Lagos, present day
Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch, adds sugar to a cup and stirs it. She looks around.
Steve Rogers on radio asked "All right, what do you see?"
"Standard beat cops. Small station. Quiet street. It's a good target." Wanda replied
"There's an ATM in the south corner, which means . . ." Stevea stops and Wanda completes his line of thoughts
" Cameras."
"Both cross streets are one way." Steve said
"So, compromised escape routes." Wanda Maximoff said
"Means our guy doesn't care about being seen, he isn't afraid to make a mess on the way out. You see that Range Rover halfway up the block?" Steve Rogers asked
"Yeah, the red one? It's cute." Wanda Maximoff said
Natasha who was sitting two tables from Wanda said on radio "It's also bulletproof, which means private security, which means more guns, which means more headaches for somebody. Probably us."
" You guys know I can move things with my mind, right?" Wanda Maximoff asked
" Looking over your shoulder needs to become second nature." Natasha said
" Anybody ever tell you you're a little paranoid?" Sam Wilson asked
" Not to my face. Why? Did you hear something?" Natasha asked though everyone knew she was being sarcastic
"It would have been easier if Pietro was here, he could have checked everything by now" Wanda said
"Well Pietro failed Kenichi's test for him so now he has to pay for it." Natasha said
"Poor Pietro" Wanda said as she knew that Kenichi doesn't hold back when it comes to training.
"Eyes on target, folks. This is the best lead we've had on Rumlow in six months. I don't want to lose him." Steve said
" If he sees us coming that won't be a problem. He kind of hates us." Sam stated
A garbage truck is pushing its way through traffic, with no regard to pedestrians or other vehicles.
'Sam, see that garbage truck? Tag it." Steve said
From the back of Sam's Falcon jet pack, a small drone, launches and flies down to scan the garbage truck.
"Give me X-ray." Sam said

" That truck's loaded for max weight. And the driver's armed." Sam Wilson stated
" It's a battering ram." Natasha understood
"Go now." Steve said
" What?" Wanda asked not understanding the situation
"He's not hitting the police." Steve said

A man is sitting in the guard station. He looks over as the garbage truck is coming towards the gate. The driver jumps out, and the truck slams into the gateway. Two trucks rush into the compound through the newly-made entrance.
Soldiers in black armor emerge from the trucks, firing their rifles around the courtyard. Four soldiers fire gas canisters into the building. Soldiers wearing gas masks enter.
Steve arrives and takes out several of the soldiers.
"Body armor, AR-15's. I make seven hostiles." Steve said
Sam flies in and up to a rooftop, spinning and using his wings to block gunfire. He takes out two soldiers.
"I make 5." Sam Wilson said
Wanda arrives and flies over the rooftop and into the courtyard, blocking fire with her powers. She takes control of one soldier and lifts him upward.
"Sam." Wanda called
Sam glides down from the rooftop, catching the soldier on one of his wings.
" Four." He corrected himself
Sam's drone flies by, scanning the inside of the building.
" Rumlow's on the third floor." Sam Wilson said
" Wanda, just like we practiced." Steve Rogers said
" What about the gas?" Wanda Maximoff asked
"Get it out." Steve Rogers
Wanda uses her powers to lift Steve up and through the window. He grabs a soldier and pulls off their gas mask.
Rumlow is inside. He punches down the door. He knocks aside a technician and enters a room with a container labeled "bio-hazard."
"Pack it up." Brock Rumlow said

In another area, Steve is behind a pillar. He throws his shield, and it bounces off the soldier and back to Steve. Meanwhile, Wanda is now using her powers to remove the gas from the building. Sam is exchanging fire with several soldiers.
Rumlow walks outside onto a balcony and sees that Steve's team is here.
"He's here." Brock said
Inside the building, Steve sees the vial missing.
"Rumlow has a biological weapon." Steve said
Natasha is riding in on a motorcycle said on radio " I'm on it."
She jumps off the motorcycle and it skids toward a soldier. She takes out soldiers through hand-to-hand combat. Rumlow comes up behind her and grabs her collar, but Natasha grabs onto his arm twisting it shocking Rumlow by her strength as he was wearing an exoskeleton.
Rumlow let's go of Natasha's collar in pain and punches her with his left hand but she deflects it while still holding onto his other hand and pulled him towards her and jumped to knee him on his chin.
The knee to the jaw was followed by two kicks to the temples which knocked out Rumlow completely.
"Rumlow is down, he has the virus the payload is secure" Natasha said but than she saw the armoured vehicle driving away. "His men are abandoning him they are running away."
Sam keep an eye on them, Natasha don't let Rumlow out of your sight we will take care of his men.
Sam busts on of the tore of the armoured vehicle with his Redwing. The men got our of the vehicle only to be surrounded by Captain America, Falcon and the Scarlett Witch.
"Your move bitch" Sam said
Steve almost instinctively called out language but controlled himself as he didn't want to get teased anymore but he forgot someone else was there as well.
"Language!" Wanda said with a teasing smile towards Steve who couldn't help but shake his head.
The men that came out of the armoured vehicle dropped their weapons and and easier their hands to surrender.
"Guys Rumlow was wearing a suicide jacket make sure to check if any of his men are wearing it or not" Natasha's voice came from the radio making the three instantly vigilant.
"All of you open your jackets" Steve said causing the 5 men to look at each other in confusion but they did as they are asked and open their jackets.
"There is nothing, they are not wearing the suicide vest" Steve replied to Natasha
"That's good, I disarmed the one Rumlow was wearing now let's hayl them in and go back I wanna take a nice bubble bath " Natasha said

While Steve was on a mission, Tony was introducing to the world to BARF .
"Binarily Augmented Retro-Framing, or BARF. God, I gotta work on that acronym. An extremely costly method of hijacking the hippocampus to . . . clear traumatic memories. Huh." Tony stated as he showed the world how he would have wanted his last moments with his parents instead of what it really were.
He blows on a candle and everything around him shimmers, then starts to dissolve. It's a hologram.
" It doesn't change the fact that they never made it to the airport . . . or all the things I did to avoid processing my grief, but . . . " Tony said as He takes off his glasses. "Plus, 611 million dollars for my little therapeutic experiment? No one in the right mind would've ever funded it."
He is standing on a stage in front of a large crowd. A sign reads MIT Alumni Honors: Tony Stark.
"Help me out, what's the MIT mission statement? "To generate, disseminate . . . and preserve knowledge. And work with others . . . to bring it to bear on the world's great challenges." Well, you are the others. And, quiet as it's kept . . . the challenges facing you are the greatest mankind's ever known. Plus, most of you are broke." Tony said as The crowd chuckles.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Rather, you were. As of this moment . . . every student has been made an equal recipient of the Inaugural September Foundation Grant. As in . . . all of your projects have just been approved and funded." Tony stated
The crowd breaks out in applause and cheering.
