The Abstract Ordinance of death... A very obscure Ordinance.

Hal hated how it had felt and how it had 'affected' him but he was glad that it had happened. He considered the experience to have been very valuable.

Meanwhile, with his mask no longer covering his face, he was receiving looks of wonder from virtually all who were in the deliberation hall which made for a funny visual as they all still hate his guts.

It did not matter that he was handsome beyond description and capable of making any man feel insecure about their looks, he was still an intruder and his companion was guilty of killing two of their tribesmen.

Elenor eyed him and peered hard into his face but her expression remained relativity the same with the thin smile on her lips.

"My name is Prince, Sapphirine Prince," Hal said with a straight face and owned up to the potential silliness.

"Your name is... Prince?" Elenor asked and as she did, she made it clear with her tone that she found it to be silly sounding but Hal just nodded and then shrugged as he said,

"Actually, it's more of a title but yes, that is what I will like to be called. I am reinventing myself. You are free to try various variations but that is the name I wish to be identified by."

"Very well, 'Prince', where exactly are you from?" Elenor asked and as she spoke, the tension in the hall began to dissipate and the bodies were wheeled out while those who did not have business being in the hall also left.

The alerting feature of the Arrays was also turned off.

The council messenger who had been actively hiding and staying out of the way of all conflict finally made his way closer to the center of the hall.

He was gravitating toward this juicy news... Gravitating towards this special means this Prince had brought as a way into the Haron continent.

"I am from the Haron continent" the moment Hal said those words, there were gasps all around.

So far, they had all been of a common notion that this fellow was a Dystopian who had somehow made breakthroughs in experimentation that he wished to present to the higher powers of the continent... Never had they considered the possibility that he was... Human.

The horror!

"You mean like a slave, brought into the Dystopian Continent to serve and somehow showed himself to be worthy of receiving boons?" asked a beautiful lady in sexual garments who was standing close to the Chieftess' throne.

Many such sexy ladies were standing beside the throne and they were notably the most powerful bunch in the hall but Hal hardly spared them looks as he had been focused on other matters.

With this lady speaking to him, Hal looked over at her and immediately discovered a considerable much about her.

She possessed an Elemental Ordinance and cultivation of a four-star Transcendent beast. There was also a similarity in the lady's appearance to that of Elenor which told Hal that they were related. He was not exactly sure what the relation was though.

"No, I mean like someone who was born and grew up on the Haron continent and then made his way here to offer you the wonderful service," Ha said, and immediately, tension returned to the hall.

No longer were they dealing with just an intruder of their Devil Tribe but rather, they were now dealing with an intruder of the Continent.

Many began to return to their battle stances and the Council messenger was quick to get out of the way of what seemed to be another impending battle.

The sexy lady who had spoken took one step forward and then summoned a Devil Armament in the form of a blood-red bow that she pulled to create an arrow of Devil energy which she proceeded to shoot at Hal.

"Well, there is no point in further discussion... Death to all humans... Especially one with the galls to step foot on Dystopian ground." the sexy lady spat.

"Stand down," Elenor said in a lazy voice and all of those in the hall indeed relaxed their stance... The sexy lady was the exception.

"Phaedra, I believe you heard me," Elenor said to the sexy lady who slowly lowered her bow.

"But, Sister..." Phaedra began but she was ignored by Elenor who had her eyes on Hal as she asked,

"Are you claiming that you have no connection to the Dystopian continent? "

As Hal began to answer, he saw Gregor and Phaedra share a look from which it seemed like Gregor was signaling that she be calm.

"I wouldn't say no connection but I will say, that I have no Dystopian relative. I am in the Dystopian continent for the first time in my life and if you are quick to believe that I am indeed human, then there has to be a level of curiosity for how I got here" Hal said.

Teleportation circles don't connect both continents and for as long as anyone had ever been experimenting, the result was to get trapped within a closed space.

It was not just because of the numerous protections around their borders but because on a fundamental level, they were just very distinctly demarcated.

The war between both continents has been going on for hundreds of thousands of years so naturally, there have been many attempts at sneak-crossing over to the other side but Teleportation circles have never been the way.

The very few that have successfully made it into opposing continents have done so through back channels that belong to merchants who separate themselves from inter-continental conflicts enough to exchange certain goods to bolster their wealth and even this was few on account of many laws that placed an embargo on such trades.

All in all, there have been occasional successes into opposing continents but never have those means been capable on the large scale, and never had they been so very capable of evading all notice.

For Elenor, there really wasn't much to think about in regards to all this.

And if it turned out to be true, she wished to control the narrative.

"Is that all, council messenger?" she suddenly turned her attention away from Hal and towards the man who had so far been avoiding any possibility of getting involved in the battles.

"What do you mean, your excellency?" asked the messenger.

"Before this all started, I was telling you that I have no message I wish to have passed to the council and that remains the case so I ask again, Is that all?

If you are done here, you can finally be on your way" Elenor said in a commanding tone that welcomed no counterargument.

"I- I mean the Council- They will - I mean surely you should- *Sigh* I will take my leave now. Good day to you your Excellency" not being able to find words to speak from that point on, the messenger bowed and backed out of the hall.

He was a messenger and he had no power or right to even attempt to reason with the Devil Chieftess who clearly no longer wanted him in her hall.

That said, there was so much juicy stuff for him to report to the council and he was even considering delivering the news via communication talisman but that was in the danger of being disrespectful... A crime he would not be able to repent from.

The best he could do in regards to the power and responsibility he had been afforded was to tell the council beforehand that he had very important news to report and then make use of the most express of all Teleportation circles to deliver the said news in person. f𝔯ℯe𝓌ℯ𝐛𝒏𝐨ѵel.c𝚘𝐦

With the messenger gone, Elenor's attention returned to Hal who she asked,

"What exactly is this means that you are so confident of?"

"It's a private teleportation circuit that only I have control of and only I know how to work. I open the portal wherever I am and one of my many anchors in the Haron Continent, opens a portal for me to walk out of.

Not only does this circuit of mine bypass all protection you might have put in place, but it is also instantaneous." Hal explained,

"That is impossible" Gregor piped and many of those in the hall agreed with him. Even Elenor, who was the most open-minded of them all, was skeptical.

"What you are describing defies all we know to be fact," Phaedra added.

Hal shrugged,

"The battle with the Haron continent has gone on for so long and none of your conventional and factual means have been successful.

Clearly, a plan that defies all known 'facts' is exactly what you need.

A revolutionary idea that your enemies will not be expecting or be able to fight against.

I do not ask that you take my word for it, I never have. I am ready to prove it to you right now if necessary."

Hal said.

There was a brief moment of silence with many looking at Elenor who took a deep breath before then saying,

"You say you were born and raised in the Haron continent, so why then are you so ready to make use of this in the favor of the Dystopian Continent.

Surely, if it works as well as you have so confidently described, it will do the Harons a lot of good too"

The moment Elenor was done talking, Hal exuded a blast of Devil energy that revolved around him, and all who saw and felt it could tell what it was and could also tell that it was of even better quality than anything they and even been able to produce.

Hal's sapphirine eyes of infinite pull became colored in the nightmarish darkness of Devil energy as he said in an ominous tone of voice despite the smile on his face,

"Maybe I just never related to them... Maybe I never really considered the Haron continent to be my home"

Elenor was unfazed by the display unlike any of the others in the hall and she stared Hal down and said,

"Or maybe you have an agenda and all this a ruse to use us for your own mysterious goals."

Hal grinned,

"Why can't it be both?"
