Revenge Deal With The Devil-Chapter 50: END LOVE RIVALS

When Duane had first dragged her here, Ophelia was still living in a daydream that Damon loved her more than what Ophelia used to be.

Ophelia of the past was a girl but not too girly, maybe is she could win Damon’s heart.

But seeing with this human angered her to the core, she understood that Damon took fancy to her just because she was a replica of Ophelia but why was he caring about her.

"You see, this is why you should get Damon for yourself." Duane said holding Ophelia shoulders comfortingly.

Ophelia turned to look at him sneering, "What is in it for you, you clearly hate Damon to the core so why would you want me to get him to fall in love with me, and in case you have forgotten about the cloak guy plan, is it not going against him." Ophelia queried eyeing him suspiciously and almost half yelled due to the anger in her heart.

"My advice young lady, don’t vent your anger in me, you would not like what I would do to you, Ophelia or should I say Mika." Duane called Ophelia by her real name making her face turn ugly.

"You better watch what you say too, you dimwit, you might blow our cover." Mika whisper yelled, she was Ophelia’s sister who had always been living in her shadows for decades ever since her existence.

Ophelia was a stronger and well talented witch that could manipulate all elements and pull of the hardest spells, she was thee perfect witch, but then again as if her perfection was not enough she got mated to the devil, a man that every woman in the underworld had casted their eyes upon, hoping to be his bride and the future Queen of the Underworld and yet Ophelia got that opportunity.

Mika on the other hand was like a spare tool to their parents, and she was almost never useful because the main tool was ever functioning.

Mika had worked hard and tried her best to meet up to Ophelia standard, watching how she behaves and act closely, luckily for Mika as she thought, they were twins and the resemblance was there, the only difference was that Mika hair was black while Opehlia’s hair was red.

Mika acted like the best sister there is, and glued closer to Ophelia even moving with her when she wanted to stay with Damon.

She had made notes for years observing Ophelia closely hoping that one day, she would get both Damon and the recognition she deserved and it was then that faintly day, Ophelia disappeared.

Mika saw with her own eyes how enraged Damon was and was marveled by their love but was also determined to get him to feel the same way for her.

Mika saw Ophelia’s disappearance as an opportunity to finally outshine her and stand out.

But it never worked, no matter what she did her parents always complained that Ophelia could have done it better and that was the routine.

Even Damon she had originally hoped to impress kicked her out of his castle and treated her like nothing, he slowly became the devil of the past.

Killing without any second choice, love had made him soften his demeanour before but it worsened when Ophelia left.

And then, when Mika has suddenly thought of giving up, Duane had approached her with the plan to disguise as Ophelia and head to Damon, although she hesitated because of the fear of being caught but then again she thought that this was her only chance to get together with Damon so she accepted the offer and cast a disguise spell on herself to make her look more like Ophelia and made her voice sounds like her too.

She could not believe that despite that stress and the risk she put herself into, a tiny human from no where want to comee and threaten her position, she had been struggling for years and the human wants Damon, she should dream on.

"Mika, you have been standing there for a while now, I’m getting bored." Duane yawned feeling bored at the way Mika stared into space.

Mika looked at the house before her one more time before chanting some spells and she and Duane immediately disappeared.

"You are surprisingly calm for someone who has a love rival." Duane smirked as he tried provoking Mika, "Are you not going to do something about it?" He added intruding Mika’s personal space as he stared into her eyes looking for answer. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Duane knew within him that Damon would never fall for Mika, maybe he already knew she was a fake but as for that Amelia, there was something different about the way Damon treated her, he could see the reluctance in Damon’s eyes when he wanted to let go of Amelia like he wanted her by his side all the time.

The only way to find out and also in a way get his revenge by killing 2 birds with one stone.

He wanted to put Mika against Amelia and make her end Amelia’s life, that way not only will Damon lose the person he has an eye for, he would also hate ’Ophelia’ which is Mika, just as the cloaked person had requested, make Damon hate Ophelia and kill the woman he is chasing after now.

Mika felt uncomfortable with Duane face so close to hers, she stepped back a bit to try think about what Duane had said.

He was right, she could not allow anyone ruin her life time of work that she had suffered to achieve, she would not allow anyone else have Damon’s attention, he belonged to her only, Mika thought as a murderous glint flashed through her eyes, she let out a smirk thinking about the fun she would have killing the human.

"Of course, I don’t tolerate rivals and I’m going to put an end to this, once and for all." Mika said out loud stroking her chin deliberating on

a plan.
