The moment Leon asked the question, Ren Nora shot back with his own question. "What is your exact Class Specialization?"
"I’m a Warmachine Specialist".

"So if you can’t participate in a war, your best alternative to prepare yourself for your next Trial is to hunt a high-profile target and kill him".
"Not just any target, it has to be a target whose death would spread ripples across the world and affect the very economy of the world".
Leon nodded slowly. "I understand the whole gist, but I’m clueless on a target to choose. I literally can’t think of anyone".
"That’s normal, afterall, you’ve only been in this era for about 4 months".
Leon looked at the General. "Do you have a suggestion?"
Ren Nora clasped his hands together and placed them on the table as he thought, then he said. "There are no lack of high-profile targets deserving of death in this era, but the thing is that almost all of them have ties with the Federation".
"This means that almost all of them live in the territories of the Omnicore Federation, which in extension means that going after them will likely put you on a collision course with Sylvari".
"That’s a situation that I want to avoid at all costs".
In that moment, Leon’s eyes gleamed as he suggested. "What if I target General Sylvari Charr?"
Ren Nora looked at him and chuckled. "Trust me, you’re not ready for that".
"Because you trapped him 131 years ago doesn’t mean you can kill him, being a D Rank Mechanist now doesn’t really change the odds much. Besides, he’s different from the Synth you met 131 years ago".
"He won’t fall for the same trap, and he is stronger now".
"You can’t kill him".
Leon’s lips twitched slightly but not giving a damn about his feelings, Ren Nora continued thinking as he tapped his right index finger on the table, then his emerald eyes suddenly gleamed as he said. "Well, there’s another target that fits the criteria".
"In the past 10 years, a certain man have engaged in a lot of shady activities, quietly spreading his influence like tentacles across the world to build an Empire".
Ren Nora looked at Leon. "Have you heard of Bill Zefyr?"
"Bill Zefyr?"
Seeing his confusion, Ren Nora explained. "He is the richest man in the world, and in the past 10 years, he’d built his wealth on a legalized scam system that I classify as the Greatest Scam in history".
Leon blinked rapidly. "Richest as in billionaire in Neo Credits?"
Ren Nora chuckled and shook his head. "To the outside world, Bill Zefyr is just a billionaire but in truth, he’s the first Trillionaire in history".

Leon stared blankly in a daze. "Tri-what?"
His face quickly turned grim. "How is it possible to become a trillionaire through a scam? Is that even possible?"
"Nothing is impossible when you kill your conscience and willingly ruin the lives of millions across the world while buying your way into favor with the people ruling the world".
"Bill Zefyr has a good relationship with the Director-Prime, he’s publicly donated money to the Federation Army multiple times in the last 10 years".
"And so long he has the Director-Prime on his side, no legal system in the world dares to antagonize him".
"Not even the legal system of the Freegrid Collective can because even with Epsilon’s backing, he’s not complacent".
"On paper, his business is completely legal".
"There’s no loopholes to target him with.
Leon’s face became serious as he quietly calculated in his head. "To become a Trillionaire by scamming people, just how much damage has he done...?"
"Unimaginable". Ren Nora said in an impassive voice. "He doesn’t discriminate, his business scams both the rich and poor in the cities and even the poor masses living in the Wastes".
"Most of the world doesn’t know, but he is secretly a D Rank NetRunner of the Mindbreaker Specialization, but his protection is far more than that".
"There are multiple D Rank Ascended on his parole, and he even has an agreement with the Federation to send a C Rank Ascended to his aid in the event where his life is threatened".
Leon’s face turned solemn as Ren Nora continued.
"Of all the targets I had in mind, he has the highest profile. If you manage to wage war against him and assassinate him, the feedback from that alone will make you become recognized as a fearsome Warlord".
"That should align you completely with your Class Specialization as a Warmachine Specialist".
"Unlike most of the other targets that I thought of, Bill Zefyr may be more tightly protected than them but unlike them, Bill Zefyr is not always holed up in the territory of the Omnicore Federation".
"As an ambitious businessman who wants even more money, he’s always on the move and when he’s on the move is when he’s at his most vulnerable".
"His insatiable desire for money is his only weakness".
"If you can target this weakness with a perfect plan, you may be able to assassinate him".
"But if you can’t, I’ll recommend another target to you".
Hearing that, Leon smirked. "What is that? Are you looking down on me now after becoming the ’Glitch’?"
Ren Nora chuckled and shrugged. "It’s not my fault".
He paused for a few seconds before he continued. "I can’t move to assassinate him myself because the Federation keeps track of all the C Rank Ascended in the world 24/7".
"The moment I move, they’ll know".
His face turned serious. "If you truly want to attempt this, you have to be careful and wary of interference from Sylvari".
"This is why I’ll recommend you to create a team".
"In places where you can’t move to spy and track Bill’s movements due to your identity, the members of your team can do the tracking for you to make sure that the timing of the assassination is perfect".
"For your team, I already have one candidate in mind," Ren Nora’s emerald eyes gleamed. "He recently suffered under the same scam".
"His name is David Barber".
"He’s just an F Rank NetRunner, he’s weak but he has a burning hatred and desire to see Bill Zefyr dead. He can be an invaluable connection inside".
Leon finally asked the one question ringing in his head. "Does his organization have a name?"
"They call it Cabin D World".
Leon froze. ’Cabin D World?’
’I’ve heard of that name before...,’ his eyes widened as he realized where he heard the name. ’That woman in Leviathan Quay!’
