Jonas Hawthorne put down his phone, a layer of coldness shading his deep black eyes.

Leo Keane, who had hurriedly come over and greeted the director, couldn’t help but ask curiously, "Who were you calling?"

Jonas turned around, answered with a question, "Everything arranged?"

"Rest assured! The director is my uncle, Candace Ford will be fine!" Leo patted his chest confidently.

"Then get yourself a wife quickly!" Joel gave him a disdainful look, returning the topic to Candace, "Don’t spread this information, act as if unaware! Understood?"

"I understand!" Leo waved his hand; though sometimes loose-lipped, he understood what could and couldn’t be shared!

"Not necessarily. If she’s willing to actively receive treatment, maintain a calm disposition without extreme emotions, there’s hope for the baby to be born." Joel pondered for a moment before speaking meaningful words.

"Oh..." Leo nodded.

Currently, the child serves as Candace’s protection; if lost, competition between her and Raine Sinclair becomes purely fair, determining who wins or loses?

Both women having been with Jonas, who will he choose?
