Return Of The Supreme Beast Tamer-Chapter 191: Christopher’s New Assignment
[Three Days Later.]
[Dark Sea.]
"Why are we on the Dark Sea, or Dead Sea, whatever its ominous name is?" Dracula asked with a distinct frown, the oppressive atmosphere of the forbidden waters making him uneasy.
"Silence," Darkness commanded, her voice cutting through the mist. "This is very important to us." Her gaze was fixed with intense concentration on a shadowy island looming in the distance.
"What's waiting for us there?" Death-flames asked in mild confusion, staring at Darkness's rigid back.
"I think we will know when we get there," Eagle Eye stated, folding her arms across her chest, her patience clearly strained. She lifted her head toward the eerie sky, spotting two massive figures descending through the clouds.
"It seems we have some guests," Dracula muttered, staring at the two approaching beasts with trepidation.
"Don't attack," Darkness said coldly, her word an absolute command that instantly immobilized every crew member on the deck.
WHOOSH!!
The two huge beasts—a magnificent Red Dragon and a monstrous Black Eagle—descended, hovering directly over the ship. Their immense wings churned the water into waves, and their glowing red eyes fixed solely on Darkness.
'Two Celestial Stage Beasts... Are you kidding me?! They're simply too powerful for us to handle,' Death-flames thought in horror, realizing the true gravity of this meeting.
"I want to see your Master," Darkness yelled up at the looming figures. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂
The dragon shifted its gaze across the deck, then spoke, its voice a deep rumble that echoed across the sea. "The Mother is waiting for you... Follow us." It turned and flew toward the mountain, the second beast following in silent escort.
"You heard the dragon. Increase your speed," Darkness ordered, a small, knowing smile finally appearing on her lips. She recognized this was a realm of power far exceeding the known continents.

[Half an hour later.]
The group used lifeboats to reach the shore, leaving their ship bobbing in the dark water. Darkness, Dracula, Eagle Eye, and Death-flames jumped onto the black sand and walked toward a massive cave entrance, trailing behind the two colossal beasts.
After walking for several minutes through winding, mineral-rich tunnels, the four reached a vast chamber. Sitting in the center was a creature of absolute nightmare: a Formless Beast with countless undulating tentacles and numerous eyes. It resembled a grotesque, floating balloon, but the dense, eerie energy spreading out from it snapped the four intruders into immediate, fearful reality. Whatever this thing was, it was a hundred times stronger than the two beasts that had escorted them here.
Darkness moved her gaze around the chamber, seeing countless creatures and monsters standing guard on different rocky sections. The weakest among them was clearly a Divine Stage Beast.
'It is even stronger than I thought. This is a true power base,' she thought, acknowledging the terrifying strength of their host.
"Welcome."
The ten-eyed Formless Monster spoke, its gaze fixed entirely on Darkness. It added, its voice ancient and resonant: "What will you do when you meet your Queen?!"
Darkness looked at her team of three. Without hesitation, all four dropped down on one knee, bowing their heads in submission.
"Good..." the creature said, accepting the homage.
"Queen," Darkness began, her voice respectful but urgent. "You said you know where my fragments are... And I also need help to deal with the Spirit Guardians, and Christopher."
"Hahahaha! Jumping straight to the point! Excellent. I won't waste time on meaningless conversation," the Queen replied.
WHOOSH!
Darkness raised her head, staring at five intensely glowing orbs floating in front of the creature. She could feel the missing portions of her own tremendous strength contained within those orbs.
"I not only know about these, but I also know exactly where your two lost Beasts are sealed," the creature said, its red eyes staring deep into her soul.
"Really?! Where are they, Queen?" Darkness asked, a spark of desperate hope flashing in her eyes.
"Before I tell you anything, or give you these... You have to get me something in return," the creature commanded.
Darkness raised an eyebrow, masking her frustration. "What may that be?"
"I need a Spiritual Herb—the Star Essence Blossom. It is super rare, and I discovered it will be given to the First Place Winner in the upcoming International Tamer Competition."
"International Tamer Competition?" Dracula muttered in a low voice, instantly recognizing the danger. "That is still months away, and more importantly, Christopher will be there."
WHOOSH!!
A Celestial Stage Snake guarding the perimeter lunged with impossible speed toward Dracula, smashing into him and throwing him forward. He vomited a mouthful of blood from the vicious, non-lethal impact.
"Control your minions. Only you have the right to speak here," the creature chastised, its ten red eyes fixed on the injured Dracula. "If it happens again, I will take his head."
Darkness stretched out her hand, grabbing Dracula with a surge of her life force, and brought him back to his previous spot, holding him steady.
"He is one of my most loyal followers. Thank you for sparing his life," she said, her voice betraying no emotion.
"So, do you agree to my condition? Get me the Spiritual Herb, and you will not only get back your fragments, you will also get the location of your beasts and a Celestial escort to retrieve them," the Queen finalized the deal.
Darkness thought for a moment. She had confidence in her strength, but if she was discovered in enemy territory, specifically near Christopher, with countless powerhouses present, the risk was too high.
"I know what you are worried about," the Queen said, sensing her doubt. "The moment you have the herb in your grasp, just send me a mind link, and you will be instantly teleported back here."
Darkness finally nodded her head, resolving her uncertainty. "Okay... I accept. I will start getting stronger during these months in preparation."
"Good luck," the Mother of Beasts concluded, dismissing them. The four turned and walked out of the cave.

[One Week Later.]
WHOOSH!!!
Lazarus landed on the Alvin Continent, and Christopher jumped down, moving his gaze around the rugged valley.
"Now... where is your soul fragment?" he asked the spiritual form floating next to him.
Tiamat's spectral form appeared in front of Christopher, pointing north. "Just head north, and you will get there. We are close."
Christopher slowly nodded, rubbing the ring containing Advika's powerful Beast. "I'm still surprised she gave me her strongest beast just before I left," he commented, reflecting on Advika's strange overprotectiveness.
"The Fire Goddess has truly fallen in love," Tiamat said with a chuckle. She looked at Christopher, seeing the frown on his face:
"Don't look at me like that. The Fire Goddess is intensely possessive, especially when she likes someone. And since she's merged with Advika, it's boosted those feelings. If Advika likes you, she will show it in action; giving you her strongest beast for protection, even knowing you have stronger ones, is a guarantee."
'Is what she's saying the truth? Does Advika like me that much?' Christopher thought, turning his gaze to the northern regions.
'How do I feel about her?' He didn't have time to process the question.
"Christopher Valhalla."
Christopher snapped his head to the side, seeing a beautiful young lady in a crisp military outfit walking toward him, her cap in hand.
"Commander Headshot?" Christopher was stunned. He had gone to great lengths to land in this remote part of the continent specifically to escape her radar:
"How do you know I am here?" he asked with a frown.
"Alvin is my home, and I have eyes in all regions. There is no way you can enter without me knowing," she said, stopping a few feet from Christopher, her eyes analyzing the huge golden dragon behind him.
Christopher remained silent. He knew he could defeat the Commander, but doing so would instantly make him an enemy of Alvin, which would definitely derail his current mission. With a soft sigh, he asked:
"Why are you here then? You didn't stop me when I entered; instead, you followed me all the way here. There must be a reason for it." He looked at Tiamat floating invisibly beside him.
"Good... You are smart, I like that," Headshot nodded lightly. "I did some investigation about you and discovered you are the strongest young man in the Baltimore Continent." She exhaled, her tone suddenly dark:
"The Alvin Continent will be attacked in three days by sea monsters. I came here alone to ask if you will join us in this fight." She offered, her expression earnest.
"If you help, and we successfully stop the sea monster raid, you will be recognized as a Hero of Alvin. You can freely travel around the continent. No one will stop you," she promised.
'Hey Tiamat, how long do you think we will take to reach your fragment?' Christopher sent the telepathy message.
"Six days... If we fly at our highest speed, four days," she answered.
'It seems I can only help Alvin... I still have more than enough time. I think,' Christopher mused. He nodded at Headshot, accepting the terms.
"Okay, Commander Headshot. Remember your promise."
