"Fine, you’re tough!" Luo Lan stormed off angrily.
Watching his daughter leave, Luo Feng’s eyes dimmed a bit. He turned and looked down over the cliff, then strode back to the village.
Below the cliff, after the Luo family father and daughter left, Jiang Xue and Mu Qiancheng each grabbed a rope and slowly climbed up the cliff.

He’d heard about the cliff being over a thousand meters high and clearly saw Jiang Xue jump off it that day. He thought she would be smashed to pieces, yet Jiang Xue was completely unscathed, except for some fatigue.
Mu Qiancheng was in great shape too.

After speaking, he looked curiously at Mu Qiancheng and Jiang Xue and asked, "Mr. Mu, Sister-in-law, did you have any significant encounter at the bottom of the cliff?"
"Encounter?" Jiang Xue was taken aback, looked at the military doctor, and asked, "What do you mean?"

"Oh, that’s what you mean!" Jiang Xue smiled and said, "There’s an isolated village at the bottom, called Taoyuan Village. The villagers have a doctor, and both Qiancheng and I were rescued by them."
