"Alright, that’s enough, we have delivered the cards, can we go now?" Wu Tang asked. He felt the same way Tang Mei felt, only, he was able to control it.

"What gifts do you want delivered to your wedding? We will be sure to give it to you," Xin Yan asked. She was in a good mood to tease them.

Tang Mei looked at Xin Yan, her eyes flaring with intense rage.

"We do not need gifts, you do not bother with your fake sincerity," Tang Mei spat out, whereas, Xin Yan chuckled, happy that she had been able to get under her skin.

"We will be leaving now, Tang Mei, let’s leave," Wu Tang gently said to her.

If Xin Yan and Li Qiang were not aware of his true nature, they would have been deceived by his gentleness. Wu Tang was anything but gentle and kind.

"We will not be seeing you off," Xin Yan commented as Wu Tang and Tang Mei rose to their feet.

They snapped their heads towards her, appalled by the innocent smile on her face.

Seeing both of them leave the mansion, Li Qiang and Xin Yan burst into laughter.

Meanwhile, Wu Tang and Tang Mei walked to his mansion, each with different thoughts in their minds.

"What were you trying to do?" Wu Tang immediately questioned as they reached the living room.

"What sort of question is that?" Tang Mei replied with a question of hers.

"You were about to flip, don’t you know it would ruin our plans?" Wu Tang held his forehead in annoyance.

"And what plans are those? The ones I am not aware of? Wu Tang, you need to stop mentioning these plans of yours as I am not even aware of them," Tang Mei scoffed.

Wu Tang palmed his forehead, he was in a horrible mood. He did not know how he was to explain it to her as she was not ready to understand.

This was one of the reasons he never told her about his plans. She sometimes did not think before she acted, thus ruining all of his plans.

"I have nothing to say to you, get prepared for our wedding," Wu Tang shook his head, and walked away. He did not bother talking to her about anything, after all, she would not understand any of it.

Tang Mei watched him walk away, and she fisted her palms in annoyance.

"How dare him?" She asked in a fit of rage, and she was tempted to destroy everything in the living room, but she considered that this was not her home.

"Boss, are you really going to get married to Tang Mei?" Immediately Wu Tang entered into his study, he was questioned by his subordinate who had been waiting for him.

"Hmm, I will get married to her," he replied as he took a seat.

"But what about your plans? Won’t it affect it?" His subordinate asked with worry in his eyes.

"It won’t, yes, marrying her was not part of our plan, but it is alright, I am only getting married to her because of Tang Ni, I would have rejected this marriage, but Tang Ni is important," Wu Tang commented with a sigh escaping his lips.

"You really care about Tang Ni," the subordinate remarked with a small smile. This was the first time he was seeing Wu Tang care so much for someone who wasn’t him.

"Hmm, I don’t know why, but I feel like I share a special connection with him, but I have no idea why this is so," Wu Tang replied with a distant look in his eyes.

"If I didn’t know about the origin of his birth, I would have said that he was your son, but now that I think about it, he looks like you," his subordinate muttered with a confused look.

Wu Tang sat up straight on hearing what he said.
