Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World-Chapter 757: Status Screens
Six streams of light flew through the sky out of a tall building at the center of the clouds.
Kael appeared in their midst from one of the six streams of light.
He saw the tower they had just flown out from and was amazed.
This tower was made up of multiple red bricks and it was so tall that Kael could only see the white clouds beneath it. Despite his enhanced vision, he wouldn’t be able to see anything lower than the clouds unless he went lower.
"All-King, we must not delay. It appears our enemies are very serious this time," Phestus said to Kael telepathically over the harsh wind that blew against their clothes.
"It appears so," Kael said, narrowing his golden eyes.
They had just explained to him what Chez could have meant by that last sentence he had spoken about.
The so-called Slavery Avatar.
Apparently, there was a way to actually get back at the lions and that was to change the law they were affiliated with.
This was a very challenging task, as it involved attempting to rectify one of the universe’s decisions.
That was harder to do than most things in the world.
But it wasn’t impossible.
The monkeys had done it before, that Kael of.
And apparently, it had happened a few times in the past for different reasons, most of which occurred due to accidents and were never intended.
However, the fact that it was possible meant that it could be done to the lions.
Kael had been told about the avatars.
Unlike Chen, he already knew that some laws were not affiliated with any race or creature. Rather, they would have Avatars to use as mediums to interact with the world.
Kael never suspected that Ibadon was an Avatar as he had never even tried to think of it, other things were happening at the same time for him to be contemplating Ibadon’s origin.
Either way, one of the Laws was the Law of Slavery which was the opposite of what any lion would want for themselves but at the same time, it was what they were imposing on others.
The process of Law Change would only work under certain conditions.
Firstly, the Primordial had to be dead or not yet born. This meant that Kael was in serious danger once again.
If they wanted to change the law of the lions, they had to kill Kael.
Luckily, he was now in the presence of some really mighty kings. It was easier for a rhino to fuck a mosquito than for a mosquito to get close to Kael at this point.
Secondly, they needed to make one member of the race and an Avatar of one of those laws.
Meaning, they had to make one of the lions into an Avatar of Slavery.
From what Chez had said, it seemed that this was already done and there should be an Avatar of Slavery somewhere.
There was also the possibility that they could isolate the Primordial Lion, preventing his influence over the entire race from spreading.
This was also possible but it would just create two distinct branches of the lions. Just like how there were two dragon types, one for Destruction, and one for Creation, there would be two lion types; one for Conquering and one for Slavery.
Irrespective of how it would be done, it would be better for a heat blow that would allow the Ancient Felines and a few other powerful factions to be able to rest in peace.
The kings would be nothing but slaves.
Alas, the Law of Slavery was not one-sided. If the Lions were made into subjects of the Law of Slavery, it didn’t totally mean that they would become slaves.
It could also mean that they would be the ones doing the enslaving. But Kael doubted if anyone wanted to wait and find out.
So now, there were some clear goals to achieve.
Complete his research into using Freedom Essence to leave the Original Heaven, find the Avatar of Slavery, and break the lions out of Original Heaven.
Then there was also Kael’s main ambition, to bring these lions under him one way or the other.
That was the number one priority.
"Phestus, join the system," Kael said without any other explanation.
As they flew through the sky at a moderate speed, the four kings looked at Phestus with curiosity.
A golden screen appeared in front of Phestus’s face, confusing him at first.
"This must be that thing that other lions outside usually make reference to," Phestus said. Then he accepted the request.
Of course, he was cautious. But he was also an intelligent supreme-level immortal.
He was confident in being able to dismantle anything that could be a danger to him...
If he wanted to.
For someone like Phestus, things that could actually kill him were a welcome surprise that he would very much entertain.
Anything to avoid boredom.
After accepting the referral request, Phestus’s eyes lit up with wonder. Although the others couldn’t see it, Phestus’s mind was barraged by a stream of information.

The same information and status scream that appeared in front of Phestus was the same one that flashed in front of Kael’s eyes.
Kael ignored it. Instead, he began utilizing the system to extract as much information as it could from Phestus as much as possible.
Anything to gain the upper hand.
Phestus was amazed. The information that flowed into his mind was not too much to the extent that he could not control it, but it was enough that it amazed him.
There were features that he had never imagined he could see. Access to utilities and abilities that came with the Primordial Lion.
There were even forums that were filled with messages that came and went in a jiffy.
The message was none other than the other lions in Leonine Heaven engaging in their usual talks.
Phestus’s mind scanned through everything fast. He was so amazed that he had to slow down his flying.
"This is incredible," Phestus said, raising the curiosity of Jordan and the others.
But Kael was inwardly rejoicing at the success.
Not too much though. He could sense that his link to Phestus through the Lion System was not that strong.
Phestus could literally crash some parts of the Lion System if he really intended to based on the readings Kael was getting.
It was like letting the worst predator into his den to keep him safe, expecting that the predator would not eat him too.
But there was a way around this. Kael had been building the system for a long time and it would be a shame if he hadn’t created anti-fragile systems within it.
"If you send a referral request to someone and they accept, you’d get rewards and a boost to your Lionhood Bar.
You can try it," Kael suggested without looking at Phestus.
Phestus blinked. He understood one thing, Kael was definitely not a selfless person. But he could also sense that the hold of this lion system was not that strong. He assumed that this was how it was naturally and not due to his overwhelming power level.
So he dropped his guard rightfully.
He looked around at the other kings flying with him, contemplating how he should do and whom he should send it to.
"Oh, send it to me, I want to see," Jordan was the first to speak up. His tattered suit fluttered mysteriously under the influence of the harsh breeze as they flew further and further away from the tower.
Phestus complied. He navigated the system, having learned some of its use in a few seconds, and he sent a referral request to Jordan.
Jordan accepted the request almost instantly as he looked at the golden screens with excitement.

The status screen for Jordan was a bit different from Phestus’s.
The alliance part showed that Jordan may belong to an alliance but it wasn’t important.
Kael was not the one who put this information there, this information in particular was extracted briefly from Phestus.
It was among the few pieces of information the system could extract.
This was the anti-fragile feature Kael had imposed.
A system with a foundation that got stronger based on its users.
Phestus was no longer a single point of failure as Jordan’s presence within the system, without them knowing, would neutralise the side effects.
Kael wore a calm smile, the acquisition of Original Heaven had officially begun.
Project Desolate Divine was developing better than he expected.
