REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 65: SOPHIA IS MISSING

Two weeks passed, they only had one week before the big war. They had started their training using their powers.

The warlocks and the vampires trained very well together giving that they were exchanging information regarding their powers.

"This is really great!" One of the warlocks exclaimed in excitement.

"It’s a bit challenging, but I think it is worth it." The other warlock said.

"I agree, this training is more helpful." The other said.

"Ariana!" Hunter called her, but she didn’t even spare him a glance.

These past two weeks, you would think he had accepted the truth, but no, he became even more delusional. He started approaching her and she used her hand, and a fire ball appeared in her hand.

"I will use this on you." She said showing him the fireball.

"If that makes you happy, then do it." He said smiling.

"You crazy!" She said ignoring him.

"Ariana, there is this ice formation I wanted to try out with you and Aaron." Morgan said walking up to her.

The ice formation she wanted to try, she found it in one of the ancient books that talked about ice manipulation. The ice formation usually needed three people to form, it was said that it was one of the powerful formations.

"Okay, let’s do it." She said and went with them.

"We don’t have much time, so we need to perfect it as soon as possible." Morgan said looking at the two of them.

"We’ll follow you." Ariana said, Morgan was the one who understood the ice manipulation the most.

It was better if she demonstrated, and they would follow her. Morgan showed them the moves and showed them also each of their part that they needed

They started with the moves solos, later on they moved to combine them. The whole training ground was now covered in ice, others looked on.

The training came to an end, and they all walked out of the training ground.

Adrian and Ariana held hands as they walked towards Casey. Casey had become their free nanny; she would come every day to the training ground and sit with their kids. Since she couldn’t train, she might as well spent time with her goddaughter.

"Mommy, I want to train like you." Sophia said when she saw them approaching.

"You will sweetie, when you grow up." Ariana said squatting down to talk to her daughter.

Adrian picked her up and they went back to the pack house. Most of them went straight to their room to freshen up. Adrian told Sophia to go to Dylan while they get ready.

Ariana finished dressing and went downstairs.

"Sophia, it’s time to take a bath." She said calling her, but there was no response.

"Sophia!" She called out again, but there was still no response.

"Sophia!" She called with worry in her voice.

She started to look all over the place, but there was no sign of Sophia there.

"Issy, is Sophia with you?" She asked Isabelle that was coming down the stairs.

"No, auntie!" Isabelle replied.

"Do you know where she is?" Ariana asked her.

"NO!" Isabelle replied shaking her head.

"Ariana, what’s wrong?" Samantha asked when she heard the commotion.

"I can’t find Sophia." She replied in panic.

"Calm down, maybe she is with Dylan." Samantha spoke.

"Yeah, she is probably with Dylan." Ariana said trying to calm down.

"Come and take a seat." Samantha said and led her to the sofa.

Ariana sat down, but she couldn’t stay calm.

"What’s wrong with her?" Avery asked entering the room.

"Sophia!" Samantha replied.

"Can’t find her?" Rosemary asked.

"No!" Samantha replied shaking her head.

"Why don’t you just ask Dylan? If she is not with you guys, she is always either with Isabelle or Dylan." Olivia replied.

"I’ll go and ask him." Olivia said and went up the stairs.

"She’s probably with him, don’t worry." Austin said trying to comfort her.

"Adrian, I can’t find Sophia." She stood and rushed to Adrian in worry.

"Did you check with Dylan?" He asked trying to calm her down.

"Olivia went to check." Tyler replied.

"No, why?" Dylan asked panicking.

"We can’t find her." Olivia replied and Dylan dashed.

"Where is she?" Dylan asked as soon as he appeared down.

"She’s not with you?" Ariana asked looking at Dylan.

"No, I thought she was with you guys." Dylan replied.

"I was about to come look for her, when Olivia knocked on the door." Dylan replied and Ariana fell to the floor.

"Where is she?" She asked in panic.

"Let’s split up and go and look for her." Derek spoke walking into the room.

Somewhere deep in the lab, there was a guy standing watching the new army. This was the army that was going to succeed in wiping the entire supernatural world. Something that their ancestors couldn’t do, he was going to do it.

"Sir, it seems like they decided to join forces." A guy walked in reporting of the news.

"That’s even better!" The man said laughing.

"We can just kill them all at once." He said with a wicked smile on his face.

"Will they not get in your way?" The guy asked.

"They think that they have the upper hand, they don’t know aside from this army there is another thing that will ensure they don’t win." The man replied and took out a cigar from his pocked.

He lit the cigar and blew out a puff. He looked at the army and nodded in approval.

Back at the pack house, Ariana sat on the sofa with Isabelle that was trying to comfort her. The others had left to look for Sophia around.

"Did you find her?" She asked when Josh walked into the house, but he shook his head no.

All of them entered the house shaking their heads no. Adrian walked up to her and hugged her. Dylan started pacing around, everyone stood there trying to think where she could have gone.

"I searched around the place, but she is not anywhere." Ivan said.

"Where could she have gone to?" Ariana asked running her hand in her hair in frustration.

"Dylan, did you try to track her scent?" Rosemary asked Dylan.

With vampire, mates’ scent was strong to their partners. While the scent would be normal to others, it would be too strong for their mates.

"I tried, but the last scent is from here." Dylan replied.

"Do you think someone took her?" Avery asked.

"Who would have taken her?" Ariana asked walking up and down.

While they were trying to think of who would have taken her, Ariana’s phone rang. She picked up the phone and saw Hunters number, she hung up without a second thought.

The phone kept on ringing, and she just kept on declining the phone call. The phone ran again and Adrian said to just picl it up.

"What do you want?" She asked annoyed.

"Looking for your daughter?" Hunter’s voice asked and all the eyes turned to the phone.

"What did you do to her?" Ariana shouted back.

"Nothing as of now, but I can’t promise that I won’t do anything later on." He replied.

"Hunter, let my daughter go!" She shouted angrily.

"Now why would I do that? You seem to be cutting me every time I want to talk; you left me with no choice Ariana." He spoke.

"Don’t even try to track her, it’s useless." Hunter said, he was looking at Sophia who was tied up.

"What do you want?" She asked grinding her teeth.

"I want you!" He said and there was silence.

"What?" She asked.

"You heard me, poor child. She followed your mother, after your mother said she was her grand mother." Hunter said and Ariana froze on the spot.

"I sent you the place, make sure you come alone, otherwise your precious daughter will pay for it." Hunter said and hung up the phone.

"My mother?" Ariana asked herself.

"That woman never seize to surprise me." Ariana said bitterly.

"He is going too far now." Dylan said in anger.

"I can’t believe they would do this; he wants me now when I want nothing to do with him My so-called mother is the one that helped him in abducting my daughter. Are they not happy after everything they did to me?" Ariana asked.

"Let me go with you." Dylan and Adrian spoke.

"I swear if he lay a hand on her, I’m going to make sure he wished he was never born." Ariana said collecting herself.

"If he dares, I’ll make sure he regrets it." Dylan said and turned to punch the wall.

"Dylan calm down!" Tyler tried to stop him.

"That is my mate, my mate. I waited two hundred years her." Dylan said with pain in his voice.

"Ariana, go and meet him and try to see what he wants." Derek spoke.

"This doesn’t seem simple, since we can’t trace her using her scent." Avery said reminding them.
