REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 40: TRAINING BEGINS

"I could never thank you enough for giving me a new life. At the moment when I thought I was going to die, you found me. I love this life, you and our family." She said cupping his face and kissed him.

"Then we will be sure to protect this life of ours." He said kissing her forehead.

"Our family is really tense at the moment." Ariana spoke.

"They are!" Adrian replied looking ahead.

Ariana looked in front and spoke. "How do we start training?" She asked.

"Mostly when we train, we try to enhance our power to become stronger, but I think this time we will focus on both training with power and combat." Adrian replied looking at the sky.

"I think I need to work on my combat, these past two years I have been training and learning how to make my powers grow." She replied with a small chuckle.

"You really do. I think if Aaron can defeat you in combat." He said jokingly.

"Hey, that is not entirely true. Morgan and Ivan trained him well." She spoke highly of Aaron.

Aron was Morgan and Ivan’s son, since he hadn’t received his powers, yet Ivan and Morgan wanted him to be able to defend himself until he gets his power, so they focused on training him with combat.

In two months, Aaron would reach his maturity and awaken his powers if he had any. When you are turned you receive your powers after a week, but if you were a vampire by birth then you would only receive your powers when you reach maturity.

Avery walked into Tyler’s study room.

"Tyler!" She called when she opened the door.

"Is something wrong?" He asked looking up.

"No, I wanted to accompany you." She said softly.

"Come!" He said and she entered the room.

Avery walked in and closed the door. She sat down and opened her laptop.

"Are you also going to work." Tyler said turning to her side.

"Yes, I have a few orders and then I have to issue that I won’t be going into the office, so if they need anything they should massage me." She replied.

Avery and Tyler worked in silence, the only think you could hear was the sounds of their keyboards. Avery and Tyler were the type of people that would just accompany each other when working.

"Are you done?" Tyler asked switching off his laptop.

"Almost!" Avey replied looking at him and turned back to her laptop.

Tyler sat there looking at his mate, he watched her as she focused on what she was doing and bit his lips.

"Tyler stop looking at me like that." She said when she felt his stare.

"How can you tell." He asked in amusement.

"I can hear your thoughts." She replied looking up.

"Tyler just a few minutes." She said turning to look down again at her laptop.

"You can just work." He whispered appearing behind her.

Tyler leaned down and put his head in her neck.

"Tyler!" She moaned out.

"Shh... work." He said kissing her neck.

"Tyler... I can’t focus." She said aching her neck giving him more space.

"Avery... focus!" He said nibbling down her neck.

Avery so wanted to shut the laptop, but Tyler wouldn’t let her. He wanted her to finish her work, but at the same time he enjoyed watching how she struggled to control herself. He smirked when he saw how fast she started to type in order to finish.

Avery pushed the button sent, before slamming the laptop shut and flipped causing Tyler to grab her. She wrapped her legs around his waist and her grabbed his neck. She kissed him, her hand going through his hair gripping it.

He bit her lips, his fangs coming out and sank his teeth into her neck.

"Tyler!" She moaned his name.

He moved to the desk and placed her down, he pulled out of the kiss and started to unbutton her shirt. "Did you have to wear a shirt with so many buttons?" He asked wanting to tear it up.

The next day at the training ground, Ariana pulled Morgan to her side.

"I want to train with you on combat." Ariana said linking their arms together.

"You’re sure?" Morgan asked raising her brow, and Ariana nodded.

"Fine, if you’re sure about it!" Morgan said got ready.

With lightning speed Morgan rushed to Ariana and brought her leg in a kick, Ariana tried to dodge but was a bit too late. She felt the impact of the kick, "Ouch!" she said rubbing the spot.

"You’re sure you want to continue?" Morgan asked again.

"Yeah, I want to get better, I can’t be beaten by your son." She said getting ready, making Morgan laugh.

"Aaron’s a natural!" Morgan said with a proud smile looking at her son, who looked like he was seventeen.

"He is reaching his maturity soon, I can’t believe he is so grown up already." She said missing the time when he was still just a baby.

"That’s enough for the day." Travis’ voice came out to the field, they had been training for about five hours straight. Ariana during those five hours never managed to land a single hit on Morgan.

"Do you want to train tomorrow?" Morgan asked, it was fun training with Ariana.

When she started to train Aaron, pretty soon he caught up and could anticipate what move she was to do next, so training with Ariana had been refreshing.

They all went back to the house to freshen up.

Adrian walked into the bathroom and saw Ariana standing under the shower. He stalked over taking off his clothes and went to join her. He wrapped an arm around her waist and pushed her hair to the side. His hand trailed down her back make her lean back into him.

She let out a gasp of shock when she felt him slap her hip. Adrian placed a kiss at the back of her neck. "You look so appetizing." He said softly biting her eat.
