Reborn for Revenge: Find her Fated Alpha-Chapter 170: Attacked
After talking for a while, Kyle and Cyrus made up their mind that they would keep the secret of their bond from the world until the Queen trials were over, at least.
They will then discuss the matter with Grayson before informing everyone.
Kyle was about to leave when he held Amelia’s hand.
"This reminds me, why were you here in the first place? You were trying to cross the boundary without being noticed, weren’t you?" Kyle’s question made Cyrus look at her with raised brows.
Amelia smiled awkwardly. It was tough handling the men separately, but now that they were teaming up, it was even harder.
"Well, my wolf said I should go for a walk," Amelia said, cooking up a little lie.
Kyle smiled.
"My love, you know you can’t lie to me." He said, wrapping his fingers around her throat gently, forcing her to look at him.
Cyrus rolled his eyes at the blatant disrespect.
"Hey, don’t hurt her. I am still here," Cyrus said.
"Then care to join me? This reminds me, I am yet to have the mark that you lovingly gave my brother," Kyle said, the word ’brother’ leaving his mouth as if a practiced ritual.
"You won’t shy away now that you know we all are in this together, right?" Kyle asked before he leaned and kissed her neck.
Amelia’s heart skipped a beat.
She didn’t know if it was because she had finally turned eighteen or because her heart wasn’t constricted by any overthoughts about this being wrong.
If she thought this was pleasurable, she was definitely blown when Cyrus came over and placed his lips on the other side of her neck, making her gasp.
Her eyes went wide as she was squished between two handsome men, her lovers, her mates, who looked like they had no problem sharing her, or most probably, loving her at the same time.
Amelia’s heart started beating harder against her chest, and a moan escaped her lips when Kyle’s hand went under her top, rubbing her back while Cyrus grabbed her breasts, making her gasp for air.
Whatever this was, it was definitely not good, especially when she had a battle to fight the other day.
"Guys, I think you should leave. This isn’t alright," Amelia tried, barely controlling her moans as her arousal started seeping through her vagina, wetting her panties.
"So soon? It’s your birthday, baby. How can we leave without giving you a birthday present?" Kyle said.
Cyrus growled slowly at Kyle’s words.
"This was something I had been saving to say at your birthday, but the truth has been revealed already. I love you, Amelia," Cyrus whispered, nibbling her skin before he slipped a pendant on her neck, the cool metal touching her neck.
Kyle pulled away and looked at the pendant, then smiled.
"It’s matching the one I got her," he said before he pulled out a ring from his pocket.
Cyrus smirked.
"How cunning of you to think you alone can give her a ring," he said, and pulled out a ring from his pocket himself.
Amelia looked at the two diamond rings, one amber and one blue, which matched their eyes, and couldn’t help but smile.
"This is going to be hard, no?" She whispered softly.
After a few seconds, she looked at Cyrus.
"Can you ask someone to embed the stones in one ring? Rather than wearing two different rings, I want to wear one that will have both of your loves," she said.
Cyrus and Kyle looked at each other before nodding.
Seeing them nodding, she heaved a sigh of relief.
"I will do that. So in terms of gifts, I won, didn’t I? I gave you a pendant," Cyrus said.
Kyle grinned at his brother’s words.
"Look closely. I gave the other pendant around her neck—the dragon’s blood. Rare and precious," Kyle said.
Cyrus narrowed his eyes.
"The pendant I prepared has the ashes of a Siren’s bones," he said.
Amelia smiled awkwardly, unsure of what to say.
Weren’t their gifts a bit over the top? Who gives blood and bone ashes as gifts?
However, it also revealed how similar in thought they both were, and she couldn’t help but shake her head.
"You haven’t answered, baby. What were you doing here?" Cyrus asked.
Amelia, who thought they would forget, looked at her hands nervously.
There was no way she was ready to tell them that she was reborn and in her last life, Grayson died today.
It would look a bit odd, and they might try to gather more information from her, as she herself wasn’t sure about the timelines, which were changing drastically.
As she was contemplating what to say, an idea popped into her head, and she nodded to herself.
"I had a dream. In that dream, I saw something happen to former Alpha King Grayson. There is this bad feeling creeping in my heart, and I want to ensure everything’s alright," Amelia said.
Cyrus looked at the girl before caressing her head.
"You don’t need to worry about all that stuff, love. He is under tight security. Nothing will happen to him," Cyrus said.
Amelia nodded.
Maybe Cyrus was right. Many things were changing in this life that didn’t even take place in the last life. Probably there wouldn’t be any attack, and Grayson would get to —
Her thoughts were interrupted brutally when Fabian rushed to where they were standing, his eyes darting between Kyle and Cyrus with a confused expression. However, it wasn’t the time to think about that.
"Sir, this is bad. Someone attacked the former Alpha King’s car when he was returning to the palace. His condition is critical," Fabian said.
As soon as Amelia heard those words, she stumbled back in her place.
Kyle held her to support her, looking at Cyrus with concern.
Though they shared the same bloodline, Kyle didn’t have any attachment to that elder, as they didn’t live together. However, Cyrus... that man was the only person who truly supported him in the household and cared about his well-being.
"He is taken to the hospital," Fabian added.
"I want to come. Please," Amelia said as Cyrus prepared to leave, and the man looked at Kyle before nodding.
