Run Away After Flirting: Get Lost, Mr. Attorney!-Chapter 194: Take Her to Dinner with His Parents...
The pregnant woman forced a smile, saying, "You’re so beautiful and graceful, your baby will surely be beautiful too, such a pity..."
Summer felt somewhat shaken inside, but remembering her revenge, she had to harden her heart.

Meanwhile, at the hospital where Vivian was staying.
Ian Sterling had instructed two Sterling Family bodyguards to stand at her hospital room door and said to the guard at the door in a deep voice, "You can leave now; we’ll be guarding here."
"Who are you?" queried Elias Spencer’s bodyguard, giving them a cold look.
"We are from the Sterling Family. Young Master Sterling asked us to come protect Second Miss Nolan; there’s no need for you here, so move along." The man spoke disdainfully, with an expression of contempt.
"I only take orders from Young Master Spencer. If you tell me to leave, do I just leave?"
Their tone and attitude made him quite uncomfortable. Besides, if he just slinked away, wouldn’t that prove Spencer Family’s bodyguards feared Sterling Family’s men?
Would he have to lower his head every time he saw them in the future?
"Are you testing our patience?" the opposing bodyguard coldly asked.
"I told you, I only obey Young Master Spencer’s orders; you have no authority over me." he replied in a deep voice, looking away shrewdly, with his hands behind his back, standing straight.
"Still so obedient like a lapdog." The opposing bodyguard scoffed at him.
"And what are you? Any better than what I do? Why pretend to be so high and mighty?" The bodyguard coldly glared back at them, retorting.
"You...! Looking for a fight, aren’t you?"
As they spoke, they lunged at him, fists swinging. The Sterling Family and Spencer Family bodyguards had never clashed before, and it quickly became clear who was the real fighter and who was just a paper tiger.
Outnumbered two to one, they still couldn’t overpower their opponent, taking several hard hits and looking quite disgraced.
Vivian, inside the room, faintly heard their words and hurriedly got out of bed, rushed to open the door and shouted, "Stop!"
The three men had to pause, all turning to look at her. One of the Sterling Family bodyguards immediately said, "Second Miss Nolan, we were sent by Young Master Sterling to protect you, no other intentions; please ask this man to leave."
"You all go back. I don’t need protection from the Sterling Family." Vivian said firmly, dismissing them. Couldn’t two of them handle one man? That’s embarrassing.
The two glanced at each other, faces darkened, and left immediately. They pulled out their phones to call Ian Sterling, reporting once connected:
"Young Master Sterling, Elias Spencer’s bodyguard refuses to leave, even attacked us, not putting Sterling Family in their eyes! Also, that Miss Nolan doesn’t want us here..."
Ian Sterling’s expression turned cold. Wasn’t Elias Spencer supposed to be dating someone now? Why was he still involved with the Nolan Family’s matters? He glanced at his father, who had just walked in, standing not far away, and first instructed the bodyguards:
"You both come back."
After speaking, he hung up.
"Didn’t you say you have money? Why haven’t you patched up The Summit Group’s deficit?" Sean Sterling hadn’t come to the group recently due to rumors. Upon returning, he found that his son still hadn’t filled the gap.
"Tonight, you and Mom have dinner with Summer’s mother and discuss our wedding date; once that’s settled, I’ll patch up The Summit Group’s deficit." Ian Sterling stood up from his chair and said to his father.
Sean Sterling frowned; was his son really going to marry that woman? Hmph, not even sure if she’s the one who set him up!
However, he could agree for now and solve The Summit Group’s problems first.
Ian Sterling saw his dad silent and shared some good news,
"Summer has agreed to assist with The Summit Group’s appeal. With her skills, she’ll surely win the lawsuit and restore The Summit Group’s reputation. Dad, stop doubting her; I think she’s quite nice."
"Really?" He asked in a deep voice, hands behind his back.
"Of course, it’s true." Ian Sterling emphasized and asked him, "Are you and Mom going tonight? If not, I won’t let her help with the lawsuit or patch the gap."
Sean Sterling looked at his son for a moment and agreed, "We’ll go; send me the address later."
"Make sure Mom is pleasant and doesn’t scare her mother. Aunt Nolan is quite an easy-going person." He worried as his mother tended to be overbearing and looked down on everyone.
"Got it."
Sean Sterling responded in a measured tone, thinking of breaking them up after settling The Summit Group’s troubles. He still suspected she was behind the scheme!
The way she framed him was too eerily similar. 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

Afternoon.
Mrs. Nolan stood in front of the wardrobe for some time, finally choosing a black traditional cheongsam, her long curly hair pulled back in a loose bun, with light makeup.
Wearing the cheongsam, her tall, slim figure was gracefully accentuated, both beautiful and elegant, sophisticated yet commanding presence.
She came from a moderately wealthy family. Even if it had its downfalls, she held an innate grace and presence rivaling other wealthy ladies.
Her phone suddenly rang, and she picked it up, taking a glance before answering, "Hello..."
"Aunt Nolan, I’ve sent the restaurant address. Do you need someone to drive you over?" Ian Sterling asked.
"No need, I have a car and can drive myself. By the way, have you told Summer? Will she be coming?" she inquired.
"Not yet. I’ll bring her along directly. I’m afraid she might refuse if I tell her now, but with her mother there, she surely won’t just leave." He replied.
"Alright then." Aunt Nolan hung up and got ready to leave. She didn’t make her daughter dress up specifically but wore her work clothes so the Sterling Family wouldn’t think they were eager to marry into a prominent family.

Inside The Summit Group’s conference room.
Summer was still dealing with work, while Elias Spencer sat across from her. They hadn’t exchanged many words today, each busy with their tasks.
Having sat there for a while, she felt more fatigued than usual, rubbing her back with her hand. Perhaps being cooped up made her nauseous again!
Unable to hold back, she covered her mouth and gagged: "Ugh..."
Elias Spencer looked at her, unable to hide his concern, "Are you okay?"
"Just a bit of stomach discomfort."
Summer suppressed the uneasy feeling, enduring it. In the morning, she decided against terminating the pregnancy. Knowing how hard it was for her to conceive, it might be her only chance in this lifetime.
"Need me to get you some stomach medicine?" He didn’t suspect her pregnancy.
"No, it should be better in a few days." She made an excuse, just as Ian Sterling entered the room. Seeing them not working, seemingly chatting, made him uncomfortable, though he didn’t show it.
He walked over and stood behind Summer, deliberately placing both hands on her shoulders, bending down, and leaning close to her face to ask, "Are you done? Let’s go have a meal."
