hassle, isn’t she?"
"Definitely," Gixo agreed with a nod.
Vanuer tilted her head slightly, amusement dancing in her eyes. "So, should we end this, or would you prefer to continue?"
Aurianna’s expression hardened, her head tilting slightly as her gaze pinned her. "There’s no point. It’s obvious you’re holding back. No matter what I do, you will refuse to use your full strength."
Vanuer let out a low chuckle, tapping a finger against her chin. "You’re quite perceptive."
"I know," Aurianna replied flatly. "Six years. That’s all I need. When the time comes, I’ll cut off your arm and kill my brother. Especially if that idiot actually believes joining your church will save him."
Vanuer raised an eyebrow, an approving smirk curling on her lips. "Alright, I’ll agree to that. But, I want to see your true strength. Don’t hold back, I can handle it."
Aurianna narrowed her eyes, wary. "No way. You just want to study my abilities. For all I know, you could have some kind of copy skill."
Vanuer shrugged, unbothered. "Hmm, depends. But I guess it’s fine if we call it a day. Just remember, for the rest of the school year, you’ll be under me."
Aurianna’s lips curled into a sharp smile. "Before that... can you show me your strongest skill?"
Vanuer blinked, caught off-guard. "You wouldn’t agree when I asked you earlier to do that for me."
"I changed my mind," Aurianna replied coolly. "I wanted to see how strong a Saintess who survived the World War could really be."
Vanuer’s grin widened, "Hmm... don’t regret it, child."
She raised his hand, and the air seemed to crackle around her. "Walpurgis."
The moment the word left her lips, the world around Aurianna twisted. In an instant, the ground beneath her feet crumbled away, and she found herself standing in a place that felt wrong. A cursed, hollow space, with fragmented lights around, the ground was non-existent, just a void floating space.
At the center of this void stood Vanuer. Her body was surrounded by different halo-like rings that spun in slow circles around her, making her look almost angelic. In her hands, she held a massive bow, forged from light and fire fused together, and at its string sat an arrow, the tip of the arrow there was a massive negery converging around it and anyone who could use magic would know that this was an obvious destruction one shot spell.
’Does she thinks I’m stupid? This is obviously not her strongest skill... but it’s strong enough. I can’t move at all,’ Aurianna thought bitterly, her muscles frozen, her body locked in place as the massive arrow of light hovered, aimed directly at her. All she could do was stare, helpless, as the Saintess prepared to release it.
Outside the cursed dimension, the skies above the academy darkened, clouds swirling like a brewing storm. The ground trembled underfoot as well.
"Look at the sky!" a student cried out, pointing upward as the sky changed colour into purple filled with lightning.
"The Saintess’ skill—Walpurgis," Juvin whispered, eyes wide with both awe and envy. His gaze didn’t waver from the sky. "The power to kill anything within her own dimension... and Aurianna’s actually reckless enough to challenge her head-on."
A slow, impressed smile crept onto his face. "She’s got guts. But she’s very stupid and reckless"
Suddenly the sky shattered like glass, a deafening crack splitting the air as the dimension collapsed. A figure came crashing down from the sky into the stadium, landing with enough force to destroy the ground. Vanuer straightened, dusting herself off, while floating down.
Queen who landed was holding Aurianna’s charred, destroyed body in her arms.
Aurianna’s head twitched ,. "I didn’t ask you to save me, Queen," she said coldly, her voice raspy but stubborn.
Her ruined body, scorched and mangled, began to heal up slowly. Vanuer clicked her tongue in annoyance, while she watched.
"What the hell is that?" Vanuer muttered, her brow twitching. "Another one of your skills, I assume."
She let out a strained chuckle, masking her disbelief. ’I was actually trying to kill her... but she survived. This child really is a monster.’
Queen’s voice broke through her thoughts. "Master, your body. You’re regenerating too slowly."
"It doesn’t matter," Aurianna replied, trying to suppress the pain, but Queen ignored her and gently placed a hand on Aurianna’s head. In an instant, Aurianna’s body was fully healed, though as a result Queen height reduced a bit.
Vanuer’s eyes widened. "She’s healed... already?" she muttered, quickly composing herself. But her thoughts raced. ’That attack should’ve left her crippled for months. How the hell did she recover so fast?’
