REJECTED ONCE, FROZEN FOREVER-Chapter 38: HUNDRED AND FIFTY YEARS AGO

Aurelio after leaving the council headquarters immediately called an emergency meeting all the vampires.

"Everyone should arrive at my training ground within fifteen minutes." He instructed. fгeewёbnoѵel_cσm

He was not stupid like Bennet who was just going to sit and wait until they attack. Like people always said, better safe than sorry. Given their speed no matter where in the world they were would arrive, the fifteen minutes was for those that were within the country.

"Sir!" His assistant called out to him.

"I know what you are going to say." He said reading his mind.

"Shouldn’t we wait?" He asked still not sure if he should believe or not.

"You know why I trust that girl?" Aurelio turned and asked his assistant.

"Remember the battle hundred and fifty years ago?" He asked.

"Yes, sir that was one of the bloodiest battles." The assistance replied.

"She had predicted that battle, no one believed her." He spoke.

"Before they knew it, the enemies were everywhere." He paused.

"We were not prepared, so we lost a lot of our kind. In those people that lost their lives, two of them were her parents, they died protecting her but left her as an orphan." He said and turned to look at the sky.

"She was bitter afterwards; she felt that had we believed her she would not have lost her parents, leaving her alone in this world. She made sure to see the person’s past and tortured them using it." He looked at his assistant.

"One of the powers of she has that people don’t know, is how she can trap you in the past." He looked at his watch there was still ten minutes.

"Luckly for all of us, she found her mate. Travis and Audrey have a big family, they were the ones who took her in afterwards. I don’t want to repeat the mistake the others did when they did not believe her." He added.

"But doesn’t her vision ever change?" His assistance asked.

"It depends on the outcome, that is why she said what we the ’council’ do is up to us. This is the city where she was born but she never sets a foot in it, so that is why I prefer that I inform people to be always on alert." He replied and some vampires started arriving.

"Aurelio!" Travis called out.

"Travis, Audrey!" Aurelio said turning to greet them.

"Amelia!" He called out and she nodded in greeting.

"Welcome!" The assistant said respectfully.

"Have you decided?" Audrey asked cutting to the chase.

"Of course!" He replied.

The training ground filled with vampires from all over, they all stood there waiting to the announcement.

Aurelio explained the emergency for the meeting, he called Amelia who explained the vision. The meeting ended with Aurelio telling everyone to train hard.

"Let’s go!" Adrian said to Ariana taking her hand.

"Why does everyone seem to be scared of Amelia?" Ariana asked.

"That has to do with her history." Adrian replied turning to look at his sister-in-law.

"Although she is sweet now, it’s never a good idea to get on her bad side. One of her powers is to see your past." Adrian spoke.

"Yeah, I know she sees the past and future." She replied cutting him off.

"Yes, but when she sees your past, she can see the memory that hurt you the most and traps you there." He added.

"There was a battle a hundred and fifty years ago that happened. As you know she predicted it, but no one took it seriously. As a result, she lost her parent in the battle and made sure to make everyone pay for that. When she sees the future, her eye color is white. When she sees the past her eye color becomes silver, when she traps you, it turns to purple." Adrian explained.

"That is why Aurelio believed her straight on when she told him. Ever since she found Logan she decided to put the past behind her and never sets a foot in this city." He spoke.

"This is her birth city, but she never wants to set a foot here. Unless it’s something serious she would never come back." Adrian spoke.

"Come I’ll show you around." He said interlocking their hands.

"Amelia are you okay?" Logan said worriedly, after all he knew how much it pained her being here.

"Logan take me away." She said shaking.

Images of the battle, her parents dying all kept coming into her mind and she felt like she was going to go crazy staying here. Logan picked her up and left, he entered their room and placed her on the bed.

Logan sat holding her tightly as she held her hold mumbling for the image to stop.

"Logan!" She called out.

"Make it stop!" She mumbled.

Logan held her face in his palm, he leaned and placed a soft kiss on her lips. He was about to pull away, but she held his head in place and kissed him. Her lips nibbled his lips, and she started to place gentle kisses on his neck.

She founded his vein and sank her teeth in, the blood rushed in, and she drank it. She pulled out licking the wound, Logan looked at her lips with blood dripping. His face came close to her, he licked the blood on her lips before biting her lips. Amelia ripped his shirt throwing it aside, her hands roamed around his body and Logan ripped of the tank top that she wore.

He laid her on the bed his lips not leaving her, he pulled out of the kiss and trailed kissed down her body. He grabbed the bra and tore it up, tossing it aside.

Logan got up from the bed and placed a kiss on Amelia’s head who just fell asleep. He went to the closet and took out clothes to wear, he walked downstairs.

"Is she okay." Audrey asked in worry.

"Yeah, she just slept now." He replied.
