Chapter 52 - 52- Even smaller world 5

The main apparition threw blows at Mitchell that he found very hard to defend against but after a while he could keep up and could exchange blows with him.

The other apparitions aided the main apparition and would not hesitate to attack whenever Mitchell pushed back the main apparition.

Mitchell would make short work of them but even the little distraction would lead to him taking some heavy blows that would make him cough out blood and internal flesh from the previous injuries he had already along with the bursting of his blood.

Mitchell punched the main apparition in its chest, he flew away into the air but was caught and pulled back by another apparition that disappeared into white smoke immediately.

'I cannot fucking do any of that'. Mitchell screamed inwardly at the blatant show of strength.

He had never had a dream he could do such a thing as cloning himself to the point that there were over forty of him. Heck he would even be happy if he saw himself being able to clone in his nightmare.

Anytime he gave a huge blow that could give him an advantage, he would always be stopped by on of the fake apparitions. 'Fuck this. Let me kill him'.

If he kicked him back, the would summon an apparition that would throw him back at Mitchell.

He just wanted this fake apparition of him to die. Seeing his face then punching his own face was making him starting to doubt himself.

"Mom, is it me . . . or is that boy getting faster and stronger" the other girl said to her mother who silently nodded with her eyes still on the fight.

'And it seems she's not the only one to notice'. The beautiful woman said inwardly and looked at the expression of the apparition she had created.

The apparition's face was calm but inwardly he was swearing and cursing at the improved speed and strength Mitchell was displaying and he was the test dummy. . . literally.

'Lord Tyris made me stronger than him yet he is still able to catch up . . . and worse, his strength will surpass mine and I'll be doomed. I can't keep creating apparitions forever'. It said to himself inwardly but Mitchell's usual poker face did not let his fear show.

Mitchell slammed one of the apparitions that had wanted to attack him from behind but he held its head and smashed it into the floor. The head exploded and the apparition turned to white smoke.

Suddenly the main apparition withdrew by several meters and began casting hand seals before pointing up. Several hundreds of apparitions appeared again but this time they looked more illusionary than corporeal.

When Mitchell saw this, his anger went off the roof and he began casting an unknown hand seal that he had seen only from the visions he normally had whenever he broke one of the gods seal.

His hair turned completely purple and his eyes held nothing but coldness in their depths. His face was calm but a domineering purple aura surrounded him.

His eyes also turned purple and the purple sword appeared in his hand again. This time looking even more corporeal and like an actual real sword. Mitchell saw faint runes and a moon behind clouds on the sword but he didn't offer it another glance.

He raised his hand and slashed towards the unknown number of apparitions that had gathered before him. The purple sword was covered by a piercing golden light that spoke of purity and holiness.

He slashed only once in a horizontal slash and all the apparitions could see was a golden line where he had slashed. Many of the apparitions turned to smoke immediately and disappeared while many dissipated from the force of the attack. That was right, he unleased the 'Golden slash'.

'God slayer slash . . . God slayer'. The beautiful woman was astonished like the rest of them but she quickly composed herself before smiling bewitchingly. "I've made a huge catch this time".

Mitchell did not hear what she was saying because he continued with the hand seals he had been doing before he thought of the golden slash.

"Meteor descent". He suddenly appeared in mid air and pointed over all the apparitions, marking them with a cold gaze a king looked at traitors to his kingdom.

His outstretched hand remained in the air and suddenly black meteors started falling towards all the apparitions who had suddenly paled. As they came closer the meteors caught on black flames and killed many apparitions at once.

Mitchell could not actually fly but for a limited time only, while he was casting this art, he could temporary fly. Until the art was over.

'After death art'. This time Tyris could not stay seated anymore and actually stood up. 'Is he actually the one'. She asked herself in contemplation as she looked at Mitchell with complication.

The young girl was so engrossed in the fight that she did not see her mother standing up. "Wow, look at this mother. What type of techni-". She stopped half way in her sentence when she saw her mother stand up and was in deep thought. "Mother?". She said but Tyris seemed to be deep in her thoughts so she did not hear her daughter call her.

After the art had finished, Mitchell came back to the ground but his hair was still purple. All other apparitions had died and turned to smoke except for the main one and he was looking at Mitchell in shock and awe.

Using that art while at the same time imitating the golden slash had completely drained his Qi and he was running on steamed now. His purple hair was slowly changing back to black.

'In this form i am thrice as powerful, but it will soon wear off. I have to end this fight now'. He said inwardly and dashed towards the apparition that was simply shocked at Mitchell's even more insane speed.

He tried to retreat but Mitchell caught up to him almost immediately and raised his fist. "No, I will not go down this way. You cannot be stronger than me". It screamed in fear at its imminent death but Mitchell sneered and said. "You lost the moment you thought you could be me". His voice was cold and uncaring. His fist connected with the apparitions head and Mitchell could hear a loud cracking sound before the apparition flew at rapid breakneck speed and crashed into the wall, breaking it and dying immediately.

Mitchell's hair turned back to their normal color and the domineering presence coming from him soon diminished before disappearing completely.

He dusted his clothes and spat out the mouthful of blood that he had been holding back in his mouth since the beginning. He put his hand in his pockets and turned to look at Lord Tyris.
