Rise of The Anti God-Chapter 741: I Can't Defeat You But She Can
"You ghoul bitch…you killed my people…Now your death won't be so pleasant," The man in the suit said in a deep seething tone as he clashed his fists together, creating loud metallic echoes.
The woman coldly spat as she said, "Speak for yourself."
Damien's expression became heavy as he couldn't gauge the cultivation of this guy.
Luna slapped her forehead as she said in a chiding tone, "This is what happens when you don't listen to your elders. Seriously, how are you going to not get yourself killed against this man who is at the Sixth Level of the Noble Ethereal Realm? You have only one option…"
"I know," Damien said as he suddenly placed his hand on the woman's soft chest, whose expression froze upon seeing his hand pressing down on her chest.
"You!" She was about to punch him to oblivion but then stopped herself when she felt that he was actually helping her unseal her cultivation. How could this human do that??
"And you must be her human slave. Too bad I would have to kill you too, considering you are beyond saving," The man coldly said as his entire being radiated killing intent.
"I may not be able to take you on, but…she can," Damien said as the man frowned upon noticing the dramatic change in the air inside the cave.
He couldn't precisely sense her cultivation, but as an expert, he could guess based on the pressure her aura exudes.
He couldn't believe it. He knew how well her cultivation was sealed, and there was no way some weak human slave like this guy could just unseal her cultivation.
The only explanation he could think of was that this bitch must have tasked her slave with some artifact that would unseal her cultivation in case she ended up in such a situation. But even then, all he saw was this slave simply using his palm.
But he didn't have the time to brood on this as he said in a vengeful tone, "You traitor! I was planning to give you a quick death, but now you will suffer the same fate as your master."
"Let's see how long you can wag your tongue before I burn your face away," The woman said in a cutting tone as she cracked her knuckles.
The man didn't take out any weapon, but it seemed as if his metallic armored fists were his weapons.
Damien quickly took cover as he felt the space around him trembling under the pressure the aura of these two was exuding.
With Luna's help, he already knew that his aunt's disciple was at the Fifth Level of the Noble Nethereal Realm. This was why he took the risk and decided to unseal her cultivation to deal with this guy.
As someone who possessed the Origin Seed of the progenitor of the Nethereal Dimension itself, it was a piece of cake for him to unseal her nethereal core.
But what surprised Damien was how he saw the man's carbon fiber-like suit suddenly getting covered with a layer of metal that had just emerged from under the suit. This silver-like metal looked the same as the ones on his fists, making Damien guess that this guy was a cultivator with the elemental metal seed.
This was the first time Damien was seeing someone with that seed in action. He knew Lily had it, but she never had the right resources to cultivate that seed. And Luna felt that her cultivating her Light Seed was the priority which Damien agreed as well.
"Cultivators of the metal seed are actually the toughest to defeat in a way, even more than those with the Earth seed. For instance, this man is fortifying his own skin and even his suit with highly durable metal. And because of that, his attacks would be quite heavy and powerful. Who knows if your aunt's disciple won't get crushed under his attacks," Luna said with narrowed eyes.
Damien's brows pulled together, hearing Luna's words. He could hear how the metals in the rocks of this cave were vibrating under that man's presence. It was as if they were resonating with him, and seeing how he was entirely covered in a hardened silver metal, even Damien couldn't help but wonder if she could even cut through his suit.
"You should use this opportunity to run away and find your aunt. Let her deal with this. Staying here is foolish!" Luna firmly said and felt like dragging Damien away if she could.
"No…You just said how things might not look good for her. If something happened to her while I ran away, I wouldn't be able to look at my aunt's face. She put her trust in me even though we were separated for so many years," Damien said with a determined light in his eyes, making Luna shake her head as she said in frustration, "What's with you and your weakness to getting swayed by beautiful women?"
"Isn't that why I am listening to you…most of the time?" Damien said, making Luna look at him with a piqued expression, feeling that he was getting cheeky.
"Besides, it is not any woman. It is his own aunt, his only family. Is it that wrong to listen to her?" Kalypso said to defend her master, feeling Luna's accusations were unfair. But Luna only harrumphed hearing her words.
Damien was prepared to stay farther in case any one of these were planning to use their domain ability, but he had his brows raised when he saw this woman walking towards the man calmly without showing any consideration for her own safety. Was she mad to get near a metal cultivator, especially one that uses his fists as his weapon?
"Foolish ghoul. I overestimated how capable the Night Raven's disciple was," The man coldly scoffed as he saw her walking towards him. He was only glad since she was making it easier for him.
And just as Damien expected, the man raised one of his arms to crush her skill with his punch, and yet the woman's eyes didn't flicker as his metal fist closed in on her face.
